Roger Ver is a world famous crypto pioneer. At this moment, he has been stuck in Spain for one hundred sixty nine days. He is being charged by the United States on extremely dubious grounds. Tax issues that date back more than ten years. Vague allegations somewhat similar to the way John McAfee, also in Spain, a crypto pioneer, was arrested at the request of American law enforcement agencies, also based on vague tax issues. or with the way Ross Ulbricht was absurdly sentenced to life in prison. Or think of Julian Assange, who ultimately received a pardon but was imprisoned for years due to obscure American extradition requests based on more than
a hundred-year-old legislation. The power of the empire is undoubtedly felt in Europe. But the threat of political persecution is real and should not be tolerated by Europe. We need a significantly critical attitude towards these kinds of issues. It is absurd to tackle tax issues with such severe criminal measures, and it reeks in every possible way of political persecution. It is even more absurd that European countries, such as Spain, jump through the hoop set by American prosecutors without having seen serious evidence and without any serious conviction from a judge or commissioner. If the European Council should do anything in the coming days, it is to stand up for the
rights and freedoms of people on our continent, independent of American legal whims. In the second round, I will submit a motion requesting the Prime Minister to discuss the situation of Roger Ver at the European Council and to urge Spain to provide protection for this man who is in no way a criminal, who is not a U.S. and who would gladly pay any citizen, potential fine and not to extradite him to the United States. And I can wholeheartedly recommend his book, Hijacking Bitcoin, for the... Welcome back to the Aaron Day Show. This is season two, episode ten.
Hold on, I'm having some problems with this. That's interesting. Here we go. Season two, episode ten. This is a continuation from last night. We're going to be talking about the same subjects, hijacking Bitcoin and top ten nutritional lies. It's amazing that that video clip that you just saw was over six months ago when Roger was in Spain for only one hundred and sixty nine days. Now he's approaching a full year. So this this whole situation is is absurd and it's just out of hand. But In any event, just to go through the scoreboard, here we are. And to recap Roger's situation, he is facing extradition
after having been stuck in Spain for three hundred and forty days now. He is being threatened by the U.S. government with one hundred nine years in prison, which is essentially a life sentence for nothing, for basically Biden manufactured crypto lawfare to basically silence him for spreading freedom and economic prosperity around the world. This is day four of the fast, which will be, well, at least seven days. And on Monday, I'll be announcing how long and what the plans are from here, opportunity to ramp this up I really think there's an and use this as a great platform for not only awareness, but to actually teach people about fasting, which is something that can
help people take control of their own health and exit public health and exit government systems, which is why I'm doing this initiative. I want to reiterate this fast is my Again, personal effort. This is not anything officially associated with the Free Roger Now campaign or with Roger. I haven't talked about any of this with Roger. I'm doing this on my own. And so just as a disclaimer, for the agenda for tonight, it's going to be the same as the last couple of nights. I'm going to briefly recap last night, talk about the fasting update in terms of what's going on on day four of the fast, also sharing my own experience with And then we'll talk about hijacking Bitcoin.
We'll talk about the top ten nutritional lies. And then we'll move into action steps and the group chat Q&A. And I will say these group chats have been absolutely phenomenal the last couple of nights. Some of the best content comes from the interactive discussion at the end. So I want to express my gratitude to everyone who's been showing up for these group chats. And I highly encourage everybody when you're watching the podcast to not gloss over that because some of the best content actually comes from those interactive exchanges. So last night was kind of an introduction to Tonight, I covered the part one of hijacking Bitcoin. Hijacking Bitcoin has three sections to it.
And so above and beyond all else, I encourage you to actually buy the book and read the full book. My purpose in doing this is just to highlight some of the main points, in particular, highlight the points that would be relevant for people who are completely unfamiliar with this information, which is about ninety nine point nine nine percent of the planet. And just to reiterate, the whole purpose of everything that I'm working on and that my wife and I do is to really promote the idea that freedom comes from controlling your own thoughts, emotions, and actions. It's all about taking our own agency. It's not about political processes. It's not about voting for people. It's about what we can do
ourselves to take control of our own life and our own situation. And fasting is a great tool to do that. Quick recap, the next few events that are coming up, I'm going to be speaking at Liberty Forum on April the twenty fifth. Interesting panel with Bruce Fenton and Joel Valenzuela about what happened to crypto adoption. I will be at ETH Dam in Amsterdam May the ninth through the eleventh and may have more information on that on Monday. Immediately following that, Roger has his motion to dismiss hearing in LA, and so this is an important event. This is scheduled for May the twelfth at one thirty in the afternoon. It's been rescheduled a couple of times, and if you're new to
attending or being a participant in a federal court hearing, Understand that these things get rescheduled often so by refundable tickets by refundable hotel rooms this one's already been rescheduled a couple times, I think, Roger originally you know requested that it be on January, the sixth but it's been rescheduled a few times. As we get closer to the date I'll send out more information about just kind of what to expect and anticipate, and you know how we should kind of you know present ourselves to have the most positive impact for Roger. I'm meaning to update this. You know, big news. And I'll be talking in the next couple of weeks as well in detail about Porkfest.
Porkfest in New Hampshire from June the sixteenth to the twenty second. This is probably the best Liberty event ever. in the world at this point in time, and the largest. There will be two to three thousand people in attendance, and it's not just talks. This is actually a fully immersive experience. This is where people are actually living and expressing liberty. So I've co-sponsored the biggest tent for the entire event with Doug Tooman at Mineratopia, and we're going to have a week of content and discussions and talks. and hands-on usage of privacy coins as as an alternative to stable coins and fiat currency this is really our way out of
technocracy and our way out of digital tyranny and so porkfest is a you know historically this is a kind of a landmark event roger veer actually onboarded and introduced this to many people who are now ogs and so this is kind of this is it this is where you want to go if you want an event where people are actually not just talking about liberty or ideas, but actually living it and using it. So I encourage everyone to go. It's a different discount code. Actually, the discount code is Free Roger. So I need to update that slide. But Sal the Agris is going, you know, a whole bunch of people that haven't been for a long time are going. I think this is going to be hands down the best year,
biggest year for Porkfest. And we're going to rekindle the energy from twenty twelve and twenty thirteen. So here's today's fasting update. So we are on day four. So yesterday was a huge milestone. Finishing day three was a complete immune system reboot. So today's, there's nothing special, like this isn't a key milestone day. It's an important day. I mean, all of the days are important. But today is really about the fact that at this point, I am and whoever's participating in this are fully in ketosis. And so we're at a point now where fat is fueling all of the healing, we're operating fully on ketones, and insulin crashes. And so this is really important.
And the theme today is going to be about reducing insulin. So the body is now healing, and we're seeing reductions in chronic disease risk from diabetes and other heart issues. So the science for day four is similar to day three. Ketosis is in full swing. The liver is turning fat into ketones, and that's what's powering my brain and body. And the insulin is dropping, which is reducing inflammation and overall disease risk. So, you know, some tips for today. These are general tips, and then I'll share what my experience has been. But you want to move lightly today. This is still not a point where uh you want to be engaging in any strenuous activity and I found that was the
case as well it was uh I've been working all day on this podcast and on the slides and in fact I I ran out of time I didn't even email my uh my follower base just because I ran out of time and it's uh Normally, it would not have taken me the whole day to do the presentation. So it's just kind of operating at a slower pace. I mean, I'm mentally engaged. I'm not making major slip ups, but I just am not moving as quickly as I might otherwise. And so took some time out, walked around a little bit, meditated, and that was definitely important. today to kind of boost up the ketosis and keep that process going breath is really important this is a good general tip it's certainly helpful during
the fasting process I mean you may have some mood swings and some emotional ups and downs and so it's good to take some time out maybe take you know three or five minutes and just focus on your breath and take take big deep breaths The spotlight today from what's going on from a fasting perspective really is all about insulin. So today you're seeing an insulin crash. And so this has a huge impact, again, on inflammation and a whole variety of other diseases. And in the section where we talk about nutrition lies, which I actually, if you heard the song at the intro, I just created a song for this. But, you know, once again, you know, having been in the healthcare field for a long time,
type two diabetes is completely reversible. It's completely reversible by losing weight. It's completely reversible by doing things like fasting. And we have a medical system that basically created the obesity and type two diabetes epidemic by launching and pushing and supporting a food pyramid that put six to eleven servings of carbs at the base. And then they give you insulin as the way to solve that, which basically creating a customer for life. But your body can repair itself. And fasting is a huge process for this. I had a company that used incentives to reward employees for losing weight. And we had team incentives and individual incentives, a highly successful company
before it was destroyed by the government. But one of the areas in which the employers that were using our service saved money, program was to lower health the whole point of the which is the second largest insurance costs, cost for most employers and the biggest area where they saw immediate benefits. was in reducing and, in many cases, eliminating type two diabetes. And so again, fasting is just a great way to kickstart that as well. So here are some of the typical things that people are experiencing on day four. You have some stable energy. I found, I wouldn't say it was completely stable for me. You have keto flu from time to time. And so this is something that's happening as your
body is going through this transition phase and you're not using carbs, you've depleted. you've depleted your glycogen stores. Headache was an issue for me yesterday. I didn't have a problem with it, but it's because I hydrated and took electrolytes. Mental clarity, that is true. Today is definitely a day of although I will say there's mental clarity, sometimes a disconnect between my mental process and what comes out of my mouth. But the mental part is clear, whether my ability to express it is hit or miss. You're still seeing detox effects. We still are having that autophagy process that we So we're clearing stuff out of the system. talked about yesterday.
So it's important to rest and drink water. And there may be mood swings. And so I've had that a little bit as well today, some really nice highs and then also some more stressful situations, nothing overly serious. So the paradigm shift is everybody talks about insulin resistance as being this silent killer and some big thing that everybody But of course, needs to focus on. the solutions are always pills and medical devices and things like that. And reality is you can actually control your insulin very easily through diet. most of the problems that people I mean, have with insulin are self-induced and it actually comes from following public health advice and following nutrition advice and
following what your doctor says. That's the number one cause ultimately of insulin resistance. It's reversible by changing your diet, by cutting out added sugar, by reducing carbs, and then fasting is a great way to kickstart it. And as we go through this, time on what to do, you know, I'm going to spend a lot of however long the fast ends up being, I might spend that equal amount of time working on how you capture the gains from the fast and use it as a learning activity, because it really is a game changer. If people focus on the results of a fast, they can basically reverse most of these big chronic diseases that people are trying to spend, get you to spend tens of thousands of dollars on.
So my personal situation today was And I'm documenting this as well because this kind of is serving as my journal. My sleep was not great. I actually had a lot of energy last night, so it was hard for me to fall asleep. When I did eventually fall asleep, I got decent sleep. So I just got a little bit less than I was hoping for. I did wake up with thinking that I was going to have cramps again. I didn't actually have the cramps, but I guess I'll call it a pre-cramp. So I did focus on taking electrolytes, Dr. Berg electrolytes right away to get extra potassium. So electrolytes are absolutely critical. for fasting. Mentally, I've been sharp. I've been able to do a whole I actually did another
bunch of things. podcast today at eleven and And so I've been able to do work. some other things. I've been able to work on this presentation that you're seeing today. I created myself today. In fact, everything that you see, I do all of it. I create all the presentations. I set everything up, do all the marketing. So it's just kind of a one man show with this with this podcast. And so I was able to get all of this done from scratch. So basically, forty slides and then doing some additional research and getting everything out. So still able to function. Emotionally good. Again, had some real highs. I do think I am excited You know, again, about this process. I think this process, ultimately,
when I announce on Monday how we're going to take I do think this is going to this to the next level, be helpful for Roger. And I think it's going to be helpful to empower people to take control of their own health, to not get caught up waiting for some doctor or public health or RFK junior or some movement to fix your health. We don't need any of that. We can actually take action ourselves. And so I'm very much excited about continuing to educate people about my experience and the experience of others with fasting. And if this is your first time listening to this, I mean, I fasted for two hundred days in twenty twenty two and twenty twenty three alone. that's not the only fasting that
I mean, I've done. My longest fast so far has been thirty eight days. So I've spent a lot of time doing this personally and then a lot of time researching it and often researching it while while doing it. And so I built up to it. I didn't start out doing a thirty eight day fast. I started doing intermittent fasting and then did a one day fast and then a two day fast, a three day fast. Now, ultimately, it kind of built up. So there's been a lot of cumulative time to be able to learn how to do, how to do this and learn the ins and outs and study it. But the thing is studying it is, is hard because now it's great. Actually, AI is a game changer. I've never done a fast kind of post AI,
but doing this even earlier on. And when I say early on, I'm like talking about five years ago, you have to understand something. Doctors, are not taught anything about fasting. I actually researched the medical school curriculum. There is zero education on fasting and there's only twenty two hours of education for nutrition in general. So your doctor is not going Chances are, to know anything about this. if you ask your doctor for advice, your doctor is going to say, oh, this sounds like it's unsafe. They're going to default to it's unsafe because, you know, they're legal liability and they're just basically there to shield drugs within the context of a malpractice insurance policy.
But in any event, I've been able to learn and piece together. And there is information when you find it. When you find it, what you find is that, you know, I've talked about insulin resistance and everything else, but you reboot your immune system. you start generating stem cells, At some point, your skin clears up, brain fog goes away, inflammation goes away. And nobody has any incentive in fasting getting out there as a solution because literally there's no money in it. There's no medical procedure. There's no pill. There isn't even food. Big food can't even get in and mess around with this. And as we'll talk about when we talk about the top ten health lies tonight,
big food has been causing our ill health and is a great partner with big pharma to create a nice little cycle of dependency. So the pro tips for today for for fasting, kind of similar as yesterday, electrolytes are key. I recommend Dr. Berg's get electrolytes that, of course, have no sugar or any actual calories in it, but that are just pure electrolytes. Always focus on salt again and all of the fasting that I've ever done. The only time I've really had an issue. You can get lightheaded at times as you get further into it when you're getting out of bed. But if you eat enough salt, that's not an issue. And one time when I was kind of a novice at this, I went with my kids to a coffee shop,
got an espresso, didn't have any salt. It was actually hot out that day too. And I came back and I was talking to my wife, sitting down, and then I stood up and I just fell over completely, completely blacked out. That's actually the only real negative experience I've had in the entirety of the time that I've fasted. So now I'm going to constantly warn people about salt and electrolytes. Meditation is great. If you don't meditate, I'm going to do I'll be talking a lot over the coming days about meditation. meditation and why it works. Because if you're skeptical, thinking it's woo-woo, there's actually some scientific evidence to support it. I mean, it's worked for a long time,
but now finally science has caught up to be able to explain it to at least some degree, but not fully. And then journaling is key. And I wish I had journaled my previous fasts. This is serving as my journaling doing these podcasts and then I'll take that and compile it and put it into into writing but it's really helpful to to understand what's going on in the process and this process is more than just you know losing weight losing weight is the least important aspect of this there's a lot of things that are going to come up about in your own life and things that you're going to be able to kind of address yourself so it's a great and kind of improve personal transformation
tool so with that said I'm going to jump into uh hijacking bitcoin part two And to reiterate, the point on this is I don't want to dig up. It's not about digging up old wounds or fighting with other Bitcoin maxis, because the fact is Bitcoin maxis that went through this period that are still Bitcoin maxis are there. We can't deal with them. They're not open to discussion. In fact, they're explicitly not. They've. blocked me. They've blocked Roger. They actually don't engage in conversation. They haven't engaged with this book. no one has refuted the claims. They haven't, They've adopted a strategy of ignoring it. And so these are people that have actually sold out their philosophy,
sold out their ideology. And deep down, they know that they've done that, but they're certainly, but they haven't fully admitted it to themselves, let alone to anyone else. And so that's not who to convince. And that's a very small number of people. I mean, we're talking about probably like a dozen people, to be honest, like this is not a massive group. The group that really needs are people who are new to to hear this information Bitcoin and have no idea about the history. So yesterday I talked about the fact that, Bitcoin was used as a currency you know, and early on big retailers like Overstock and Newegg used to take it. Subway sandwich franchises used to take it.
It used to be actually used as a currency. You talk to people that just got into Bitcoin because of the twenty seventeen bull rush or the twenty twenty one bull rush, because that's when people come into Bitcoin. When the price goes up, that's when new people get attracted to it. They know nothing about the history. They know nothing about how it was designed. They've never read Satoshi's white paper, which outlines how the system works. we're talking about people that are I mean, now like They're in Plato's cave. They're at the bottom of Plato's cave. They're like seeing reflections of reflections of reflections of what's going on. And so for those people, the information that I'm
going through and trying to describe and summarize from the book is going to be eye opening because they've never been presented to it. In all of my talks all over the country, my wife and I have gone, I have twenty six states now and I don't know, whatever. Now, multiple countries and going to Europe and everything else. And we're talking to people that are outside of the liberty and crypto ecosystem echo chamber echo chamber. And they've never heard of this. They've never heard of any of these ideas. They've never heard of. Actually, most of them haven't heard of Roger. And certainly none of them have heard of this book. And when I do these workshops about CBDCs and alternatives, you know,
there have been certain events where the hijacking Bitcoin, I had more people coming up to me after the event asking me questions about hijacking Bitcoin than about CBDCs. So that's how unfamiliar people are with this material. So I'm not going to go into a great deal of detail. Section two of the book really goes into how Bitcoin was hijacked and some of the specific back and forth. I'm just going to go real surface level. And the whole point here is that, you know, if I were to summarize very quickly what happened, it's this. Between twenty fourteen and twenty seventeen, developers hijacked Bitcoin. ditching the original idea, which was cheap, fast cash for slow, pricey digital gold.
That is the punchline of what happened. Hold on. Let me see something. I'm noticing. I don't know why this block is here. OK. Hold on. Now we're better. OK. So the next part of it. So how did they accomplish this? How was Bitcoin hijacked? And a big part of it was the use of propaganda and censorship. So for Bitcoin, a lot of the primary source for information for people early into Bitcoin was Reddit. And there was a thread called r forward slash Reddit when there still is. And the moderators would ban anyone who dissented from
what the developers were trying to do in terms of keeping the blocks small and making Bitcoin something that is slow and pricey digital gold. Like you would instantly be cut out. In fact, I talked to some people, I think Sal said he was a moderator and he got booted. And so this was a major issue, which was that If you're talking about making a proposal change or making changes to Bitcoin or whatever, and you're trying to get support from the community. Well, if the primary channel where people get information about it was censoring people and banning people. then it really wasn't kind of a real open you know decision based on facts based on information it was it was something that was
completely and totally manipulated by insiders so this this was one thing that's happened and again I experienced it personally I all I did was write a tweet recommending hijacking bitcoin and roger retweeted it and on the basis of roger retweeting it like half of the core Bitcoin core developers blocked me. I've been blocked by Michael Saylor. I've been blocked by Max Kaiser. I have been blocked by Adam Back. I've been blocked by Samson. Now, all of these people, in fact, I'll put together a collage of all of the people that have blocked me. And it's in most of those blocks, not all of them were simply for recommending that people read Roger's book. So when Roger talks about censorship,
and as the book outlines numerous examples of it, it's still ongoing. I would argue Roger being in Spain, not able to talk for fear of his words being used against him in court. I would argue his entire situation, legal situation, is part of the same chilling effect, part of the same censorship and propaganda, except now it's not just censorship and propaganda from people in the free market. Now it's actually state actors involved threatening to throw him in a cage for the rest of his life. So this censorship and propaganda is real, which is ironic, given that one of the features of bitcoin is it's supposed to be if you read the white paper money that is censorship resistant and
separate from centralized authority and centralized control so censorship resistance is one of the key attributes of it and and yet the community itself has heavily used censorship to change and morph for the worse the offering itself bitcoin itself And it even got worse. I'll show in a slide, you know, a lot of people aren't aware of there have been many different forks of Bitcoin and many different iterations of Bitcoin. But early on, there were some attempts to increase the block size right off the bat. In fact, there was something called Bitcoin XT. And part of that process involved not only censorship and propaganda, but it involved actual physical attacks, DDoS attacks on people that
didn't support The narrative to try to basically move the vote and and push people that way. The other thing that you find in the book, one of the most fascinating aspects of the hijacking of Bitcoin is that there was a self-proclaimed intelligence officer, government intelligence officer named John Dillon. We don't know if that's his real name. who actually paid to put out videos early on pushing for small blocks. He didn't like the idea. So we had somebody self-proclaimed from the U.S. intelligence agencies who didn't like the idea of Bitcoin being used as cash, who early on was putting out videos discouraging this and trying to actually change the narrative in like, I don't know,
And then later on, he ended up funding a Bitcoin core developer to cement some of the changes to keep Bitcoin as a slow and expensive store of value instead of something that could be used as digital cash. And this story gets even weirder, which I won't talk about today. But there's an active campaign of propaganda around the idea. They're already starting to warm people up to the idea that they're going to have to increase the twenty one million supply. So one of the biggest features that Michael Saylor and other people talk about is that it's the hardest money on earth because there will only ever be twenty one million Bitcoin. Well, that's likely not true.
They're going to have to increase the supply. And in fact, it's not that difficult. Technically, it's kind of a trivial thing to increase the supply. It's a couple of lines of code. but they're going to have to, and they're already starting to prep people for that. You're reading in BlackRock and Fidelity and risk factors for these ETFs, they're talking about it. And Peter Todd, who I mentioned, who was funded by this person with ties to the intelligence agencies, he was in an HBO documentary recently. And the HBO documentary tried to make him out to be Satoshi Nakamoto. And part of the propaganda in this film was, claiming that Peter Todd, that there was no John Dillon,
that Peter Todd was always Satoshi and that he was essentially emailing himself. So they're trying to create this clever situation where Peter Todd ends up being Satoshi. And therefore the small blocks was always the original idea. And this whole story and all of the documents and evidence and communications back and forth with the self-proclaimed person from the intelligence agency was just made up by the guy who was in fact Satoshi. Well, Peter Todd, is actually advocating for increasing the twenty one million supply. In fact, he's been doing it for a couple of years. It was a few weeks just a few weeks ago that he was advocating for it again. So in short, if they're using HBO
documentaries and they're making this big push to claim that Peter Todd is Satoshi, then what that does is it kind of softens and makes it an easier sell to the entire Bitcoin community that, oh, hey, the guy who created Bitcoin expected and believes that there should be an increase in the supply. And so now all of a sudden it's more likely that that's going to pass. The next part of the hijacking involves a group called Blockstream. So essentially what happened is you had a group of early Bitcoin core developers who stopped being Bitcoin core developers and formed a for-profit corporation. And that for-profit corporation called Blockstream makes its money and profits by creating
what are called layer two solutions on top of Bitcoin. So in other words, their ability to make money is based on keeping the base layer of Bitcoin slow and expensive. So in other words, keeping those blocks small. The lead investor for Blockstream was a guy who was the CEO of AXA, a European financial services company. And he was also the chairman, I believe, or president of the Bilderberg Group. Other investors in Blockstream include MasterCard and DCG and a whole bunch of other, one of the early investors in Tether. There's a whole bunch of overlap between Blockstream and Tether. So as you're going through and looking at this, what you're seeing is you
have intelligence agency people influencing the development. Then you have developers going and forming a company that it that that monetizes and benefits from keeping Bitcoin slow and expensive. There's more on the hijacking. I'm not going to talk about it because it's not in hijacking Bitcoin, but there's Rogers book goes up until really twenty seventeen. But so much more has happened. I mean, this this thing has been hijacked multiple times and it gets worse every time. Worse, worse people get involved. And but yet the new people that get involved have a big megaphone. And so they use their propaganda and censorship so that people never get to find out the stuff that
Roger was talking about as a front row participant in this from the very beginning. Also the Bitcoin miners were betrayed at this process as well, because if you're a Bitcoin miner and you're investing all of this money in computer hardware, the expectation was that you were doing this on the basis of the assumption that Bitcoin was going to be doing Visa and MasterCard level transactions. And then ultimately you were going to make your money not just securing the network for speculative rewards, but by actually processing and getting transaction fees for every block that is produced every ten minutes. And so the developers ignored the miners in a very significant way throughout the entire
process as this block size war was going on to push their agenda of small blocks over big blocks. And I talked about this in detail yesterday, so I'm not going to talk about it anymore, which is that Lightning Network was what was offered as the solution. So they basically said, well, yeah, we're going to keep the block small, but that doesn't mean Bitcoin won't end up being a medium of exchange. People will start using it for payments again when we successfully implement this experiment called Lightning Network. Well, that was like nine years ago. It doesn't work. I mean, everybody admits it doesn't work, which is why last night I didn't go into more of it. Normally,
I'd go into detail trying to show why and explain why it won't work. But we don't need to anymore because a lot of this Bitcoin maxi crew has given up on the idea of Bitcoin being used for payments and are focused solely on the store of value digital gold thing. With one exception just today, Jack Dorsey basically Actually, yesterday he came out and said Bitcoin is basically useless. If it's just a store value, it needs to also be something that can be used for payments. And then today he came out with another tweet saying, you know, there are other alternatives other than Lightning Network. So my guess is we can expect that that he's working on something kind of behind the scenes,
which based on his track record, I don't I doubt that's a great thing for privacy, but it is what it is. So I'm going to go through the fork war history, but not in a lot of great detail, but just so that you know what has gone on behind the scenes. And this whole argument over keeping to the original vision of Bitcoin as a payment system, as opposed to the store value, has a long storied history with a lot of different players in it. There was something called Bitcoin XT, which was proposed in August of twenty twenty of twenty fifteen. It ultimately was abandoned, but as part of the process of trying to get approval for that and consensus from the community. There were DDoS attacks.
There was censorship on Reddit and community pushback. There was something called Bitcoin Classic. Again, these all went through similar processes, something called Bitcoin Unlimited. Most people have never heard of these things. I guess Bitcoin Unlimited existed just to get any traction. Bitcoin Cash was basically was able to successfully fork off. But, you know, of course, then was the subject of all of this ridicule and ongoing propaganda and censorship. But Bitcoin Cash still exists today and Bitcoin Cash maintains the original vision. It has, you know, larger blocks, in fact, blocks that can change in size dynamically. It can be used for cash. When I stopped using a bank account in
crypto that I use because it was available with more merchants and debit cards and everything else. You have Bitcoin Gold, Bitcoin SV. I've done a whole podcast on BSV, so I'm not going to go through that here. And then something called eCash, which actually forked from Bitcoin Cash. So there are a lot of different things that have gone on here, and there's this whole saga and everything back and forth. But all of this stemmed from the fact that a group of developers hijacked the crypto. None of these forks would have existed if the original vision, as outlined in the white paper, had been just simply followed and continued. All right, so with that said, that's enough about
hijacking Bitcoin for today. I'll talk about more, probably not tomorrow, but in the future. Again, we've got a lot of time ahead of us in this fast, so there's a lot of content to go over. I do want to continue, though, on the nutrition aspect public health lies from yesterday. I went through the first five yesterday, but the thing that I want to reiterate, and actually I thought about it today, and I'll play the rap song that I created again here in a minute after I walk through these, but It's really important that people don't naively have this under the view that, well, yeah, sure, you know, these scientists just got it wrong, but they were well-meaning and based on the
information they had at the time, that's why we have the public health policies that we have. I've researched this. I've been researching this for years. when I had my healthcare company and then just going through fasts and then dealing with my own weight issues and trying to learn all about what's going on behind the scenes. And it is definitively true that none of these myths that we're led to believe about nutrition had any basis in science. They were malicious from the start. So it's critical to understand that. And as I lay out this information, I'm showing that because No one was held accountable and there was never any course correction. So not only was it bad,
it was never based in actual science. It was never based on improving people's health. Most of it was never corrected or if it was corrected, it was a way that was actually worse. And people made tens of billions of dollars off of it and continue to do so. So today I'm going to focus on a few. One of them is eight glasses of water a day. Okay, you've probably heard that. I mean, this is a common thing. You download an app. Everybody's like, you know, if you've got a Fitbit, did you have your eight glasses of water today? There's no evidence for that. And in fact, excess water can strain your kidneys. And furthermore, having a whole bunch of water that doesn't have electrolytes and some other
things isn't all that great either. But there was never... a scientific basis for this. This was pushed by the U.S. Food and Nutrition Board and was pushed heavily by Big Water, by Dasani and by these other companies. And they benefited from it dramatically. You had Nestle, Perrier, a lot of these companies amplified this heavily through marketing and there's been no formal accountability. In fact, it's still kind of generally accepted. No one's ever issued a retraction. But what has happened over it is it's been a huge boom for the water industry. So Nestle water brands do over eight billion dollars annually and global bottled water is now three hundred billion dollars.
um as of twenty twenty three so this is basically you know again this along with the other five from yesterday is just it's it's more stuff that we were told and that got integrated and nutritionists started spewing it and it became part of apps and it became part of you know this common lore of what you have to do and there's no basis for it's just simply not true the other one was lie number seven dairy for bones right so you had all these campaigns milk it does a body good And you had all of these milk mustaches and this whole big marketing campaign. That's also a dairy industry, the deception. So the claim that dairy is essential for strong bones due to calcium was heavily
pushed by the US dairy industry, particularly the National Dairy Council, starting in the nineteen eighties with the Got Milk campaign. So the USDA supported this in their dietary guidelines, despite evidence showing that countries with low dairy intake, like Japan, have lower osteoporosis rates. So excess dairy can cause inflammation and doesn't prevent fractures. Greens and exercise are better for bones. So again, I don't even know if they still do. I don't have a TV. I don't know. They may still do the got milk. But that was a complete fraud. So the National Dairy Council, so, you know, a panel backed by the dairy farmers, put this together. The USDA supported it via
the nineteen ninety two food pyramid that's killed millions of people. The USDA food pyramid holocaust. No one was held accountable. The USDA adjusted guidelines, no penalties, nothing bad happened. And U.S. dairy sales absolutely surged. It added one point five billion dollars of revenue over a decade that got milk campaign. So you can lie to again. Lie number eight, sugar is just empty calories. I mean, it's not just empty calories. It's actually worse than that. We've got to squint to read this, but public health labeled sugar as empty calories in the nineteen seventies, downplaying the role in obesity and diabetes. Influenced by the Sugar Association, which funded studies to
deflect blame to fats. We talked about that yesterday with Ancel Keys and his work to push the propaganda narrative that low-fat diets are good and that bacon and eggs and red meat cause heart attacks and cholesterol, all fake. this is tied into that. So the USDA echoed this suggesting moderate sugar was fine. Research now shows that sugar drives metabolic syndrome, ten million obesity related deaths since nineteen ninety two and is a major disease factor, not just an energy source. So, again, you need absolutely zero added sugar. There is no reason to have added sugar in your diet. It has no nutritional value. It actually just it's it spikes your insulin.
It just it's it's it's It's disastrous, and it's more addictive than cocaine. So they pushed it just as empty calories or just as something, and this is kind of this innocuous thing, and that's what allowed all of this to happen. So no evidence behind it. And by the way, it gets worse because now they're coming up with a new global Lancet dietary guidelines and it actually includes added sugar in it as part of the diet. So again, my point in all of this is it starts out malicious and then there's never any self-correction. And sometimes the correction that happens is actually worse. So who's responsible? The Sugar Association with USDA support, funded studies to deflect blame.
And was there any accountability? No legal penalties, just it was exposed in JAMA in twenty sixteen, but a slight adjustment in the guidelines. So who profited? Well, U.S. global sugar sales, forty eight billion dollars in twenty twenty three. And not to mention, by the way, the fact that sugar is also subsidized heavily by the taxpayers. So like this is just a you know, I mean, public health and the government is trying to kill us. U.S. consumption rose from one hundred and twenty to one hundred and thirty pounds per person for consumption of sugar. So you don't need sugar. Your brain doesn't need sugar. There are a lot of these other myths. Right. You know, again,
right now I'm on day four of the fast. I have no sugar. I actually wasn't eating sugar before that anyway. But your your brain can. I will tell you, your brain functions better on ketones. Sugar. Sugar is not an additive thing here. A helpful thing in any way, shape or form. Lie number nine. is that you need to eat every few hours. So this was another thing that all of the snack food companies rallied behind this pitch. So, you know, yeah, every two to three hours you need to eat. And what that does is it spikes your insulin and it's had terrible effects on people's metabolism. So snack food companies like Nabisco and Kraft were behind this. The USDA reinforced it with fitness guidelines,
no one was held accountable, and snack food sales have jumped to a hundred and fifty billion dollars in twenty twenty three. And you've probably noticed this. One of the things that was shocking to me, I mean, now after you go through a fast, once you start becoming aware of all of this, one thing that I observed is just like one day I was taking my kids. They wanted to go to Michael's to get like supplies they wanted. They were doing going through like a knitting phase and we were getting some arts and crafts. So you go you go there and you go to the checkout line. And what do they have? Well, they have sugar. They have a whole bunch of candy. They have snacks. So they have candy and
snacks at an art supply store. Then you go to Best Buy. And, oh, you want to buy a computer. You want to buy an iPad or whatever it is. You go to the line at Best Buy. And they're selling candy. And they're selling snack food. I mean, it's actually literally everywhere. I mean, businesses where it's just like, OK, here's some sugar. Here's some processed GMO corn. wherever it is. It's just an add-on that everybody puts at the checkout counter everywhere. So again, sugar is highly addictive and they've now strategically placed it everywhere. And go to an airport. I mean, one of the biggest jokes is an airport, one of those where you now have to buy water because
you have to dump whatever you bring. All of the snacks are just Absolute crap. I mean, it's almost impossible to eat healthy in an airport. And so so none of this, none of the, you know, you know, sugar is just empty calories or you need to eat a few hours. None of this stuff has actually even been addressed. It's it's people still think this is true. Actually, so I'm trying to say this as lies, but as I'm presenting them, it may come off as, well, yeah, we now know it's a lie. No, most people don't even know this stuff is already, is a lie. It's still actively what people think is the right thing to do for dietary guidelines. And lastly, lie ten, all calories are equal.
Well, all calories are not equal. So, you know, broccoli is not the same as soda and the effect of these calories in terms of insulin level. I mean, it is true you could lose weight. I mean, thirty five hundred calories equals a pound. But if you were just eating sugar, you would be hungry all of the time and you have all kinds of metabolic problems. And so that that will not get you anywhere. But that myth was pushed for a long time, of course, by. by food companies and interestingly, dieticians in the USDA and Koch-funded studies to downplay sugar's impact. But I mean, again, this is one of these things, and I said this story last night, yeah, I'm pissed because when I
needed to lose weight when I was a kid, I went to a nutritionist and they told me to eat snack well-cut cookies and eat low fat. Nutritionists are are retarded. I mean, actually it's not that they're retarded. They're NPCs that follow curriculum. So they actually go through training, like in a lot of these things, they don't question the training. They think the people that are teaching them are actually teaching them the right thing. And then they parrot the thing. But they're the last people you should go to for advice. Doctors as well. I mean, these people need to unlearn. They have learned the wrong thing. And then they've been given the status as authority figures.
And, you know, in many cases, they have actually legal authority. They're the only ones with legal authority to push these things. And they're completely wrong and untrained on nutrition. So in any event, Coca-Cola has benefited. handsomely and the global soft drink market is now four hundred billion dollars a year so I'm gonna play this rap this rap song that I created today uh because I you know I think it encapsulates that this whole ten lies yo mike's hot let's shred the game of
Ford's factory chain Fifteen billion profit while we stuck in pain Breakfast the king, Kellogg's sold the lie Fifty dui, three billion revenue Watch our health die Malice in the plot Not a slip, it's planned Doctors brainwashed Malice built these traps, we run
Low fat trap, American Heart Association's cruel design. Ninety-one billion market while heart disease climbs. Carbs at the base, USDA's grain game. Seventy-eight billion profit, health's a losing name. Red meat's the fall guy, sugar's dirty truth. Doc's gotta unlearn, it's time to overthrow Nutrition lies exposed, tear the curtain down Death cult's reign of terror, we're taking the crown
Eight glasses a day. Nestle's water scheme. Three hundred billion market living the dream. Dairy for bones and DC's cash flow. Forty seven billion profit. Bones still slow. Sugar's just empty. Coke sweet lie. Four hundred billion soft drinks. Watch health fried. Eat every hour. Snacks rule the clock. One fifty billion haul. Docs unlearn.
All right, so there you go. Let me play around some different versions of that song or different genres, but I think it does encapsulate the point. I really think, and as I go through this, because there's more and more evidence. I mean, these are just the top ten nutrition things, but literally everything that we've been told about nutrition is flawed, and it's intentionally flawed. And so for me, I'm more adamant than just I'm at this point saying very explicitly that we should not trust doctors on this, and we should not be letting the people that created the problem or allowed the problem to fester come up with solutions. These people are uniquely unqualified to deal with this issue.
They have been trained on bad science directed by people that have a particular profit motive. they have to unlearn more than the rest of us. Now, it's possible that a doctor could unlearn these things, but I wouldn't start as a default by picking a doctor that maybe has just unlearned something to be the one that's going to be an expert in this when their whole base of knowledge is actually flawed. So I'm actually going to start calling out doctors. This idea, when you have conversations with people, oh, well, he's not a doctor. He doesn't have this expertise. It's a death cult, and these people were indoctrinated with bad science. And they're the problem. I think we should just start
explicitly calling it out. This is why I'm not optimistic about this gold standard science and getting more information, because it presumes that it's just a different set of doctors or that it was a one off thing or whatever. You can go back all of these nutritional lies that I've gone through these ten, which I'll probably compile into one clip. This stuff goes back to before the nineteen seventies. So this is not like this isn't like, oh, Fauci did it or is a group of bad guys or some people came in. Once you study the history of the USDA, the history of the FDA from inception, you'll find out that there was no golden age and we just need to just boycott this. Part of the great empowering
thing about fasting is you realize, hey, I can I can clean up the bad stuff that's going on. I can clean up the inflammation. My body can clean up its own cells. I can generate my own stem cells and then reset all of the bad stuff that I've been indoctrinated to believe are actual nutritional standards. And then when you come out of the fast or while you're going through the fast, you can actually start learning about what the right things are to do and to start making tweaks. But you're not going to find good advice from doctors. I would be shocked if anybody went to their doctor and the doctor said, oh, yeah, you should do a fast. And by the way, here's how you should
change your diet because you're going to get more. Oh, yeah, you should reduce red meat. You should start using insect protein because they're just reading what they're told. from the top down as well. So they're just NPC repeaters. So anyway, calls to action. Again, sign the open letter, freerogernow.org, share it with people, direct message it to people. Getting those numbers up is important. It really does help. Plan to attend the hearing, join the fast. So I'm not going to do this podcast until next Monday. I'm going to take tomorrow off. I haven't had time, like literally I spent all day on today's talk. So I haven't even done clips from the last two episodes.
There's a lot of really good content to get out there. And then I think, I don't think I'm going to do this on the weekends because, you know, people are not watching these things on the weekends, but on Monday, I'm going to roll out a plan to really take this fast to the next level. And I'm going to be asking people for a lot of people for help, but I've had a lot of great feedback from people. There are a lot of other, you know, influencers and people that want to help out. And so there's going to be a lot of opportunity for, you know, getting, tapping larger audiences. And I really think getting even more momentum on that, but I need a couple of days to kind of sort through all that.
But please share this podcast and other Roger related content, create and share your own content. And then again, participate in these live Q and A's. I, you know, these there's last night was just some fascinating, information. And there were people that were on that call with all kinds of different information and perspective. There's a cancer survivor on there that had a really interesting book and some interesting resources and things that he learned about while successfully beating cancer and he completely changed his own life, his own nutrition, but not by following the doctor's order, but by actually looking and trying to understand how all this works from first principles.
And so one of the anecdotes he had is he was going in for radiation And they wanted to give him, if you've ever seen these, these drinks, they're called boost booster that ensures another one that they give you. And it's supposed to be, you know, Oh, here's a drink that has all your nutrients in it. Well, like the number one or number two ingredient was high fructose corn syrup. Well, sugar, I mean, cancer feeds on sugar. So he was at least cognizant of, because he'd been researching this to realize, Hey, I'm not taking boost. You're not going to hit me with radiation to try to kill my cancer and then have me take a highly concentrated form of the thing that the cancer feeds on to grow.
So anyway, bottom line is these Q and A's, I know a lot of people are nervous or don't like to come forward, but I will tell you that really good information comes out from it. And so I encourage you to do it and to give it a try just because I think I will make clips of uh some of the more uh relevant and interesting revelations that come out of it and share those and that and that is information that's very helpful for other people because again with as we go through this and as you start to really think about your relationship with food and nutrition and everything else you'll find that it you know if public health and your doctor have been indoctrinated or are maliciously pushing the
wrong thing then where do you go to get information I mean, the truth is it actually makes it difficult. So us sharing information amongst ourselves is actually a good way to go. so fasting resources I recommend dr eric berg dr alan goldhamer who runs a a water fast clinic and has been doing this for years and has just built up a library I think fasting.com or fasting.org I'll have to I'll share that tomorrow but has uh all of the research that's been done showing the impact of fasting on a whole variety of diseases and conditions. And I reached out to Mike Adams, who's Health Ranger, who has spent a couple of million dollars building his own AI.
He hasn't released it yet, but he's working, he's using it himself. And I asked him to run a report on fasting and various diseases ranging from cancer to cataracts to you name it. And the information came back that it was helpful in almost all cases, was either helpful or actually cured the underlying condition, including multiple sclerosis. And so I think that this is one of those things where, again, nobody's funded research on fasting because there's no money in it. Doctors haven't been trained on it. And so literally it's this thing that has just gone completely untouched, even though Jesus, Noah, Moses, others did, you know, forty day fasts. Greeks like Pythagoras and
others who entered the Greek or Egyptian mystery schools did a forty day fast. I mean, it's ancient wisdom, but it's something that has been maliciously ignored by mainstream medicine. So I'm hoping as we go through this and I find more and more research that I'm going to share with everyone so people can start to get a handle on how truly impactful this is. All right. So now we can do the live Q&A and roundtable if people are interested. I mean, I know there have been some marathons the last three nights. And so I know some of the people that are regulars have other events or whatever. So we don't have to do these every night. And moving forward, I'm going to organize this
better in advance so that we get people kind of committed and uh, are, are kind of aware of the timing because this is my normal slot for this podcast. I usually only do this podcast on Thursdays at eight and even that hasn't been regular. So this is, this is only the tenth podcast for the year, but, but four of them have happened this week. So obviously we're, we're on a new schedule, but, um, if anybody does want to come up and either comment on any of the material from the podcast or bring up any other questions or share any information, um, now is the time I'll send a, I'll put a link into the, uh, the notes right now. And, uh, and if you want to join your, you're welcome to, I'll,
I'll keep it open for, you know, five minutes or so. And if, and if nobody joins, that's, that's fine. I'm, I'm actually a little bit tired anyway so I'm hitting one of the kind of the down cycles of the of the fast so I wouldn't mind actually getting a little caught up on some rest but also if you want to you know just type in some questions I'm happy to answer those so I see here um uh jack dorsey protects pedos everything about him is invalid well you know yeah jack dorsey's uh It's not great, right? I mean, he was like one of the main guys behind the censorship industrial complex with Twitter. I mean, what was learned about what he allowed in terms of backdoors and everything
else is breathtaking. And then you even look at some of his payment processing stuff. He's also... He's also been okay with censorship. And so, yeah, he's hanging out with Beyonce. He's hanging out with Jay-Z. But then all of a sudden he's acting like he's had this rebirth and now he's an ANCAP and he's posting stuff from Rothbard and he's wearing a beard. You know, maybe it's true. People change. But at the same time, he's hanging out with Jay-Z and Beyonce. So that actually causes me a little bit of concern. There's another... person trying to push the narrative that actually Jack Dorsey is Satoshi. So watch for this, by the way. I mean, if you do have Bitcoin and you're
just in it for number go up, start studying these things. I mean, the number might still go up for a while just because people are trying to force taxpayers to buy it. But I mean, really start digging into some of these people who are behind it. I will do a separate thing that is from my book that talks about MIT's role in hijacking Bitcoin, a guy named Joy Ito, who, in addition to running the MIT Multimedia Lab, ran a venture capital firm. He had funding from Jeffrey Epstein. And so he's one of the people that got heavily involved. You have Reid Hoffman. uh the the absolute you know lefty who spent time on epstein's island you have a whole bunch of other nefarious people that have
been involved in and funding funding bitcoin and so I mean so now we're at a point where you know you've got blackrock you have michael saylor who is pushing this this big theme this big trend of ossification so he basically didn't want to change any of the code at all. He basically wanted to leave Bitcoin as it is, just focused on this store of value digital gold model, which doesn't work at all based on the mining incentives and what happens when the block rewards get cut by another fifty percent because miners, the whole point of miners was to to create businesses based on doing transaction fees. And the transaction fees are almost nothing right now. I discussed yesterday that
transaction fees on Bitcoin actually dropped to eleven cents. I mean, Bitcoin is actually usable almost as cash right now because literally nobody's using it. But what that means is that's disastrous for Bitcoin miners because outside of the block reward, I mean, if you look at it this way, you have people spending hundreds of millions of dollars on computers. And essentially the entire purpose of the computer is to try to solve math problems To win a block reward I mean it's like gambling, but instead of showing up with you know, a hundred dollars you invest a hundred million dollars of money into into mining equipment. So so it's because it really is at that point it's gambling you're not
providing a service that is securing a network that's doing large volumes of transactions you're literally just buying computational horsepower. and your hope that you win a math puzzle and get a reward. It's absurd. So in any event, um, so do your homework, do your research, read hijacking Bitcoin, and then, and then try to find people refuting hijacking Bitcoin, try to refute it yourself. And, uh, and then, you know, you'll find you can't, and then you're going to have to, you know, you know, look in the mirror and say, all right, well, if I'm buying Bitcoin, what am I actually supporting here? Cause your money is your energy. So what are you putting your energy behind by, uh,
By supporting Bitcoin. So in any event, let's see any other questions here. Most of microplastics in people are from water bottles. Yeah, that's a whole other issue. That is true. That's another that's another big problem is microplastics. And, you know, these water companies, I mean, Coke and Nestle, I mean, these are these I'll pull up the chart. We now have these conglomerates that basically. know own own food own water I mean it's just it's it's it's a handful of companies that that own all of this stuff they have terrible track records in a variety of things it's kind of like trying to give boost with high fructose corn syrup to a cancer patient and and actually baby formula now
it has I saw the health ranger again I guess is doing some analysis of of uh infant formula and high fructose corn syrup is one of the top ingredients in that. So we're giving, we're giving babies, you know, it's not, it's not really a facsimile of, of what mother's milk would be. We're giving them high fructose corn syrup. And so it's just bad all the way, all the way around. And it is difficult. Once you go through this, then it becomes difficult though. Like it's actually hard to eat healthy, but this is part of my issues that, you know, we travel all the time. And on the one hand, when you're traveling, you want to be able to enjoy food and you want to be able to,
you know, eat meals with people. Because if you're going out and you're going to conferences and you're trying to meet with people, you don't want to be like, okay, well, I can't eat anything or, you know, just bring your own food and stay in the hotel. That being part of the travel experience is, depending on where you're going, you might want to explore the culture and everything else. But I mean, you go to places. I mean, it was interesting in Mexico, you know, for whatever reason, it's like all of the stores, all of the shops, all the convenience stores, they're selling like, different flavors of Doritos. I actually literally couldn't eat any of the things. I couldn't buy anything from
the snack store because it either had gluten in it or it had sugar in it or it was highly processed. There was absolutely nothing. There were no choices in Mexico at convenience stores. Although I was able to when I ate. I was going to say I'm allergic to gluten, but What I've realized is I'm allergic to American gluten. So I can actually eat gluten in Mexico, but I will have all kinds of gastrointestinal problems eating gluten in the United States, completely fine in Europe, and completely fine in Mexico. So that's another story for another day. So let's see here. Any other questions? So the Yuka app helps us scan the barcode,
shows the rate. Oh, that's Yuka app. Okay. I haven't heard of that. Y-U-K-A. I will have to take a look at that. That's great. Glad to glad to hear that. And, you know, and it's and it's tough. So I'll tell you another story. So my wife also doesn't eat gluten. So we're in Mexico. And and so, you know, it became really interesting for us because we were in different places in Mexico. We were in Mexico City. Then we were in Morelia. Then we were in Acapulco, and then we were in Cancun. And the thing is, most of the people, my wife actually speaks Spanish, so it's not a language issue. In Mexico, they're unfamiliar with gluten allergies, and it's just not an issue for them.
So when we're asking for this, when we're asking for gluten-free, they're kind of like, huh? You know, what? What is this? And then, I mean, I used AI, and I decided, well, I want to look at a couple of things. So where does Mexico stand on gluten allergies, and even peanut allergies, which when I was a kid, nobody had peanut allergies. So this is something that came out of the blue. Well, lo and behold, Mexico doesn't have this issue. They don't have issues with gluten or with peanut allergies. And so we really should start looking at what's going on comparatively here, where there's something very specific about America's food supply and America's products that are
different from other parts of the world. I've heard stories of people, in fact, I mean, you actually see them, right? They're posted on social media all the time where somebody's like, somebody from Europe comes to the United States, eats the same thing and says, oh my God, I got fat. And then somebody from the United States like goes to Italy or whatever and says, hey, I eat pizza every day and I ate like pasta and everything else and I lost five pounds. Um, so there are a lot of these kinds of stories and, and we don't know entirely why I know Brett Weinstein a while ago had put out a video clip, um, same thing saying that, you know, he was in Europe, he was trying to do a test, um,
and in Europe he was okay, but, uh, uh, it didn't work out so well for him in the U S. So he was trying to do kind of his own individual scientific test on whether there was something different about the gluten in Jim Collison, M.D. : Europe versus the US and so far as his results were were the same as mine, which is yeah there's there's something in our wheat, that is. Jim Collison, M.D. : it's not the wheat itself it's something that's been engineered or a pesticide or some other. other third party thing. So as you go through the fasting process and you start to become more aware of food, it does become more difficult. And then you just realize that you go and I've seen
these memes where it's like, you know, what you see going into a grocery store. It's like, you know, here's an aisle of cereal, an aisle of bread, everything else. It's like, you know, here's what I see. It's like, here's the contaminant. Here's sugar. Here's this. Here's this. You know, grocery stores are horrendous. So, you know, we've tried to move towards buying stuff from farms and local farms uh I mean organic is a certification is its own thing which is it's a government certification that isn't necessarily all it's cracked up to be so joel salatin for instance is not you know if it doesn't officially meet the organic standards but his food is much healthier than even
organic so organic is one of those okay it's a you know it's a label thing that uh it's a marketing ploy it's kind of like saying low fat is good and everything else maybe I'll do something on the organic thing but I will by the time this whole fast is over that's going to go on for much longer than seven days and put out all this content we're going to have a pretty good library of things that I think are going to be very, very eye opening for people. Well, it looks like nobody's going to join tonight unless anyone else wants to join I'll post the link one more time, but unless anybody wants to post any you know questions or has any other comments. I'll give it a, you know,
I guess I'll give it, I'll give it three more minutes. I'll give it until nine twenty. And if and if no one pops on, we will we'll we'll call it a night, which which is which is OK with me. I'm ready to I think I'm ready to ready to sleep. So. But overall, good day four. And yesterday was kind of the worst of it. And now it gets progressively better. But as I recall from previous fasts, once you get beyond day ten, I remember it being kind of like a every other day thing where You know, you have low energy one day. I mean, not like low energy is and you can't function, but definitely like low energy is in the energy level I have now.
But then the next day you just you feel like great. You feel like you feel like Superman and you just have tons of energy and tons of mental clarity. So that that I believe happens after day ten. But now it starts to gradually get get better. So. All right. Somebody I'll catch up with you tomorrow. You need some rest. All right. Sounds good. If I will give it, I sent out a couple of links, so I will give it a couple more minutes, but if, if, if no one hits by nine twenty, we'll, we'll call it. And that's fine. You know, an hour and twenty minutes. And as we move forward and do these, it doesn't have to be a two hour podcast every day. I might have updates that are only a half an hour.
It depends. But there is a lot of content that I want to go over throughout this fast. There's a lot of information I've been trying to figure out how to get out there to people. And so Actually, I think this is going to be a great, great format to do it. So, all right. Let's see. Let me check up at the top. Are there any other questions? Gary Brecka dropped a video today about fasting. I need to check that out. Gary Brecka. Let me add that to my list. Gary Brecka. Let me see what we have here. um here we go five zero cost
biohacks sleep breath sun cold and fasting all right that sounds like a good video I'll check I'll put that on my save to wash later list and give that a look um all right well I think uh I guess we got one more minute, but I think that'll, that'll just about, that'll just about wrap it up. So, all right, everyone. Well, thank you for joining. And again, please, please share this content. Please sign the open letter at freerogernow.org and you know, and consider, consider joining one of these Q and A round table sessions. And maybe I'll come up with topics for the sessions. Not that, not that we need to follow it.
I mean, last night was great because we went in a whole bunch of different directions, but, moving forward when I announce the plan for this moving on Monday, we'll, we'll come up with a new, new way, but I do encourage you to participate because it's, I think we need more, we need more people participating, you know, using their, not just their ears, but their mouths and ears because everybody's got a lot of great knowledge on this. And since we've been lied to by these institutions, I think it's actually good that we start, start sharing amongst one another. So, With that, I'll close it out with a song, and I will see you on Monday. Have a good night.
