as a technocrat let's dive in in the early 20th century a movement began to develop around a political theory known as technocracy a system where in management of governments is handled by technical experts often involving technology focused solutions early proponents of technocracy claim that the concept would lead to better management of resources and the Protection of the planet however this system of governance by technological experts in their technology would also involve a loss of privacy as well as centralization of power and the management of all human behavior although the term appears to have been largely forgotten the technocratic philosophy and influence can be seen everywhere
in our modern digital world already beginning to arrive at the huge Civic Auditorium where a large receptive audience turned out to hear Howard Scott as he warned of an impending crisis in America's domestic and foreign affairs one of the most influential proponents of technocracy was a man named Howard Scott a writer who founded the Technical Alliance in New York City in 1919 Scott believed that business owners lacked the necessary skills and data to reform their industry and thus control should be handed over to engineers the technocrats publicized their vision of a centrally planned world via books speeches
clubs and political parties this resulted in a brief period of popularity in the US and Canada in the years following the Great Depression as politicians and economists search for a solution to the financial calamity the technocrats imagined a world where politicians and business owners were replaced with scientists engineers and other technical experts who would manage the economy however in the 1940s mainstream interest in the technocracy movement seemed to dissipate the ideas that underpinned the technocratic vision received a notable endorsement in 1970 when political scientist Zbigniew Brzezinski released his book Between Two Ages America's Role in the Technetronic Era Brzezinski
will be familiar to long term researchers of the ruling elite until his death in 2018 Brzezinski was a diplomat who ran in the same circles as David Rockefeller and former secretary of state and accused war criminal Henry Kissinger Brzezinski served as advisor to several presidents from Jimmy Carter to Barack Obama he was also a member of the Atlantic Council the National Endowment for democracy and the council on Foreign Relations although Brzezinski's book Between Two Ages substituted the term technotronic for technocratic the depiction of the future is the same a world in which the scientific and technological elite centrally plan the lives of all humanity
essentially Brzezinski's vision is a technologically advanced authoritarian style collectivism wherein individual liberties are subordinated to the apparent needs of the collective when we examine the world of 2025 we clearly see the signs of technocratic influence for example we can see this influence in the wealthiest companies and the most influential CEOs these individuals are running companies that have amassed large amounts of financial wealth as well as unfathomable amounts of digital data on all of their customers from Jeff Bezos at Amazon Bill Gates of Microsoft Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook Elon Musk of Tesla and spacex we can see the technocratic ideology
these men and their colleagues in various technological industries wield immense power through their companies wealth and cultural influence these individuals have enough money resources and connections to shape elections Geo engineer the climate and cause dips in the stock market to name a few examples they are the technocratic class of 2025 welcome back to the Aaron Day Show this is Season 2 episode 19 this is an extremely important episode I I think this is probably by far the most important episode that we've done there is a lot that has happened this year
but more particularly there was a lot that happened just today with the house of representatives passing the Genius Act and the Clarity Act and this has significant implications for the acceleration of technocracy it's incredibly bad news I I you know I as you know if you've been following me at all I've been following this the whole time but more importantly I've been following it the previous versions of the bills the Lumis Gil brand bills and everything else and um what's happened here is is beyond alarming and it's actually beyond my I guess my worst fears of what might happen had the election gone the other way which I certainly will talk about I'm gonna do a little bit um
of housekeeping at the beginning here just so that we can get the numbers up so I really do encourage you to like and share um I see that Brett Weinstein just shared this that's great as to Jeffrey Tucker and others um it it really this is an important one and time is not on our side here so I'm gonna walk through some of just the housekeeping stuff hopefully we can get these numbers up to I'm hoping we get at least 10,000 people live so that we can um really make a splash with this so before I get into that I wanna talk about last week I encourage you to revisit Season 2 episode 18 Last week the focus was on the war on technocracy unleashed
and essentially what I've been doing for the last couple of weeks is I've been trying to digest everything that's going on both from a from a legislative perspective and also what's going on in terms of development in the in the cryptocurrency space and I'm trying to figure out how to be effective more effective moving forward particularly in light of the fact that this is now an urgent situation and I think the biggest frustration that I have is when I started warning people about this three years ago people were like oh you know this is a conspiracy theory this is never gonna happen and now we're at the point where it's already 90% there and people are still not waking up to what's going on
even though it's being actively rolled out under our noses and so I'm focusing my efforts into three different areas which I will be explaining more over the next several weeks but uh more specifically I'm gonna be focusing some of my effort on explaining the technocracy takeover that this is this is ideological this isn't about people bringing in technology to make government more efficient this is an ideological movement and if you saw the Derrick Bros clip in the introduction that's a great introduction to what technocracy is all about who's behind it what the motivations are but if people don't understand that this is about technocracy and that there is something behind the scenes
then they'll never recognize the problem enough to be able to make the appropriate level of changes in other words if you just think that this is a couple of bad apples or this just happens to be a you know a poor piece of legislation you're not understanding the bigger picture and most people don't because technocracy is certainly not something that's taught in school it's certainly not something that's mainstream um because the people behind it are aren't necessarily interested in people knowing their motivations so that's one area of focus the next area of focus though and this is critically important is people taking control of their own free will taking control of their own actions
their own day to day decisions in their life if you don't do that we've spent so much time on politics and externalizing things and waiting for white knights to come and save us no one's going to save us we have to save ourselves but in order to be able to save ourselves we have to be able to be honest with ourselves about the fact that we have all been programmed and so we need to be aware of that to recognize that and to start to take steps to uninstall the program so that we can start exercising our free will because that's the true way that we overcome technocracy and then lastly um you know having done that or alongside that is building alternatives to this technocratic system
I call that the revolution will be tokenized this is about uh building solutions that are the opposite of centralized authoritarian programmable trackable systems these are private systems and so um I'll touch on that briefly but you know again this is just introductory materials as we get the numbers up the the real focus today is gonna be on unpacking everything that's going on with the technocracy in America and the legislative updates today next week I'm going to be interviewing Mike Adams and we're going to be talking about his new AI Enoch AI which is very exciting when I was doing my fast I actually reached out to him because I was unable to get any useful information from
from any AI Grok chat GPT you know whatever once I got past day 21 you know the responses I get back is well you know you just shouldn't fast this long and it would tell me well I would say well this is dangerous and then what I would I would query it as to well why is it dangerous what's the evidence that it's dangerous it would admit it didn't have any so anyway Mike actually his his AI was the only system that had a real information about this and so he's trained his AI on a completely different data sets than we're used to with these others and so I'm very excited to have him on because a big part of this podcast is not only describing the threat of the technocratic takeover
but it's introducing people to solutions and things that they can actually do on a day to day basis to improve their situation um I want to remind you that I am now writing for the Agorist Cipher which is a paid subscription newsletter along with Sal the Agorist and Derek Broze and John Bush and others and so I encourage you to check this out I think it's like $11 a month you can use code Aaron five and receive a 5% discount but again this is a yeah I'm just being reminded to put on my red glasses that's true I did I got some advice that the the quality of the video wasn't good so I went back to turning on all the lights so now I'm like blinded by blinded by blue light
so now now we've got our our blue blocker glasses on so we'll we'll see how that goes but anyway check out uh Agressor cipher.com and then I do want to go through an update on where we are and this is all related by the way in my opinion to the legislation that was passed today and you know I don't think I've been pulling a lot of punches I think I've been pretty direct about my view on things but yet sometimes I feel like I must not have been direct enough when I started investigating cbdcs in 2022 it was because friends of mine uh were being targeted by the federal government Jeremy Kaufman Ian Freeman and others and I wanted to understand why and when I found out the why
which is that the US government was actively pursuing a CBDC that 90 countries representing 98% of the GDP of the world were actively pursuing cbdcs I realized that the reason for the crackdown on crypto was specifically focused on and while it was a slightly wider net the most egregious cases the cases where there was no legal basis to go after these people at all was at this intersection of crypto and liberty and so my purpose was to warn people I was like well the sky is falling the sky is falling and people are like oh yeah this sounds ridiculous and I remember Ian Freeman had me on his show before his sensing hearing and we we walked through this we walked through you know
my bank run manifesto when I ran for president we walked through the content of my book and this explanation of you know why he had even been targeted and so the whole point was to warn people and so it was to prevent what happened to Roger Veres to prevent what has happened to these political prisoners I mean and unfortunately this stuff has happened and it's there's no sign that it's actually letting up so here's Roger who is I don't even know what day it is now usually I do a calculator but he's well over a year since he was arrested initially in Spain he's still waiting extradition I saw today it looks like I there's a Bloomberg article that he's suing the government of Spain I saw
I believe around the extradition process but nevertheless he is still facing 109 years in federal prison for completely manufactured Biden era charges I mean completely manufactured the DOJ lied to the grand jury the IRS raided his attorney's office violated his attorney client privilege these are all massive violations of fundamental rights there never should have even been an investigation the grand jury never would have moved forward if they knew what the information is so why is this happening is it about taxes it's obviously not about taxes other people settle taxes tax settlements happen all the time Michael Sailor settled for taxes Michael excuse me
Roger was never given a number to settle the reason that he's in the situation that he's in is because he has been the most effective advocate for the use of cryptocurrencies as an alternative to central bank currencies period he introduced the world to Bitcoin essentially which is why he how he earned the name Bitcoin Jesus and investing in all these companies and then he was the first investor in in XRP back when XRP was only one guy he's invested in countless projects people have no idea I mean even his website doesn't even begin to scratch the surface he was the only guy investing in this so if you're gonna roll out a CBDC and you know people aren't gonna want a CBDC
the first thing you have to do is kill off the competition so that's why Rogers in the position that he's in that's why Ian Freeman is in the position that he's in having a popular radio show in fact that's where Roger Learned about Bitcoin but then promoting things like Bitcoin not bombs promoting point of sale systems promoting real adoption and you know what is the agenda here the agenda here is he wants freedom individual freedom for people all around the world sick of all of the war and violence that central banks fund with their debt based currency none of these things are illegal in fact these things reflect what American values are supposed to be all about
so so these people are all being targeted because they represent American values this is the most reversed situation I've ever seen now you know we were told that once Trump was in the war on crypto was over and the war on crypto is not over it's over if you had a meme coin but interestingly if you still were somebody that promoted something that would be a threat to either I would say even now I'd lump into CBDC's you know government regulated stable coins then you you're still a target and that remains what this is all about otherwise these cases would have been dropped needless to say go to free Roger now.org please sign the open letter and you know
we have to continue to do everything that we can to raise awareness on this and do a whole variety of things and I reached out you know I think we need to get the America Party on board with the idea of freeing our political prisoners of war our crypto political prisoners of war they are Biden era prisoners but it's being sustained by Trump I hope Trump does something about it but if he doesn't then you know we need to make as much noise as possible this seems like something that the America Party should get behind if you're interested in free enterprise and innovation then you want to free Roger Ver you want to free Ian Freeman and you can visit Ian's site at free Ian now.org
and I recommend you do that these signing these petitions matter this isn't just a symbolic throw away gesture Ross Ulbricht wouldn't be free right now had 600,000 people not filled out these petitions it helps it matters why because frankly all these politicians care about is votes so if we can demonstrate that there's a voting block either for or against them based on their support of these prisoners then they're going to consider making a change and let's be realistic I mean I I look at this very simply you know they're a terrorist organization and these are hostages this is a negotiation this is essentially about as simple as it can be
look at Roman Storm if you're not familiar with his situation this is another tragic situation guy moves here from Russia $500 in his pocket moves to uh San Francisco starts taking a whole bunch of odd jobs he's been programming since he was five um comes up with the idea for Tornado Cash basically based on the idea that you know look at what is Ethereum Ethereum is built as you know the world computer and so what's being built on the world computer apps well everything's transparent so the idea that all of the app whatever your individual app usage on Ethereum is known and knowable by anyone that's a pretty big violation of privacy so that's the you know
the Genesis of the idea behind Tornado Cash he has lawyers telling him that what he's doing is legal he has investors come in and the investors when they're kicking the tires tell him what he's doing is legal and lo and behold once again another example trying to do something to protect people's constitutional rights after checking with lawyers multiple lawyers now he's being targeted he's facing 45 years in prison his trial started just this week in the Southern District of New York so um so all three of these cases just heartbreaking cases go to free Roman storm.com if you can and please contribute to his legal defense fund I mean it's he's already spent millions of dollars
and this case should absolutely be dropped this case should have never been brought to begin with and again it's it to me at this point I'm I'm losing patience and I'm losing hope in the idea that these things are actually going to be dropped because this should be an absolute no brainer so just a few more housekeeping things we're up to 60 four hundred live which is great I'm hoping we get to 10,000 but in any event I we're gonna walk through some of the upcoming events I'm gonna be at the Peak Prosperity Annual Summit on September the 14th that's Chris Martin's event I'm absolutely looking forward to this it was an awesome event last year the the audience is very hands on engaged in um
exiting the system and taking practical steps to basically reclaim their free will I'm a big fan of Chris I actually did two interviews this week with Chris we're continuing to do what looks like a pretty long series on a lot of the topics that we're talking about here tonight so check that event out if you can I'm gonna be at Ron Paul's birthday uh on August the 9th in Lake Jackson Texas and we're gonna be there talking about actually the revolution will be tokenized so Ernie Hancock who came up with the revolution logo um he's excited as I am about Zeno as a possible solution to deliver on what Ron Paul was talking about in 2,008 which is you know
the idea of well how are you gonna end the Fed how are you going to stop all of these wars well clearly I think we've Learned at this point you're not gonna vote your way out so what's the solution decentralized private tools that people can do can use themselves no permission required so I know a lot of people are going to that and I look forward to seeing seeing all of you there and uh I you know I think there are still tickets left but uh that should be a terrific event um and I know Ron Paul probably on boarded more people than anyone to to Liberty I will be at the Brownstone Institute Polyface Retreat on September the 12th and 13th this is gonna be a phenomenal event this is um
on Joel Salatin's farm in Virginia and so there are a bunch of talks I'm on a panel um I think Brett Weinstein's gonna be there uh Doctor Malone Jeffrey Tucker um I I love the fact I I like all of the brownstone events and the annual event is is typically always a wonderful event but the fact that it's now being held on Joel Salatin's farm uh is an even better one up cause you know this is when you when you're talking about you know the theme of reclaiming your independence certainly food freedom is one of the top I'd say a top three topic in that area all right well that said that's kind of the uh that's the background uh before we start getting into the main event
and I want to frame this by saying as clearly as I can the battle that we have right now is technocracy versus freedom this is what it's all about and technocracy is a political movement and the idea behind it is an elitist movement that says uh elites will pick scientists and engineers to make decisions for everyone this is a model that does not value property rights it doesn't value individual rights it's actually largely based on a deterministic view of the world and it doesn't really value free will either and so um this is what what we're up against so it's technology versus freedom and at the end of the day free will is literally at at stake our ability to make decisions about anything
our ability to have any agency over our own life is what is at stake in this fight and so if if technocracy versus freedom is the war tokenization is actually the battleground and I'm writing a book about this called The Revolution Will Be Tokenized but I mean you've heard if you've heard me at all I've been talking about this non stop and I've written a number of articles about it but I have realized that I have to really flush this out because a lot of people don't know what tokenization is but when I say it's the battleground I'm not being hyperbolic so essentially the the the shortest way for me to describe this is is this the global economy right now runs on centralized databases
centralized databases have a lot of flaws they can be hacked they're centralized they can be edited uh tokenization represents a natural evolution of the database and everything will be tokenized it's not a question of you like I'm not sitting here proposing hey this would be a great technology the default situation is that everything will be tokenized where your assets go from being on a centralized database to where they're represented digitally by a token that represents an asset and there are different ways that these things can be tokenized but the default situation is our tokens that can be centrally controlled and programmed and censored by third parties
cbdcs are a type of tokenization of this type of tokenization as are stable coins stable coins have the same underlying technology and I'll explain why that's important as we get into a discussion of the legislation that just passed but it doesn't stop with money being tokenized the plan the technocratic plan which I've outlined and written articles about and everything else doesn't stop with money the goal is to tokenize every single asset on earth so your stocks bonds your home uh artwork everything so that everything can be controlled and contained within a single system and the technocratic system is actually pushing the idea of a global digital currency
based on energy credits so you'll have one central digital currency based on energy credits and then around that you will build social credit systems that based on your behavior control your access to this energy credit based system this is something the technocrats and Technocracy Inc and the movement has been working on since the 1930s they now have the technology to make it a reality and they're now pushing forward very aggressively and today was the biggest acceleration forward with the pass passage of the genius and clarity acts and so I I will get to that the alternative to that is are are tokens that are decentralized and private
so in other words where you can tokenize and trade assets but where you keep the tokens in your possession and where outside third parties and governments and so forth can't actually watch and view and monitor your transactions and so to me this is you know on the on the opposite side from where we are today which is most people don't realize largely already living in a completely you know surveillance based digital system this is the opposite of this this would would liberate people all over the world to be able to engage in all kinds of voluntary trade and interactions that are that are not even possible today it's truly an upgrade from our current situation so the world isn't dire well
most of often times I know I can come off as black pill and today certainly because I'm talking about the legislation um that will be the case to a certain degree but at the end of the day we do still have free will which is what's on the line and there are technologies and promising ways that we can move away from technocracy so as I mentioned already these are the three the three big areas so I'm gonna walk through and I wanna talk about I watched this hearing today I watched Congress debate these bills and you know I was watching this whether it's whether you're watching Maxine Waters on the left or you're watching Tom Emmer the GOP majority whip on the right and I've got to tell you
I couldn't find a single accurate piece of information on either side um first of all you know one of the things one of the things that was passed was some anti cbdc surveillance act actually before I get to that I guess I'll explain what the what the other acts are all about but before I do that it's one of the things when I'm listening to these people debate this time and time again they came up with their talking points and they all had the same talking points and the talking points were we don't want to become like Communist China we don't want to have financial surveillance we are the freest country in the world and we are going to lead the way
these were essentially the Republican talking points on this and if and if I could say anything in the point and the reason that I've pushed this as being an urgent podcast today is we're already 90% of the way in a surveillance state we have been for quite some time I mean we've bought the propaganda to the point where we actually believe we're the freest country in the world that isn't true by any metric we are not the freest economically we don't have we're not even in the top 10 for freedom of speech we're not in the top I think we're 26th for economic freedom last time I checked there are two areas in which we're number one defense spending and incarceration rate
maybe we've dropped to number two on incarceration rate that's it so in this you so part of this whole process in taking back your own free will is recognizing you've been programmed and I'm telling you right now we've all been programmed we've all bought this patriotic USA USA narrative that isn't supported by the evidence and it certainly isn't supported by the evidence when it comes to digital money and digital surveillance our money is already 96% digital at this point the money that is created is created initially in an Oracle database at the Federal Reserve when the government issues an IOU to the Federal Reserve a private cartel of banks
The Federal Reserve creates the money out of thin air they don't print it they're not the Treasury they're not actually printing cash they actually create an account in an Oracle database and the federal government writes checks off of this account in an Oracle database that is by definition a central bank digital currency now we also have commercial digital currency so your local bank or city bank or whoever you use they create money out of thin air also in a database and it's backed by the reserves which are it is their account in an Oracle database at the Federal Reserve so it's already digital and for people that you know a lot of people sit around and say well we still have cash
okay but what kind of transactions are people doing with cash most people get paid with direct deposit you're paying your mortgage with a direct deposit or with an electronic payments you're paying your car payments so you know the fact that you might get a haircut or go to a local bar or restaurant and pay cash doesn't change the fact that the overwhelming majority of the system is digital and that in order for you to exist on a day to day basis within the system you're doing digital transactions there are very few people that are existing solely on cash the money is already programmable and again I've rehashed some of this before but it's but it's important in
particularly in light of the fact that clearly no one in Congress has heard any of the things that I'm saying right now there's this there's this constant talk of well they can program and shut off your money in uh in China or they'll reference the fact that well look what they did to the Canadian truckers well how about look at what they've been doing in America with respect to programmable money and to really stress this idea of how programmed we are already I want you to think about what a health savings account is a health savings account is an account where you get to put some of your own money on a pre tax basis into a bank account because it is a bank account
when you are using an HSA vendor the vendor is an actual bank the largest provider of HSAs called optimum actually runs a bank so you put some of your pre tax dollars into their bank account and they give you a debit card and they tell you what you can and cannot spend that money on regarding health so it's called a health savings account and people sign up for these things and will go around and talk about how much freedom they have because they have an HSA you put your own money into a bank that has digitally programmed restrictions on it you can only use this money for whatever your employer
or the health plan has deemed are legitimate expenses and by the way people you know there's pushback on what is a legitimate or not legitimate expense all the time maybe you can use the HSA at Walgreens but not CVS maybe you can buy this kind of test but not this kind of test well if it's about health why can't I buy food can I buy raw milk with it can I buy peptides with it can I buy you know blue blocker glasses with it no this is all centrally controlled ultimately by a group of people that sit around and determine what is and what is not an allowable healthcare expense and we call this freedom people in the United States believe this is freedom that is not freedom that is not choice
and it highlights two things one the tax code is our social credit system it provides the system and the underlying mechanism for incentives and rewards and then the existing banking system with no changes there's no blockchain there's no new technological upgrade your money can already be programmed when you use your credit card all of the fraud detection you know when you actually look through technically what goes on when you use your credit card there are all kinds of things going on and transactions are being flagged is this fraudulent is this product the right kind of product will your bank allow you to use your debit card and use your own money to buy from these merchants
well what do you think that is programmable money it's already trackable again part of this I'm pissed today cause I'm watching these people and and I don't know if they and they probably really don't know I mean these people are just husks these politicians they don't know anything about it they don't write the bills half the time they don't read any of the Bill let alone all of it and how could they but nevertheless these are the people voting on this and they're making these statements about how bad financial surveillance is in China there are 13 programs that track money in the United States the IRS is already able to use AI to analyze your financial transactions
thanks to the Bank Secrecy Act which was signed by Congress in 1970 you this is this puts in place all of the know your customer anti money laundering laws so this is why they collect all of this information and the banks are essentially building a dossier on you they're asking you all of these questions they're not trying to be friendly you know they're required by law to collect data on their customers to demonstrate that they've gone through enough hoops that you're not engaged in money laundering or any of these bad practices so this Bank Secrecy Act was passed in 1970 and was passed to fight organized crime well it sucked at that
it hasn't done a very good job at stopping organized crime at all and as to whether or not because by the way a politician will tell you we need this to stop money laundering and terrorism and what the stats show is less than 1% of that the these laws actually prevent less than 1% of this type of bad behavior most of the bad behavior happens later on in the process not at that screening phase it's been completely ineffective costs billions of dollars every year for compliance it's an invasion in every of everybody's privacy it was passed in 1970 so when I hear somebody from Congress say we need to worry about Chinese financial surveillance I don't know what they're talking about
I don't think they know what they're talking about do they know that the NSA does bulk data collection on our financial transactions do they know that the Patriot Act added additional layers of screening and surveillance I've talked about this before there's something called a suspicious activity report if you buy something and it costs more than $10,000 a report is automatically sent to the Treasury Department and this has been this way for for a long time about two months ago under the direction of Trump they decided they wanted to try to crack down on illegal immigration or the whatever they'll call it the war on drugs so they changed a met they wrote a memo
the treasure department wrote a memo so now if you're in 30 zip codes in Texas and California they lowered the threshold from $10,000 to $200 so now anybody that does a transaction north of $200 in those 30 zip codes a report goes to the Treasury Department automatically understand what the implications of this are the implications are that it is already digital and they can do this by signing a memo Congress doesn't have to pass a law no new technology needs to be put in place and part of the problem with all of this and I warned people that this was going to happen you know if Klaus Schwab had proposed this or if if Kamala Harris had proposed this people would be up in arms
but the fact that Trump is doing it using illegal immigration people like oh yeah this sounds great not realizing that in the history of all of the legislation that Congress has passed there's never been a point where they've reversed financial surveillance it's only gone in one direction more financial surveillance and almost every major emergency from 9 11 to covid is used as a pretext to add more financial surveillance and when the and when the event when the emergency goes away they don't repeal the financial surveillance they never have this is just the honest Frank track record what's going on in Congress so I'm watching these people in Congress talk about
we don't want to have this kind of surveillance now here's the the trick of of what they did with this and I'm I'm a little upset at myself I should have known better I mean I exited politics for a reason but then I got back into politics because of this issue and I ran for president I wrote this book The Final Countdown and and Vivek Ramaswamy read it we had multiple conversations about it and and he came out and pushed Trump in New Hampshire before the primary to come out against cbdcs and I'm not taking credit for it I it was probably part of it cause I I hounded him literally non stop in multiple cities and online and in person um on this issue and
and the thing is so Trump comes out and says well now I'm against cbdcs he wasn't even talking about cbdcs prior to that I don't even know if he knew what a cbdc was so once he said that people now are no longer aware or worried about the threat like well Trump said we're not gonna have a CVDC so I don't have to worry about a CVDC then he wins and one of the first well not one of the first things he did but you know not too long into his administration he reverses Joe Biden's executive order that authorized the CBDC as well as this crackdown on crypto and he actually put in a an executive order saying that the US wouldn't have a CBDC so now people are complacent about this
people are giddy people think well we won the golden age is upon us and this is probably the most difficult thing for me to to describe although I I think I've hinted at parts of it so far which is that what people are afraid of isn't the central bank issuing the digital currency this is the big smoke screen that they put out there everything that I just mentioned to you the Bank Secrecy Act and the know your customer and the Patriot Act and the cares act and the Suspicious Activity Reports and the NSA bulk data collection The Federal Reserve didn't pass or push for any of that all of the financial surveillance in the United States was generated by the government
mostly from Congress so I want to repeat that most of all well all of the financial surveillance that's been pushed has emanated from Congress all of these things that we worry about with programmability trackability and so forth emanates from Congress so by saying we're not gonna have a CBDC it misses the point as citizens we don't care if Jerome Powell the Federal Reserve is issuing the digital tyranny money or if it's Jamie Diamond from JP Morgan Chase and I do want to point out that the Federal Reserve is owned by a private cartel of banks and although we don't know the makeup
we can kind of figure it out based on when the Federal Reserve was started and who was there and so on and so forth Federal Reserve is largely owned by those very same large commercial banks so what they're going out and doing and saying now is well yeah we're not gonna have a CBDC we're gonna have stable coins but it's indistinguishable from a surveillance perspective as to whether it's JP Morgan Chase or the Federal Reserve and they're getting away with this and the rhetoric and the propaganda around this is mind boggling I mean again today I was watching this I I usually don't watch these people anymore but you know I thought I'd give it a shot
and I'm watching what they're having to say well yes you know we're gonna have you know stable coins we're gonna have free market issuances of stable coins well they put regulations here that make it so that it's it's only going to be the large financial institutions by the way that are gonna end up being able to comply with the regulations which is often the way regulations are drafted they're intentionally drafted to favor the large incumbent players but remember the actual surveillance comes from Congress that's the source so they're trying to make it look like the Federal Reserve is the bad guy The Federal Reserve is useless The Federal Reserve shouldn't exist but the
surveillance comes from Congress so now what have they done what is this genius act all about so here's by the way before I get into that here's Tom Emmer here's the guy look at this look at this picture I mean how's that for you know what is this profiles encourage this is look at that pose um you know there's some that's peak propaganda for you but look at what he says there's no reason for the US to emulate the Chinese Communist Party by creating a surveillance style CBDC and I comment on his stuff all the time okay Tom why don't you tell me about national security letters that are issued by the federal government where they can come in and shut down your account
and you can't talk to anybody about it including a lawyer why don't you talk to me about all of the people that have been debanked again I'm watching them today talk about the Canadian truckers okay great the Canadian trucker situation was pretty bad why don't we talk about Baron Trump Melania Trump Eric Trump Doctor Joseph Mercola Kanye West countless other people that were the victims of Operation Choke Point 1.0 and 2.0 I've been debanked hell most of the people I know have been debanked if you're in crypto you've certainly been debanked we're gonna we're gonna talk about the Canadian trucker protests we're gonna talk about what's going on in China we're gonna miss the fact where did
all of this come from where did all this debanking come from in the United States where did the surveillance came come from well it's interesting the surveillance came from Congress but some of the debanking came directly from the commercial bank it wasn't directed by the Federal Reserve and it wasn't directed by Congress when Kanye West lost his account when Doctor Joseph Mercola lost his account and his wife lost her account I think other executives lost their account this was at the direction of JP Morgan Chase this was a bank policy and by the way as you look at these large banks you'll find most of them are WF partner companies and they fall you know they'll jump right in line for ESG
they'll jump right in line for diversity equity and inclusion they they sign up for all of that they're good little WF partners and so it's their policies that are responsible for most of the debanking that's not pushed by the government or the Federal Reserve so I'm watching this this whole thing go on and and I'm sitting here saying to myself boy I mean are we brainwashed I I think maybe the most brainwashed people of all might be Congress because some of them probably actually believe this I actually think they're so unknowledgeable about how these systems work that they might believe what they're saying they might actually believe that we don't have financial surveillance here
and that all of this other stuff is going on but it is going on so Tom Emmer pushes this whole Chinese Communist Party narrative and then for a brief period of time uh Representative Anna Paulina Luna came out and she was against it saying well hey maybe it's a backdoor CBDC and so you know that lasted for all of about 24 hours and so here's what they did so what the stable Bill did the genius Act did excuse me is yes we're not issuing a CBDC which by the way was never a threat um it was never a threat from the perspective that the Federal Reserve was going to act unilaterally on their own
to create a CBDC without the approval of Congress they can't do that anyway that's pretty explicitly defined in the Constitution but a debate today was this anti cbdc surveillance Bill and I was watching the Democrats say well you know they were talking about how all of these other countries are ahead of the curve on Cbdcs and you know they're going to be more competitive because they're working on cbdcs and it's a shame that we're putting in this anti cbdc legislation well The United States has been working on CBDC since 2,018 we've already built three different CBDC projects all three were uh developed out of MIT
all three had funding from Federal Reserve banks a couple from the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and then others from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York there is a digital dollar a replacement dollar it's called Project Hamilton can do 1.8 million transactions per second has some of the best developers in the world it has some bitcoin developers working on it they started in 2018 it already exists I'm watching these people on Congress saying well we can't pass this anti cbdc thing because that means we won't even consider exploring research into cbdcs I'm like we built the CBDC it works in fact it was built by the same people that hobbled Bitcoin and made Bitcoin slow and expensive
and made bitcoin digital gold instead of digital cash so this was another area where they were off and again do they is it that they don't know and they really believe they they've been they've been programmed they believe the propaganda or they just blatantly lying about the status of these programs I guess maybe they haven't read my book although some of these people I have actually talked to and I've given my book so I know that there's no there's no weasel out on that front so what the genius act does is this I call it the ingenious act if your goal is to do two things if your goal is to promote technocracy and your goal is to find a way to sell more Treasuries so that you can fund
these two and a half trillion dollar annual deficits then it's an ingenious act truly because if they tried to push something centrally based on the way that they've actually propagandized the threat being the central bank acting rogue and creating a digital currency it would be tough to run a digital currency through the Federal Reserve but instead what they've done is far worse stable coins have become very popular you have two stable coins tether USDC I'm not gonna go into all the detail on this you can watch my last three or four podcasts on this cause I've I've sliced and diced this many different ways at my upcoming interview with Chris Martin's and we go into it as well
but they're very popular why are they popular why do people wanna use stable coins well I mean like it or not and I wish this wasn't the case but the dollar is still a global reserve currency and it is what people use and that how people price goods and services still that may not always be the case uh in fact if you look at the five previous global reserve currencies they only lasted about 84 years so we've we've actually lasted a little bit longer than that as the global reserve currency so but since most of us are used to the dollar being the global reserve currency our entire lives just it's what we're used to we're used to things being priced this way
so people like that but it's very difficult because of the know your customer laws and because of all the banking and because of the technology infrastructure that's a little bit outdated for the banking system it's very hard for people to set up bank accounts it's really hard in particular for people overseas and as bad as the dollar is a lot of other fiat currencies are even worse so there's a lot of demand there's demand to have things priced in dollars and there's demand uh to actually use dollars where you have a difficult time accessing and actually getting a hold of dollars through the banking system so these tokens these stable coins were a great solution
and a stable coin just to be clear as to what it is it's a digital token where you know one token represents $1 and presumably the idea is that these tokens are actually backed by something that gives them the one dollar's worth of value now what are they backed by that's a whole other question and there's a lot of controversy about this with respect to USDC and tether and how they do this but I'll give you one example and tether hasn't passed any audits and that's a separate conversation you know but at a recent Bitcoin conference the CEO of tether said that they had 100,000 bitcoin and tons and tons of gold I can't remember the exact amount but it was a massive amount of gold so in part
tether is backed not fully by US Treasuries and not fully by dollars it's backed by other assets but it's over collateralized so that you know so that they can remain that have that peg of one coin equals $1 but have the assets to back it up so again these things are very popular they're run through private companies and what the genius act does is it allows the United States government to capture something that's private and popular and put it under control of the United States Congress and the Federal Reserve so now all of this surveillance I told you already exists with the existing banking system this is now going to be applied to stable coins
so now the Bank Secrecy Act and the know your customer and anti money laundering and all of that now that gets applied to these popular tokens and of course that's going to add cost and regulatory issues and everything else one other thing is it's going to require I believe monthly audits by the Federal Reserve to make sure that the reserves are actually there well you could argue maybe that's good maybe that's bad I think it's a little rich for a country with $37 trillion in debt and $200 trillion worth of unfunded liabilities that can't find $21 trillion and couldn't even track its own bitcoin holdings that are on a public Ledger to be lecturing other people
as to the integrity of what's backing their currency but nevertheless that's what they chose to do so why were they choosing to do this well you can hear it from the Treasury Secretary himself and you can hear it from from others which is that they can use this the hype of stable coins to sell Treasuries so this is a way to fund debt no one wants to buy US debt anymore China has said explicitly we wanna ditch the dollar other countries don't wanna buy our Treasuries our debt has been downgraded we just passed the one big beautiful Bill that adds two and a half trillion dollars a year to the to the uh to the debt well where are we gonna fund that how are we gonna fund that
well they found a way and the way was to force every issuer of a stable coin to back that stable coin 1 to 1 by only US Treasuries and only dollars which means that tether you know if they have reserves at all but if if tether is relying largely on Bitcoin are largely on gold they're going to have to sell some of that and they're going to have to buy Treasuries and they're going to have to buy dollars and anybody else that issues a stable coin denominated in dollars will have to buy US Treasuries and US dollars our Treasury Secretary said that he he sees a path forward where in very short order we could sell at least $2 trillion worth of Treasuries
through stable coins so what's the summary what do we get out of this genius act we get CBDC level surveillance in the sense that again the point isn't that it's the central bank it's the fact that Congress Congress is the issue not the central bank the problem with financial surveillance is Congress not the Federal Reserve they're already violating our rights and they're already they're already tracking our transactions and now they're going to apply that to a private token system that is popular all around the world and they're doing that while also using it as a way to sell Treasuries to fund wars and whatever it is that we fund at this point with the government
fund the you know I mean I don't know cover up of the Epstein Files fund bases all over the world fund ongoing military conflicts I mean I you know again I I I don't even know what it is that this extra money is for but I I suspect if you're listening to this you probably got some pretty significant issues with whatever that is so that is what the genius and and stable acts are all about it's about adding surveillance and when they position this they even said our cryptozar um David Sachs said you know yeah we're going to basically uh level up stable coins but by adding security and making them safer so they've pushed this whole safety
um global reserve currency and they're presenting this K y C a m L as if it actually prevents terrorism and money laundering for which there's absolutely no evidence that's never what it's been about and that's certainly not what it's about now so that's what is is going on here and I want you to think of this way if Harris had won and Harris said listen we're gonna launch a CBDC through the Federal Reserve there would at least be opposition there would be massive opposition the people when I was doing workshops last year and we were going all over the country people were frightened and horrified I mean if it has a WWF or Klaus Schwab name to it or if it has a Democrat name to it
it's a bad thing but when you're doing implementing the exact same surveillance but you're doing it under the Trump administration and you're saying it's to fight immigration they're cheering it on so essentially this has rolled through with very little opposition and some people ask me why didn't you fight this and everything else it's like well I did I've talked to a number of these senators I've talked to Cynthia Lummis I've talked to Ted Cruz I've talked to any to to all of these other people they don't care I mean do we really think in 2025 that these people are interested in a fact based appraisal of the situation they don't read the bills
the people who write the bills and fund the bills to be written control the narrative there's no Mr Smith goes to Washington here and so it's it's a very frustrating situation and so now this is passed and so had Harris passed a CBDC I I don't think she could get to $27 trillion worth of transaction volume in a decade look at the growth of this transaction volume so this chart was a little bit outdated this was close to the end of the year last year it ended up being $27 trillion of stablecoin transactions last year at the current growth rate it's going to be $120 trillion by 2030 more than visa Mastercard and Direct Deposit combined
so I say in genius we have basically just taken something that was private something that was popular and Congress with all of its surveillance fetish and capabilities has captured it and then also thrown it under the Federal Reserve and they're using it to fund debt and the continued expansion of the United States government that is what's going on with the genius act so no this is not anything to be patriotic about this is not anything that differentiates the United States from China or from anywhere else but I want to point out one other thing which is when I started this investigation you know three years ago and started looking at what's going on with cbdcs globally
we have gone from 35 countries just researching cbdcs with China the only one really doing anything serious about it and say 2020 to now 134 countries representing 98% of global GDP working on CBDC's over half of those beyond the research phase 11 countries have already implemented a CBDC uh some of those went back to pilot phase but you know they're still actively being rolled out and when Trump pushed this strategy other countries took note like for instance the European Union took note and the ECB took note because they understand what's going on they understand that what the US is doing is
they're using this backdoor strategy to get a lead on owning surveillance coins on owning surveillance digital money so now Europe is accelerating their CBDC plans and so now Europe might have a digital euro CBDC as soon as October of this year so now what we have going on is a global arms race where everybody's rushing to compete and to find out what percentage of the programmable digital currency market they're going to own but from our perspective the bad news is everybody's working on digital surveillance money it's like that decision has been made now which useless fiat currency are we going to have are we going to have a you know
surveillance dollar we're going to have a surveillance euro are we going to have surveillance bricks that's the only decision that's being made now this is all hyper accelerated from where we were a year ago and people are absolutely asleep about this and people are buying this rhetoric again this made me sick I'm disgusted watching these people in the house today I didn't see a bit of accurate information or knowledge and so either it's outright lies or or Congress is so ignorant and propagandized themselves that you know all hope is lost in that front which of course I would argue is the case anyway so now let's talk about the Clarity Act what does that do so there's again once again
what they say it does and then what it actually does and let's go back to I wanna bring up the point of how bills often have a name that represents the opposite of what they actually are and that is absolutely the case here like the Patriot Act the Patriot what does the Patriot Act have to do with patriotism The Patriot Act is about surveillance how is that patriotic it's not it's the opposite of patriotic it's a violation and invasion of our rights well the Clarity Act and again you know they have a whole series of sound bites about this well it's rules of the road and the market wants clarity once again I want to emphasize the US is ranked I think
26th in economic freedom we are not the most free and we are not the most free with respect to financial services products or any of these other areas so if you're buying what you're hearing here it's not objectively true people don't look up to the SEC they don't look up to the CFTC these are not these are not places that innovators and entrepreneurs look to as exciting places they are known to be captured by uh industry players and incumbent players and and they are known to stifle regulation so what essentially has happened here is this they have provided clarity so whereas before there wasn't a lot of clarity you could innovate and you didn't know what the rules are
the thing is now you're gonna know what the rules are but the rules are going to quash innovation so the SEC by the way right now as I mentioned it's not exactly the model that people look to it's very expensive to raise money in the United States through the SEC it's really something that's designed only for wealthy people to be able to invest in a company you have to be an accredited investor which means you have to prove that you have a certain income level or a certain amount of assets and now they're requiring you to actually report that used to be you could just say you were an accredited investor and that was enough now you have to provide proof
so now when you're going to make an investment you have to fill out paperwork and demonstrate in a verified way what your assets are this is another way for government surveillance surveillance and understanding what assets people have so this is what's been already going on with the SEC so people have been complaining about the SEC for a long time and rightfully so and and if anything it's actually gotten worse it's gotten more expensive and more difficult to form a corporation well now we're going to put digital tokens under that same regulatory regime so what this means in essence is we're gonna be adding CBDC level surveillance to security tokens
and a security token is a token that represents a share of of a stock or a share or ownership interest in a bond or a financial instrument so now these tokens are going to be subject to know your customer anti money laundering rules and regulations so again the politicians say clear rules of the road and everything else nobody wants the rules that you already have the rules you already have are not competitive and now you're taking out archaic rules that protect incumbents and you're adding it to an innovative technology that could spread liberty and freedom and economic freedom and prosperity around the world that's what's happening with the Clarity Act
and it's happening in two ways it's happening with stocks and bonds the SEC is giving authority is being given authority for that and the SEC me the CFTC is being given control over the regulation of commodities tokens and exchanges and brokers this isn't a win it's more regulation and it's more surveillance in an area where America is already not competitive and of course moving forward well what are people going to be using to settle your digital securities and and digital commodities you're gonna be using stable coins so everything is going to be tracked everything is going to be able to be programmed and censored
which was always the endgame of the technocrats as I've laid out on multiple occasions the endgame gets to a global digital currency tied into an AI surveillance uh credit system and what has just happened is a major leap forward in enabling that because it's capturing $27 trillion worth of transaction value and now it's throwing security stocks bonds and everything else and you should be profoundly worried about that in particular if you're very familiar if you've listened to what I've said or Chris Martenson or many others have said about the great taking so you already don't own the stocks and bonds and 401ks in your portfolio
those are are held by third parties either a broker the share the broker has the shares but in the case of public stock certificates there's one company called Seden Company that actually has all all of the physical stock certificates this is a company I kid you not run by an ex CIA guy this is again how these centralized systems work and there have been a change a series of laws that have been changed in all 50 states so that the next time there's a financial crisis let's say you you've got a big 4 O 1 k at Fidelity and let's say it's a massive you know the derivatives explode everything explodes it's like what happened in 2,008 but times 10 which is a likely scenario it's a complex world
and people have a lot of degenerate gambling that they do a lot of these brokerage firms and others do a lot of a lot of really risky gambling not thinking that events are probable and they're usually not able to predict these unlikely and yet these black swan events seem to keep on happening black swan events and they happen with more frequency so now let's say Fidelity gets wiped out well you might think well hey that's okay it's my 401k those are my shares right well a couple things one you've already given away your voting rights and this is part of the problem with this if you're a shareholder you get to vote your shares but that's not how it works when people say that Blackrock
and Vanguard and State Street have all of this power and own all of these shares they don't actually own the shares they're voting our money because we've given it to them contractually as part of the arrangement not knowing it but we did sign we probably signed one of these clickwrap agreements fifty hundred pages long scroll to the end click yes click accept and now Blackrock is voting your economic interest so all of that time you spend working every day in exchange for money you're now taking your labor and converting it to voting rights for Blackrock and Vanguard that's been going on for a long time when the financial collapse happens you're also going to lose in addition to your voting
your economic interest why because the laws that have been changed such that it's the secured creditor of your broker that is gets the first position in a bankruptcy situation with extra special rules for the four largest banks Citigroup Wells Fargo JP Morgan Chase and bank of America so if there's a major financial collapse they're going to be the creditor and your shares are going to transfer from your broker to the four largest banks so tokenization makes this possible with the click of a mouse button so now if we're going to take everybody's shares and everybody's retirement funds and we're going to create digital tokens that represent those financial interests
and then we're gonna add programmability and the ability for third parties to be able to block transactions right and what are they gonna say we have to have the ability to do this they're saying well you can't issue a stable coin unless you can freeze the transactions we have to be able to do that to stop terrorism we have to be able to do that to stop money laundering they're gonna apply that same thing to your digital stock tokens your digital bond tokens your digital 401k tokens your digital commodities tokens they're all gonna have the same surveillance and the same centralized control when Klaus Schwab said you will own nothing and be happy this is the mechanical way
these are the steps that they're doing to make that a possibility they're capturing it under control of the Congress under control of the SEC CFTC and the Federal Reserve and because of the nature of how these things work technically I mean they are programmable they're freezable but if we have another emergency all of this stuff happens in an emergency you know again these big massive bills that no one reads it wouldn't be hard to add the next time there's an emergency well if you're a stable coin issuer you have to be able to program in the ability to have a bail in you know or you know what is a what is a bail in I mean a bail in is a you know
a situation where you know so the token reverts to the the issuer or some other third party like they did in Cyprus several years back they they the the country was in financial dire straits and they just took half of people's money that was in the bank well they could program that in with tokens they could program anything that they want with tokens it's an emergency matter and you know let's say it's a cyber attack or whatever whatever the circumstance needs to be now they want to make it so that well these stable coins can't be used in these places now you have to be white listed stable coins have to be white listed or you can be put on a blacklist
that's the kind of programmability that gets added to stable coins and now it can be done in an emergency and if you look at the track record of Congress this is exactly what they've done going all the way back to their efforts to stop organized crime in the 1970s to today they keep on ratcheting and adding these kinds of things up and we know that it's about control because the technocratic system the ideology behind this is that we're too stupid to be able to make our own decisions anyway we're too stupid to be able to spend our money the way we see fit we're gonna tie it to energy credits and then we're gonna tell people what it is they can and cannot buy and if you're listening to this
you're scoffing and you're saying well Americans would never accept that I've already explained to you that's what your HSA is you've already signed up for it you already believe that using your pre tax dollars in a way that is that is you know designed by tax policy that can only be spent at certain places and in certain manners towards your health you people believe that's freedom people believe that that is a market based system do you understand that is a social credit system yes China has a social credit system they have an app we have 75,000 pages we have 16 million words nobody can possibly read it nobody understands it and if you don't get it right you go to prison
let me ask you is that better than having an app the only difference between our social credit system and the Chinese social credit system is they have transparency we have no transparency but an app will come next certainly that's not far off I I mean and now that we have Palantir uh working well Palantier was already working with the government but now that they're building a database of Americans and now that we have a real ID this is a short period of time away so again the administration has been talking about this Treasury Secretary has talked about how this is going to be used to uh uh you know fill demand for US Treasury so what a CIA what a bunch of propaganda people just bought
people just added digital surveillance to popular stable coins put it under the control of Congress put it under the control of the Federal Reserve and it's being used to fund wars and tyranny all over the world this is gonna be used to help fund you know the DOJ cover UPS of of of the Epstein files this is what's happened this is what people have signed up for and you should be mad and you should be pissed and you should understand this is an urgent situation because we're again we're not gonna vote our way out of this people need to start looking for alternatives they are ratcheting this up in a way that is that is just unbelievable with the digital ID and all of this other stuff and again
whatever the emergency is people are just buying it now whatever the emergency they've been able to get so much mileage out of this immigration oh yeah fine suspicious activity reports sent to the Treasury $200 okay nobody's outraged about that and by the way if you're excited about RFK and you're excited about uh sugary snacks not being able to be bought with EBT cards you know what an EBT card is it's a debit card issued at the state level what is this all about it's more digital programmable money it's adding more refinement you like it when RFK does it you're not gonna like it when the next head of HHS says you can't buy meat you can only buy products with insect protein
the problem is government involvement in general it's not the the question isn't which side has the best people centrally programming these things and we happen to like this guy's policy the whole point is we don't need any of these policies we need money that's separate from state we're moving in the wrong direction we're moving in the wrong direction far faster than we would have otherwise and to stress the absurdity of this I'm not gonna rehash all of this now but believe me it's not going away this bitcoin strategic reserve this was such a big exciting thing everybody was happy about Bitcoin conference before the presidential election Cynthia Lumis comes up Trump says
we're gonna have a bitcoin strategic reserve and we're gonna start this strategic reserve based on the 200,000 bitcoin we already have okay well how do we get that bitcoin because now it's a national security imperative right now the administration has gone out and they've said the way we're gonna be able to pay down our debt and the way we're gonna be able to remain the dominant economic player is by the United States becoming the leader in crypto the leader in bitcoin and here comes the golden age so we had 200,000 bitcoin that we stole from people like Ross Ulbricht like Ian Freeman uh like people involved with the Bitfinex hack
I mean none of the this was all stolen through civil asset forfeiture Ross should be given his coins back by the way I think he's the largest contributor to that strategic bitcoin reserve what do we find yesterday now I don't know somebody may have more information than this I haven't been tracking this today because I've been tracking these other bills but Cynthia Lummis put out a Bill I mean excuse me a text yesterday I'm alarmed by reports that the US sold off over 80% of its Bitcoin strategic reserves leaving just 29,000 coins if true this is a total strategic blunder and sets the United States back years in the Bitcoin race leave it to the United States government
to not be able to keep track of something that's on a public Ledger why would we trust these people to build a Bitcoin strategic reserve you don't even know plus or minus 160,000 bitcoin worth billions and billions of dollars how much you have you don't know where it is you don't know where it went you sold it you don't know what you don't know the mechanics of this this is something that we're shocked about that we're surprised about we've been accumulating this bitcoin we've been stealing these people's bitcoin for you know a decade plus and we weren't able to keep track of it even though it's on a public Ledger is this this is the state that we're in with the government
they want you to believe this they want you to believe that we should use taxpayer money to buy hijack bitcoin and I'm not gonna go into all that and they and they can't even keep track of it but this is our plan to retire the debt the plan that we came up with to address the 37 billion dollar or excuse me 37 trillion dollar debt was to buy and hold bitcoin starting with what we stole and then it turns out we didn't even keep track if we sold the 80% how is that reflected so basically we still have all of these deficits so does that mean we sold and then we still have all of these deficits that should give you an indication of what the behavior by the way
is going to be like if we do have a bitcoin strategic reserve do you think for one minute if we create a bitcoin strategic reserve they're gonna hold it for 20 years and not sell any of it and not create dead instruments that are backed by it and do some kind of off balance sheet thing like they do like Katherine Austin Fitz talks about the $21 trillion missing from the Treasury wait what happened to the audit of Fort Knox that never happened either so we're now supposed to trust why are we doing this why are we this this doesn't even pass any basic bullshit detector that this would be valid in any way shape or form can't keep track of something on an immutable Ledger
they are they're capturing something and then they're putting congressional oversight and surveillance on it which is actually the source of the problem but they've gaslit the population into thinking the Federal Reserve is the problem The Federal Reserve is a problem because it's a private cartel that adds no value in the monetary system they literally make money monetizing IOU's from the government they add no value in the process they have no risk in the game it's it's a it's an unnecessary function but the surveillance comes from government and people are buying that we don't have surveillance people are buying that the Federal Reserve is the source of the financial surveillance
it's a lie it's fundamentally not true so I don't you know I've been saying this I'm gonna continue to say this but remember I'm saying this only in the context of what I've always been saying the solution here is to ditch the dollar and to stop using fiat currencies Fiat currencies never work debt based currencies always fail 100% of the time they only last 27 years and they fail for predictable reasons because politicians can't help themselves because it's centralized because it is fundamentally based on debt it never works so if the dollar collapses people like what's gonna be the next global reserve currency well my question is why are we even trying to do the same thing
and expecting a different result British pound used to be the global reserve currency the franc used to be the global reserve currency okay maybe we should try something else we have new currencies we have different technology so this is a a bad situation I'm lumping this in here just I'm gonna get to the interactive discussion part of this but I but I I did want to I I guess rant to a certain degree but also explain how bad this is and I have to double check cause I don't know what made it into the final language but I know at one point there was language that remember when I said if your broker uh goes bankrupt the large banks will end up getting paid first
well at least at one point in time I don't know if it's taken out or not but if your bank goes under people that hold stable coins will get paid out before regular depositors so that's something to think about so you have to be completely naive and have no understanding of government and have done no research to believe that this is going any way other than towards more surveillance because there isn't a single piece of data to to refute that this is only going one way more surveillance more programmability intentionally digital so I I don't know how to counter this uh you know be obviously everybody's kind of aligned with this there are a lot of bitcoiners
a lot of people in crypto that should know better that are pushing this and they're doing it just to inflate their own bank accounts there are a lot of people that have lost their way based on the original uh original concept so I do wanna add one more thing here which is that uh I'm glad to see that people are re uh tweeting the article that I wrote last year about Jeffrey Epstein and some of his links to Bitcoin um which I've outlined he was a founder of MIT Media Lab and Joy Ito who also ran a venture capital firm and that funded some of these changes to to Bitcoin and also funded all three US CBDC pilots
and he did an interview or there was an article written about him in decrypt magazine I believe in 2017 and he actually gave a quote from 2017 talking about how Bitcoin is a store of value and not for day to day transactions and so I think it's interesting in everything that's going on here to uh to look at look at what's going on so um in any event I do want to I'm going to touch on a couple of other things because I said there are three areas that we're focused on I didn't have a lot of time to go on this but um what can we do about all of this well the first thing that we can do is I think my new tagline is gonna be don't ask for permission and don't ask for forgiveness
just exit these systems you're not gonna vote your way out the Constitution's dead I see some here that somebody here that wants to debate and I'm sure I'll bring this person on to talk about you know 51 constitutions the Constitution's been fucking dead since 9 11 I mean I I think the idea that we have the Constitution is a set of rules for the plebs none of the elites none of the members of Congress other people don't follow the Constitution that the Constitution is just a a set of rules that the plebs follow to enslave themselves while uh while others just run roughshod over them so we can talk about that but you you'll have a hell of a time trying to sell me that
the Constitution is is even operative at this point but the best way around this is to reclaim our free will because I keep on saying what's at stake is free will technocrats largely don't believe in it they in fact you have it coming from the right and the left you have Curtis Jarvin from the right you all Harari from the left they both take atheist approaches that are very deterministic uh I believe in kind of creating new religions and that religions are basically control systems for people and that at the end in this process um we have a situation where we're optional extras I mean transhumanism gets involved in this
but there's no value placed on consciousness there's no value placed on free will it's not a first principle in a technocratic system so I don't know maybe some of you believe that I used to believe that I mean I used to be an atheist I used to be an objectivist used to run an objectivist organization I don't anymore that's a separate conversation for a different day but I think the way out is to recognize we've been programmed uninstall the programming and then make sure you know with our newly reclaimed free will that we're actively in charge of our own programming and not just passively becoming NPCs that are programmed by other institutions and other entities
and I'm not gonna go into all of this today but I will be changing up the content quite a bit um to go into these different three areas but I wanted to recommend a documentary that I watched several years ago and then just watched it again it's called the century of the self you can find this on um on YouTube I I believe it might have been a BBC thing originally which you know somehow they did a manage they they did manage the BBC to put out some good content but a lot of it talks about the history of of propaganda and when you look at it I often say public health is a death cult and I have a lot of things to say about psychology and psychiatry
as well and part of this comes from studying the history of it which is what I like to do with all of these things I like to study where do these institutions come from what was their what what were their first principles upon forming and when you look at this um you know Bernays who was you know basically following Freud started using propaganda in World War 2 and the idea was hey listen people are irrational beings and if we can tap into their unconscious we can get them to do irrational things and so Bernays was involved in really trying to promote patriotism and and and you know gathering support for World War 1
and then this got extended after World War one they thought well hey if we can use this to get people to behave this way from a fear based perspective in wartime I wonder what we could do in peacetime and so they started to use these same psychological techniques and this became a big deal in New York and Madison Avenue where they would sit down and work with corporations and deliberately try to figure out how to tap into people's emotions tap into their fear tap into their sexuality do do whatever they needed to do to create demand for a product that they would then so that became the new operating model and one clear example of this was
they basically pushed cigarettes as being Liberty torches made it an entire pitch around about cigarettes being empowering for women about and about liberty for women knowing that it wasn't about that it was completely and totally contrived using these techniques these Freudian techniques that worked so well during World War 1 and then from there it's just extended to to consumerism and then technology gets involved and so people know a lot about this people know a lot about Bernays but I recommend the century of the self I'm not gonna go into what I was planning to do but this Clarity Act and Genius Act passed was what I've been doing is a lot of research on okay well
they didn't stop with Bernays what are they doing now and where this fits into the overall equation is again we are programmed we're all programmed what is the what are the biggest influences right now in our programming so if we're gonna try to unplug from this situation what are the biggest sources where do we get the most bang for the buck and clearly what's happened at least in my research so far is that what's going on with social media and what's going on with technology is light years ahead of what Bernays was working on and some of it I won't I'll share it in a separate talk is just downright it's eerie what they're doing but they are very well aware that they can use fear
they're very well aware that they can manipulate dopamine I mean they're at the point when they're sitting around talking about this they're they're looking at scientifically well how can we maximize the impact on these dopamine systems what are the different techniques that we can do it's been largely used by social media to drive more impressions and historically and to drive more use so that they could sell more ads but as we Learned during covid tyranny that changed from not necessarily just being monetary in nature but to being around pushing specific narratives and you know the Brownstone Institute does great work on this um and I
I encourage you to look at everything about the censorship industrial complex but I'm gonna be digging into how this works what the algorithms are and what is really the cutting edge on this and this relates to this idea of informed consent you know we talk about informed consent with respect to medical procedures but I'll tell you we sign all these clickwrap agreements but nobody has any idea what they're getting into no one has any idea what they've signed up for in terms of the level of manipulation that is possible and that's going on with with social media and with technology and I'm wearing these blue blocker glasses because I think it's intriguing even the idea that blue light itself
coming from our screens is something that is used that that actually manipulates our dopamine systems it actually creates an insulin reaction it it screws up our circadian rhythms I mean it's part of it scientists Learned early on you you could put an electrode in a bowl and then actually control the electrode using a remote control and you could get it to stop and you can control its behavior then they realized you don't need the electrode you can actually just use certain frequencies well this was decades and decades ago so I think we have to be really serious about looking at this informed consent by the way when I say informed consent I don't believe in the government being
involved with informed consent because I spent a lot of time in the healthcare space I've never seen some of the most absurd things are you know these Hippo regulations or or anything around informed consent medicine because it ends up that these informed consent forms they end up getting uh developed by the participants in the industry with help from lawyers and they end up being completely illegible and to the point and long to the point where people don't read them intentionally and so I'm you know separately I think there might be a private solution for that so I'm not gonna go any more into that on the revolution will be tokenized front this is the solution to this
so again exit these systems don't write your congressman I mean again if we're not gonna end the Fed we can't even audit the Fed I love Ron Paul I'm going to his birthday party but since he wrote that book in 2008 we've doubled the national debt we've printed more money uh than uh you know up up to that point in 2008 right we're not making any progress we have one good senator one good congressman that's not momentum and so um the key is to build these alternative systems on Zeno and I'm gonna walk through different use cases specific use cases and even give people business ideas that they can run with on their own basically anything that you see in the centralized world
can be recreated in a way that's private without third parties so the amount of opportunity for these parallel systems is unlimited so a lot of people are concerned about well I can't exit this system you know what will I do how will I feed myself there's there's literally any everything is open and available but I am going to expand and make very clear how the centralized version of tokenization works and I'm I'm actually gonna I am gonna deploy AI to show people this is what life will actually look like under a seventeen Sustainable Development Goals with an energy credit based system not the sketch drawings of a 15 minute city or whatever it is that um they're trying to present as this um
idealized version of it but what what's actually going to happen based on their own stated goals and their own stated incentives this isn't me saying oh well I'm gonna try to come up with what is the worst possible scenario they could come up with with respect to controlling water I'm going to take what their actual stated goals are and translate that to a um a social credit system so that's gonna be a good exercise because what I want people to know is that's the default the default is everything is tokenized everything will be tokenized so if you hear me say tokenize you're like ah we don't need that it's going to happen whether we like it or
not our only choice is whether it's a freedom version or not and so I'm gonna not go through the rest of this just in the interest of time I think I ran over about a half an hour but I'm gonna invite I know there are some people that at least stated they wanted to come on for a Q&A these Q and as are really useful I'm gonna structure and organize this better I'm also gonna move towards a twice a week um format uh you know I want to go into each of these three areas but I also want to get interactivity and interactive panel um because there's a lot of really good information that comes out of out of the discussion sometimes it's you know I want to present
there's information that needs to be presented and certainly I like to do interviews as well but but I'd also you know love to get get people involved and and I will say say this I am angry I'm angry about I'm not surprised I mean certainly this doesn't come to as a shock to me I knew that they were gonna pass this but I guess what I'm the most disappointed in is that there's not a sense of urgency um from the people that should know better the crypto community should be absolutely all hands on deck with this this is a this is a real threat this isn't about crypto adoption this is about backdoor cbdc adoption the original promise of Bitcoin was the separation of money and state
this is Congress and the Federal Reserve controlling a digital token that's backed by fiat that is the opposite of the separation of money and state that is the opposite of decentralized we've completely and totally lost the plot and what hangs in the balance is free will it's no longer just a hey this would be nice to have wouldn't it be cool if we could bring more freedom if we're not successful at building some of these alternatives then uh digital prison is is the base case so I'm gonna put I put the link here in the comments and I know several of you said you were gonna show up I know maybe it's a little late but let me see if uh
if some folks want to pop in here and we can just talk about either these bills are anything related to to solutions um you know I want to I you know I want to be clear about this my my focus on this is isn't just a black pill people it is to start talking about how do we what can we do on a day to day basis to stop participating in public health to stop using the dollar and to start building alternatives I'm actually not a doom person I'm actually pretty optimistic I think we can have a much better outcome in the future I I I think that the current case that we're in is actually really bad I think that the fact that we are we have digital programmable money
the fact that we do have a digital ID the fact that all of these things are already true is a testament to how effective American propaganda is it's a testament to how effective the mainstream media has been how effective the government has been how effective government schools have been in actually propping up this idea that America is still this land of the free because we haven't been uh for a long time we're not not the top in the rankings and that's not just to bash America but if you don't recognize and understand where you really are if you're not brutally honest about the current state of events you're not gonna improve things so alright anyway let me uh share this uh
the links around here um again if anybody wants to hop on um and I guess I'll take I'll take some questions in the meantime if you want to put them in the comments let me see here well it's good to see I mean we're up to 16,400 people live which is uh which is which is terrific I I really hope more people jump on this okay I've see someone popping in um
how are you hey how you doing Aaron hi don how are you if you wouldn't mind if just if you're not talking if you could put it on mute that would be great jump on this OK see someone hello aw hello can you hear me yes am I live right now you are cool uh so uh hello thank you for having me on um I have a question for you have you ever heard of the uh company called Talos t a L 0 s the website is talos.com
uh let me look I doesn't sound familiar but let me check out the site Alice dot com yeah institutional digital assets and crypto trading is that it yes okay uh so um I received a uh a job offer from them and um I'm wondering if you have any uh opinions about um whether they are creating the kind of world you and I would want to live in I will take a look at it I mean I don't want to give you a well actually I can give you kind of a I'm looking at who the institutions are I I I suspect the answer is no I just simply based on and I spent a lot of time
it I've been involved with the digital asset space since 2018 and I spent a lot of time with ravencoin and I won't go into all the background on that but it's a fascinating story it's probably the second worst hijacking in crypto which this was Patrick Burn who is the CEO of Overstock was actually in the process of transitioning Overstock to being a blockchain only company and his idea was just as Bitcoin got rid of the third parties for money which it hasn't quite turned out to be that way but you can use blockchain technology to disintermediate in every industry so he came up with this concept of a blockchain tech stack for human civilization voting supply chain capital markets you know
all of these things could be disintermediated using blockchain it would be transparent the world would be a much uh fairer place uh to to business and um and the biggest area of investment was T0 and the whole idea behind T0 was to tokenize in fact they did the first ever tokenized security they they tokenized a overstock bond and and at one point they had a whole long list of companies that were including Atari I think maybe at some point or Kodak or something that were in the queue to tokenize and they could never get regulatory approval they even bought a you know an interest in a options exchange in Canada and still couldn't get regulatory approval and by the time they were able to get a
an organization was able to get regulatory approval it was somebody nobody had ever heard of that actually certainly wasn't doing it for all the right reasons and so so far the problem with securities is just complying with any of the regulations I mean if you look at FINRA I mean FINRA is another one of these things that's kind of like almost like the Federal Reserve in the way it's a it's it's the organization that certifies financial advisors and it's a it's a cartel of private companies but that has its rules enforced by the SEC and so it's it it really curbs innovation and and and actually doesn't let through a lot of things but with that said I mean I'll take a look at it maybe they've
maybe it's past my radar and maybe they're doing something completely completely innovative but I mean I wanted to do my due diligence right cause anytime someone gives you a job offer you wanna look into who these people are and you know I see that in 2021 they secured Series a funding from Andressen Horowitz Paypal and Fidelity and these are names that I associate with um the neo reactionary movement uh the network state these are um the the people who wanna build the technocratic gov corp and um you know I so I'm concerned that um you know I might be selling my soul if I accept this offer I mean just looking at this I would say I would say yes
now the counter to that is the stuff that needs to be built is is doesn't fit within the rules of the current system and it's something that is completely outside of um the these the regulatory apparatus that's what we need to build we need to build a um you know an exchange for trading security tokens we need to be creating tools to help small businesses tokenize their business and to allow small investors to invest in those kind of outside of this regulatory regime because everything is moving towards this technocratic system and this clarity act again people are going to be all excited about how great it is all it's going to do is add digital surveillance to an existing system
that is already a nightmare from a regulatory perspective cool well thank you for taking my question appreciate you yep thank you appreciate it hey Zach hey Aaron how's it going uh good how about you actually a quick question though are we literally living in a Philip K Dick novel like I I have a feeling like that's exactly what these I mean the political elite not the politicians are dumb but the political elite these technocrats the bureaucrats like they take these SCI fi novels specifically like Philo K
Dick like Blade Runner whatever and they just morph it they use it as a blueprint Brave New World etcetera etcetera it's kind of freaky well it it certainly seems that way I mean if if you look at I mean Palantir's engaging in some of the Minority Report stuff I mean they're already working on um you know trying to predict crime they're working with local law enforcement agencies and you know again this is the sad part about this and again some people that are listening to this may agree with this world view there people they but their view is very much deterministic and they believe that they can play the role of God and part of this is um
I mean you look at uh Stephen Wolffram who wrote Wolffram Alpha and he's been working on AI stuff and his whole premise is that he believes that at some point in time we're all just predictable living in a deterministic universe and if he you know applies enough finally figures out what the formula is he thinks he's going to be able to predict anything that happens in the universe this has been his his goal for 40 years he hasn't done it yet um but a lot of these technocrats have that same view they believe that they're going to be able to take their Newtonian view of the world and apply AI to it and at the end they're going to be able to control everything because at the end
we're just these mechanistic machines without without free will or without any value or importance and consciousness have you guys have you guys seen the tangle the movie The Tangle the tangle or the Tango no the tangol as in tangled not no I haven't I haven't I actually haven't even heard of that oh incredible movie um but kind of what Zach was saying here you know being in a Philip K Dick movie or whatever I believe that this many of the cabal that run a lot of things believe they have to tell us what they're going to do
before they do it and obviously we know is seeped in this stuff and that's how they do a lot of this Hollywood and and you can find movies on Covid you can find movies on you know every pretty much everything they've done to us over the past 30 years you can find a movie about it before it comes out and recently every I've heard about it for years but of course a lot of recently a lot of credible people or people I consider credible like Katherine Austin Fitz and everything are talking about the circuitry they're putting in the food and spraying in the air and putting in the jabs and that to me is is now the most sinister
most concerning thing I worry about for me and my family yeah I I think there's there's definitely cause to be concerned I don't know if if you saw this or not I I've had Mark Pasio on a couple times I had him on with a pan on a panel with um Michael Reagan Wald and then I actually was at Pork Fest and he came on and if you know anything about uh Mark's background he used to be he was recruited into the the church of Satan by Lavey I mean they were grooming him to be become a high priest in the Satanic Church and you know his background was he had a kind of a bad upbringing really smart guy IQ off the charts but kind of went to the dark side
didn't have a lot of direction didn't have a lot of purpose this was appealing when he was recruited and then you know he had one of those moments where he realized hey I don't want to do this this isn't doesn't resonate with who who I really am and so he broke off and he spent the last 17 years trying to introduce people to natural law and and to the fact that we you know we can reclaim our free will but he talks a lot about what Satanism is and what it isn't and and how it works and basically Satanism isn't this people are worshipping the devil it is a it's actually more of an ideology that's just about selfishness that that's probably the simplest way that I could describe it
there's literally no concern whatsoever with others they're very well organized and he claims he was they were grooming him to become part of the eugenics program um within the club of Rome and and he said that you know these are smart focused driven people and they laugh at us part of part of what they do is they think that we're so gullible so stupid that um you know they they kind of perform these humiliation rituals where they tell us in advance right if you think about it the stuff that I've been talking about for three years you know none of it's a conspiracy theory I use these organizations and the people involved in it as source materials I play their videos
I show their documents there's there's absolutely no question as to whether what I'm saying is is true or not they don't care because they don't think they can be stopped and frankly there there may be some truth to that which is really embarrassing that you know we're just kind of going through this gigantic humiliation ritual so I found my conversations with Mark to be really fascinating because it is kind of an inside look of what's going on here and once you understand that it is coordinated and they really don't care about us they don't and it's hard for a normal decent person to internalize and fathom the fact that there are people that really don't care
at all about human life or even believe in free will and it's hard to put you know how to put yourself in the shoes of that how do you put yourself in the position how do you understand these people that are you know raping children and and this whole concept I mean that's not even something I can't even fathom what what that's like and so you know clearly there's there's something something else going on here that's very difficult for people to grasp and so they choose not to grasp it at all they choose to not look at it they choose to ignore it and they choose not to deal with it the scariest part I believe is that most people don't realize that they could be walked into doing these things
by people who know how to manipulate you and suddenly you find you're on that other side and you never you you you never intended to be and if any if the Milgram experiment proves anything that anybody perceived authority they will follow my well not anybody but a you know 60 to 80% of the population will at any given time well yeah what what what was it under with Milgram it was like 66% and I would argue I mean that's pre pre social media I actually suspect the percentage would be even higher now and that's why I you know had the clarity and genius acts not passed I was planning on spending a lot more time delving into the propaganda techniques that have been used
post Edward Bernays and what's actually going on with Big Tech in terms of what they know they can do algorithmically how they can go about manipulating us I mean it's it is down to a science they know exactly what to do they know how to rage bait in fact do you you know when rock 3 all of a sudden came out with Mecca Hitler and and all this other stuff does anybody on this call actually think that was an accident or do you think that was deliberate by Musk to try to generate some rage that that you know he'll convert into not just convert monetarily but convert into supporters for America's party because they know that fear and rage work
and they can program that in so these very slight tweaks to the algorithm I've been the most fascinated by you know I've been posting on on X I mean looking at this right now I don't see it used to say how many times you've you've posted I'm sure I can find it somewhere but I've been on here since 2,008 and most of my stuff doesn't go viral but I've been posting on really important stuff and and anything involving the Federal Reserve or central banks clearly gets deboasted but I I put this post out and it gets like 8,000 views I mean excuse me 8,000 likes on only 40,000 views and it was something that was basically critical of Epstein in a way that would benefit Elon Musk and I'm like wow
this clearly hit something in the algorithm and now I'm actually gonna play around with it I'm gonna take these last two posts that have gone super viral and then try to deconstruct what how the algorithm might work but I know that Musk knows because I saw him give a speech where he before he bought a social media company he talked uh in a negative way about how big tech and social media companies were using social media to manipulate people's limbic systems to particularly manipulate you know dopamine to to manipulate their emotional systems their reward systems and that it was a scientific it was being scientifically done from first principles
based on biology and psychology and everything else so he knows about it and at the time he said that that was before he bought the social media company that he wanted to turn into the everything app I think this is probably the most dangerous thing right now in terms of if we talk about this idea of reclaiming our free will I think the thing that is capturing our free will or put differently that we're giving away our free will to the most are are these algorithms well Stanford I think recently published a study where they took a bunch of students um and for 3 months they could use chat GPT for their work or essays and one group couldn't and after by the end of the three months
they were basically just the ones using chat GPT were just copying and pasting but they were they in cognitive tests they were like losing 16% of their ability to independently think on a subject or discern you know rational ideas and arguments it was within simple three months they were proving a a decline in their ability to think which was to me was you know there's the there's the ultimate goaler that's why we have a you know 50 LLMs that anybody can use for free and cheat on everything you know that requires thinking and of course they're all wrong they're all lie uh you mention croc lying they all lie constantly about everything they you
and then you correct them and they correct themselves and you know I try to stay away from them but even what the ones I consider good or or trying to be good like maybe Venice have you guys heard of Venice yeah yeah I use Venice yeah then if I'm gonna use one that's what I that's what I use but I'm not signed up for for any of them I it's kind of funny cause I'm part of a community in an AI project uh uh but it's for kind of like a Raven coin type project where it's for the people open source uh not not corporate controlled yep I saw I yeah I mean I saw that that report that that you know chat GPT was causing people to have profound
you know psychological problems and and all of this other stuff and and you know again I it's just like with crypto the technology isn't necessarily a good thing or a bad thing um it could be used for improving and increasing free will right if free will is about making choices then in theory this technology could enable us to have more decisions and to be able to express our free will in uh more abundant ways it could be used that way unfortunately the technocratic version of it doesn't work like that the technocratic version of it um involves the AI making decisions for us it it strips us of the free will aspect of it all together and that's
that's how it's being rolled out I again I'm this Musk thing is you know it's frustrating the 2028 elections already been won by technocrats JD Vance is a technocrat handpicked by Peter Thiel who is a proponent of Kurtish Yavin and he's the front runner for the Republicans and then Musk is a technocrat running America's party the technocrats already won and part of the issue that I have with this is that we're people are still sitting around they'll pick polarity on anything they gotta pick a side on everything red versus blue Coke versus Pepsi you know Andrew Tate versus Jeffrey Epstein it doesn't matter they always gotta pick a side on on something and so
we were sold this idea that western civilization was gonna collapse unless these white knights in the form of Trump and Musk and and RFK came in to fix things and they came in and they certainly not only haven't fixed things but as I think I've hopefully effectively laid out they've jump started technocracy in a way unimaginable by Harris or even by Klaus Schwab and uh and now there's division between them and now people are picking sides so rather than saying hey listen you know remember when we bought this whole idea that in order to save ourselves we have to believe in these people and that didn't work and now we're going to pick sides as to which one of them
we're going to believe will fix it next time and that's actually working though right I mean if you look at it that's actually panning out nobody's taking a step back and saying hey wait a minute we're letting the people that are protecting pedophiles and the people that have a Bitcoin strategic reserve that they've created by stealing bitcoin from other people through civil asset forfeiture we're letting them regulate digital tokens and stable coins we're letting them pass stable coin or excuse me Bitcoin strategic reserve legislation forcing taxpayers to buy more bitcoin that they can then control and manage like at some point don't you take a step back and say
why would we allow and give these people any authority to do anything they don't deserve any authority or control over us whatsoever I mean it's it's and it's actually really demoralizing when you think about the fact that that we allow these people to have this kind of power without even thinking that hey you know what I could just not participate in this system I'm just out I'm just not gonna use the dollar anymore I you know great you know RFK wants to tell people that you know we're gonna push wearables I'm out I'm not gonna participate in that that's it and in an instance you you can actually say that you can say I'm not going to comply
I'm not gonna ask for permission I'm not gonna ask for forgiveness I'm out um and in fact that's the most powerful weapon we have hands down is that anybody can do that at any point now it's hard for people to accept the fact that they actually have the ability to do that but everybody does and the sooner people take advantage of it the the better will be I'm not encouraged though how kind of to your point it and how manipulated people are how do the people buy food so this is what I'm talking about when I talk about tokenization private tokenization it's we now have private money and now we can tokenize and trade assets privately so let's so let's
onboard to a marketplace farmers small farmers from all over the world and let them sell in an international marketplace using private money that can't be tracked it we can do it every aspect of society where we look at how can we do this everything can be done in this way there's unlimited opportunity available for anybody who wants to build an alternative solution in these areas and by the way this isn't a hard thing to to sell to farmers and it's not a hard thing to sell for people in the health freedom community why they've already been debanked they're already facing pressure I mean you don't have to sell them on the idea that tyranny's coming they're already aware of it
they've been living it for decades unless they buy I I I really am beginning to you know I you know question a lot of things and you know about the assassination attempt and everything else I mean it honestly this whole Trump administration seems like a PSYOP at this point um because talk about disarming people getting people complacent and then pushing the thing themselves that they said that they were against if you're in the health freedom movement and you're make America healthy again but you're associated with health freedom well health freedom isn't when you get elected you decide how other people should take care of their health health freedom is getting out of the way
so that people can make their own decisions about their health that's not what's going on with Maha and I I know cause I know a lot of people in Maha people are absolutely furious about what's going on so I don't I don't know I've been trying to do this for three years is to get people to to just exit and just do it stop buying from these people stop watching mainstream media turn it off pull your kids out of government schools start now and I know people have a lot of fear but the thing is once you understand what's going on you understand that the default is a digital prison the default isn't so I got a question yeah I got a question
yep go ahead hello who had a question I think you're on mute I think it was Dawn Dawn you can you hear us okay can you hear me seems to be a delay what I'm seeing on the screen here is yeah I can hear you now yeah I got a question can you hear me yeah I can hear you now yeah I got a I got a question but everything seems delayed on this screen anyway I'll just ask the question if you could be patient
okay so I'll just ask a question I don't know how how this technology works so if if I wanna start um if I wanna be wow holy jumping I'm here in double just let me turn this off uh okay so I wanna wow I'm sorry about this technical junk if I wanna get off the system and I wanna buy a a wall I wanna I don't wanna download the oh I can't do it
I can't hear this I'm I'm hearing my own voice come back at me and it's interrupting well can you turn down the volume or mute mute your volume while you're talking and then when you're done talking turn the volume back on that might work oh that might work I'll try that okay so is there anything left that hasn't been captured
I just read Roger's book and got a pretty good idea about the whole history and development and take over and you know how how Bitcoin is completely uh centralized and the wallets are all custodial and it's impossible to have an individual system now Bitcoin cash um I don't know if they still exist even or if they are still truly an independent um wallet that you can possess yourself and be untrackable I don't wanna download the whole blockchain and be a node necessarily I just wanna participate and be able to trade um
financially and ideas and all kinds of stuff um privately without being traced or not going through a third party custodian so what would you recommend for somebody in my position that hasn't done anything in blockchain up to now but wants to get into it um in a in a free and independent way and private and you can you the other question is if there is a coin or Zeno or whatever to do that is it um accepted broadly enough like I know these things dovetail into into the block bitcoin traditional
but does that give away your privacy the moment you do that once you dove tail into Bitcoin traditional core have you just surrendered your privacy that you had before you did that so there are a lot of options now in terms of wallets you can use something like Cake Wallet or Edge Wallet with Zano or bitcoin.com those are those are three wallets that allow you to have multiple assets they all work with Zano um Cake Wallet and Edge Wallet have more privacy coins uh they all they also have Monero and they have um a whole whole variety of different privacy coin options and so that's a that's a good way uh
to to start doing that now I mean the issue with this is are there a lot of people accepting it no not yet this is the thing that I I have to stress the most is we're facing this existential crisis with technocracy we need to build these systems and it's us that has to build the systems and so it's about using them and going to local merchants and onboarding the local merchant it's doing this in a very much an old fashioned organic viral way now there are solutions and tools being built to help accelerate this and one of the things that I'm doing with this the revolution will be tokenized segment and it's also in my book is I'm going to write up a whole bunch
of different business plans and things that could be created on Zeno I don't have the time or the resources to build all of them but I want to make people aware of the kinds of things that can be built so that when I do workshops I can show people here's how you can get crypto and start using it here's how as a merchant you can start accepting it and then here are some business ideas that you can build yourself so that you can start earning money directly in crypto because that's what we need to to start creating I mean this is about use this is about exiting the system and using these tools for day to day commerce and day to day interaction it's not about speculation
so the work is still ahead of us but there is a marketplace for uh Xeno there's a marketplace for Minero so there's um Xenobay and XMR Bizarre where you can buy a variety of products and and one of the areas that I want to focus on when I lay this out is I want to say listen once people understand and truly internalize that the default is a tokenization model where the technocrats control everything and censor everything once you really get your mind around that that that's that the the status quo as it is right now is not the status quo all of these things these bills have passed all of this has been moving in this direction and people are just oblivious to it
we have digital IDS now we have AI surveillance our money is already digital it's already programmable once you understand that and then once you see the rate at which it's getting uh even becoming more centralized and more technocratic then you lose the fear of oh well I'm going to lose what I have because you're gonna lose what you have anyway now your decision is are you going to be proactive about creating an alternative or are you just going to comply and end up with nothing that's the actual decision but it takes some research for people to understand what the actual risks are and the risks are clearly doing nothing is the biggest risk doing nothing will end in digital tyranny
so you can use so you can use Minaro you can use uh uh Xeno and you can use it to you can start using it to do things like buy gift certificates this isn't the end goal I mean the end goal is you want people doing pure to pure transactions with these currencies directly so you see merchants with signs in the window that say but there are some they'll take bitcoin um well you don't see many yeah because people don't use Bitcoin for day to day transactions in fact in general at the last report less than point five % of Americans have used crypto in the last quarter to buy anything they're using stable coins so when you get these private coins through Zeno or
or whatever that you're talking about so you cut you cut out I I don't know what the um I mean I buy stuff I mean there are there's a growing number of merchants that are taking this and so I I just interact with these people directly I mean I will go to local farms I will go to local businesses and ask them if they will accept this wow and I'll generally and I'll generally delay again so there's no no private coin that is widely accepted in in retail um not in retail but I would also add this there won't be you if if you're thinking that you know Walmart or Costco none of these you have to get out of that thinking
the large corporations that are participating in this in the W F agenda and with these Sustainable Development Goals and everything E they're not going to switch to privacy coins this is about making a decision about whether you're going to build a decentralized future or whether you're trying to get a cryptocurrency to work within the existing system getting the cryptocurrency to work within the existing system isn't gonna work um because that doesn't fit into the technocratic plan the technocratic plan is dividing up the world based on an energy credit based system so um so there is a certain part of and I've been doing this I've been on a on a path to you know
boycott WWF companies I haven't fully done it but I continue to try to stop using WWF companies and to start moving towards smaller merchants into onboarding those merchants to these alternatives that's the only way we win this this is gonna require work this is gonna require effort but once you understand that if you don't do this you are going to end up if you if you make the call you're going to end up in a 15 minute city at best that is the default and just all you have to do is take a step back and look look at what's happened look at what's happened with surveillance you know again before 1970 there was no financial surveillance now you know
you have all of this biometric screening know your customer stuff the government is tracking everything it's programmable and that's happened one crisis at a time and every time there's been a crisis even unrelated to financial transactions more financial surveillance has been added it's never been taken away and now it's just ramping up even faster so at some point you have to realize you either get out of the system or you're going to find yourself through inactivity saying oh well I don't have a choice I have to do this like people who said well I have to take the shot to keep my job well no you actually always have more choices than than you think people tend to think that you know
the universe is is really small with respect to what's possible you you you can always find other ways of making money and doing things if if you're open to it but the longer you delay that decision the more they they use they actually called it I think the communist called it using salami tactics slice by slice so they'll just edge they'll nudge here and there one nudge here one nudge there and then soon enough after 10 15 years you've given away all of your privacy you've given away all of your rights in fact we've done that with these clickwrap agreements that we sign right when we sign terms of service for apple or whatever we I think we sign 150 of these per year
nobody reads them and I'll tell you it's interesting one interesting application of AI is cutting and pasting what these agreements say and you'd be horrified you know you sign an agreement with a bank that says they can cancel you without cause and change the terms and conditions and change the fees and share and sell and share your data you sign that contract and we've done that and that's been introduced over a span of years so in reality they've gotten us now is this informed consent I mean I would argue it's not informed consent but strictly speaking legally it's consent legally we agreed to these things and so now if you were to sit down with the 150
legal agreements that you signed over a span of years so in reality they've gotten us now is this informed consent oh hold on I'm hearing an echo now it's not informed consent but strictly speaking legally it's consent legally we agreed to these things and so now if you were to sit down all right there we go so I'm I'm gonna mute I'm muting you for a second don just because uh we were getting an echo I was hearing what I was saying through your speaker's back over here but anyway what I was saying is um we we evolve in fact that'd be a fun project is to take you know the top fifty uh Clickwrap agreements that we sign and compile all of them
and take a comprehensive look at just what all the average person has given away in terms of rights I think that would be a interesting intellectual exercise but it would also be horrifying because we've done this you know slice by slice it's been very convenient even your rental car agreement I mean just constantly we're barraged with these agreements that we can't read uh we don't have the time to read I think I the analysis that I did is it would take an hour a day 365 days a year to read all of these agreements so of course no one's gonna do that so I anyway a lot of interesting questions there about informed consent and so forth hey Aaron um
you were speaking about on boarding merchants and um it got me thinking that we're even if we had a a privacy coin that was being widely accepted like zcash or whatever if people are still thinking in terms of dollars that we're still pegged to the dollar like in spirit right so if I go and I um I have a gold coin or if I have um a hamburger or something that I'm offering to someone and I ask how much do you think this is worth if the answer that they give me is any number followed by dollars
then they're already mentally attached to the dollar they're they're saying well this many hours of labor is worth this many units if their answer isn't from the outset oh that's probably uh 100 millibits I think that hamburger is worth you know so many satoshis if you're not thinking in the native unit you're you're still captured you are and that is that is one of the biggest challenges for merchant adoption it's cause I've been trying to sign up merchants for for quite some time and and actually price stability and not not that the dollar's been stable I mean it's obviously it's lost 11% of its value this year and 26% since Covid
but it's still the reference standard and a lot of merchants say the volatility and so things are still priced in dollars and I I can't handle there's not an immediate solution for that because changing the behavior around what the reserve currency is and what things are priced in that's gonna take a lot of work there's an intermediate step with this this is why I like something called the Freedom Dollar which is a it's a stable coin created on Xeno that is pegged to the dollar but it's not backed by Treasuries or the US dollar it's actually backed by over collateralized Zeno so you have the ability to price things in dollars but you have privacy and censorship resistance
and so that's a that's a next step as we move towards something else but it is gonna take a long time and I'm not exactly sure how we go about it's not gonna be a quick thing to get people um pricing things in other units so how do we uh how do we innovate something that becomes more easy for people that are not really in this game they don't really wanna jump completely into it but they wanna escape for a just in case so one of the things I've been spending my time doing when I when I came up with these three different project areas
I've been spending a lot of time thinking about the fact that ideas and technologies go through an adoption curve and so I think a lot of times one of the problems that we have is people are like well why doesn't this have mainstream adoption well nothing ever starts with mainstream adoption everything starts with innovators a small percentage of people that are are willing to experiment and then the technology matures a little bit then you get early adopters then you go to an an early majority so as long as we understand that how adoption works and don't focus on jumping to the end state but understand that we've got what see what happened with crypto is we started out with bitcoin
and everybody was rallying around one coin and then it got hijacked and the entire industry got fragmented into 20,000 pieces and so we lost that innovator early adoption phase because it was effectively hijacked and so now we are divided and splintered into 20,000 different pieces and that's made it difficult I think one of the things I've been trying to do is rally people around the privacy coin space and not as a maximalist I mean I I like Zeno just because Zeno allows you to tokenize other assets but I certainly also use Monero and other privacy coins and focus on a couple of things 1 building user friendly tools user friendly wallets that are multi asset uh
user friendly point of sales systems for merchants I mean this is a real problem by the way if you look at what's happened I mean here in New Hampshire you know there were more merchants taking crypto 10 years ago than there are now and that's for a whole variety of reasons but one of the reasons is that the point of sales system companies themselves were either captured or kind of pushed out of business due to potential regulatory and legal threats so Bitpay is the I think the largest point of sale system but they don't touch privacy coins and it's all KYC and everything else and this is one of the things that's challenging about crypto is that a lot of people within crypto
only compare their projects to other crypto projects whereas we all actually have a common enemy which is this technocratic system so you know there are people that say well adoption takes a long time well it didn't take a very long time for stable coins to get to $27 trillion in transaction volume it's not that using crypto is the barrier people are using crypto people are using digital money we've actually failed in terms of delivering user friendly products because the focus hasn't been I mean look you you can look at the privacy space and you can look at some of this stuff and this has been you know developing stuff for 20 year old dudes without concern for a market 20 year old dudes
one of the things that's been interesting for me is when I I've done these workshops these CBDC workshops um with my wife we've gone around the country and now going to other countries and so try sitting in a room with 100 boomers and try try to onboard them to privacy coins right and so you know we bring in people that that build wallets and work on these systems and they they're digital natives and so to them this stuff is obvious to use but it's not obvious for anyone else to use so there hasn't been a focus on UI there hasn't been a focus on usability it's possible there's nothing technically making it so that crypto currency has to be hard to use
it just hasn't been a focus there's been more focus on um technical differentiation on points that don't really matter from a usability perspective and so that's actually again I I think that's the big challenge but but it is happening there are some good wallets we still need a good point of sale system and there are marketplaces there's Zano Bay there's XMR Bizarre but we need to develop more of these I think we probably need marketplaces that are possibly industry specific so we need one around food one around health or multiple around you know not just not just one we've got to to build it which is why when I'm doing this tokenization effort
I'm gonna put together what the business what you know kind of essentially a short version of what the business plan is you know here's how the stock market works currently here's how you could build an alternative tokenization system here's how rewards programs and loyalty programs work in this centralized world where people are using centralized databases here's how you could build a parallel system using tokens here's how you could tokenize collectibles here's how you could do this how you could do this um and and then just build a whole library of different alternatives that's where you have the I'm sorry about that that's where you have the problems
I think though Aaron is is building I mean I go back to the Ravencoin days with you and there was so much innovation you had Patrick Burn and Medici Ventures and he had 20 companies there building stacks and you know for everything land as you say voting you know 60% of government could have been taking the human element out of the decision making or the process and then you go away with all the all this corruption or a ton of the corruption is gone as far as people using it you know my mother can get on her phone and use her banking app why is a crypto wallet any different than that it shouldn't be because other than like like you say would say bit fill or whatever I'd uh
now payments was one where you know you put that on the front end of a of a wallet and you're use as far as you know you're just using dollars and the back end is all crypto it could be that way and I can't get anybody to develop anything I'm not a I can't code but if you come up with a good idea people don't you know nobody wants to give it away like I I came up with a base system that would be the basis of all digital media YouTube and Hulu Kendall X uh all the social media everything would run on top of it they'd have more competition the creators would have more control and YouTube wouldn't own all your content uh but you'd have to give the base system away the marketplace away
it's for all things digital and nobody wants to put it you know two three 4 5 million dollars into developing that and then not have control over it so again it comes down to finding enough people Xano guys are great I love Xano I use it it's awesome obviously I could go into the the differences between what what I think the functionality of the assets are lacking uh because it's strictly payment you can't do much else with it they digitizing assets or hard assets is hard with Zano right now now maybe they make changes in the future but but you know uh you mentioned hijacking a Ravencoin yeah that's you're right that was a tragedy there was so much innovation going on there
so when I look at what and I brought this up at the time the problem with ravencoin is there was an honest belief that existing incumbent players would be willing to have a decentralized print transparent technology applied to their business which is built on corruption and that was a completely false premise and burn used to say well yeah we have this as a backup um hot swappable blockchain tech stack for a you know but I I disagreed with him in his belief that we could fix the political system and I still to the extent he believes we can fix you know every every time with him it's well this is the last chance this election in 2020 is the last chance
and everything else and all of it's failed but he's still pushing the same bullshit we're not going to win by taking corrupt existing organizations and thinking we're going to apply transparent blockchains it is a fundamentally dead idea I agree he's a dreamer I love I love Patrick he's a I have a ton of respect for him I love him but you're right he's he's an optimist to a fault well I love them I you know I love them too and this is what got me into tokenization but we what's Learned from this I agree with the fundamental premise of a blockchain tech stack for for civilization but the way that's gonna be executed is uh it's gonna start out small with innovators
and we're gonna have to build from scratch from an it's like a uh it it's entrepreneurship at the level of recreating all of these industries not getting Goldman Sachs to sign up not getting Walmart to sign up and everybody gets caught up in adoption this is why we're in such a bad position this is why people are celebrating stable coins people are celebrating Blackrock getting involved because they think it's adoption it is adoption of a kind and it's an adoption that's antithetical it's not it's I was actually at a dinner with some people and I you know basically people that have been in crypto for over a decade and and somebody said listen you know to a certain degree
it's kind of these are people that were nerds and and they just want to be accepted they want to be at the big table and they want to be um validated they see this stuff with Blackrock and everything else as validation and so I'm like you've just completely sold the your entire all of your principles for um for for acceptance and wanting to be popular but that's actually happening I mean if you want to look at what's really going on that is actually going on and it's a very sad it's a very sad thing I mean as to as to Zeno yeah I mean the thing is again all of this stuff can be built what I like about Zano is people are actually building things and there's some money
and there are people that are willing to invest in things and so you know the two big use cases are a privacy stable coin and then this month Confidential Layer is going to launch so what is that well that's tokenizing Bitcoin Bitcoin cash and Ethereum and making it private and spendable as a Zeno token well that's a huge use case I mean now we're talking about the ability to take over $2 trillion worth of buying power and and make it usable in a private way um but this is why what I'm going to do and this is kind of from my Ravencoin experience I'm gonna lie you know I was talking to Ernie Hancock and he said that Patrick Burnet identified 160 different
industries that you could disintermediate with tokenization I wanna go through that exercise that's gonna be part of this podcast where you know one week I'll come in and say okay here's how the stock market works here's how you could use this tokenization to build that out and I might even start an incubator around it and you know try to you know raise a little bit of money and maybe get some devs involved but I don't care I'll give away the ideas for free the the important part for this isn't for me making money on all these things I will gladly tell people how you could use this technology to build a medical tourism healthcare marketplace to build a food marketplace
to build a prediction market to build a whole variety of different things because they need to be built it's that the important thing for me isn't making money on all of it it's it needs to exist in the world as an alternative to the technocratic solutions that are being offered and um so that's that's why I mean as we're having this podcast right now that's why I'm just I'm putting this in the book the book is going to have a number of of ideas and I've been an entrepreneur I started a bunch of companies and I I have spent so much time on ravencoin that it's actually not hard for me to do I can work up you know it may not be the best business model but at least it'll point somebody
it'll get people thinking about what's possible and then they can improve upon it or or you know take some of the ideas and discard others but at least it's gonna get people thinking because in crypto when you talk about tokenization people think about Nfts and they think about meme coins that is overwhelmingly what what people think and everything will be tokenized what just happened today with the Clarity Act will be pushing what you know ravencoin and t 0 was talk was excited about security tokens and I will tell you I don't want anything to do with the security tokens that we're gonna get out of the Clarity Act this didn't solve you mean you remember you were there when
when Raven coins started you know we have all these posts on social media and the idea was hey imagine you know you'd be able to you could tokenize a lemonade stand somebody could start a business that small or my daughter started a business and selling slime on TikTok well you know and it started to grow what if she needed to raise $10,000 what if you know This Clarity Act doesn't solve any of this none of the investor accreditation standards go away or or levels go away none of the requirement for legal fees go away in fact as we even found as we found so far people who have done tokenized offerings have spent way more in legal fees than people that are doing it the traditional way
and so what's being locked in here isn't something it's just it's taking a technology that's supposed to be empowering freedom and decentralization and putting it back into control of the same players it's not opening up markets at all it uh you know there's a a writer uh who um I hold in high esteem his name is Ian Davis I a I N Davis and um he used the phrase uh decentralization leads to recentralization but it's recentralization around the systems that the technocrats are building wait what was it what was that last part again the uh the cryptocurrency is decentralization
but that's not the end of the story the decentralization is a stepping stone to re centralization where it's centralized again on their controlled platforms uh using rules that that they've created yep yeah that's exactly what it is I mean it is it's a it is a transfer in a way um and it's a recentralization I I was I don't know who I was doing an interview today and we had this exact same conversation and I mean it's getting rid of some intermediaries but in essence what's what's what's happening is it's going to be just a consolidation of power in the hands of a smaller number of people so it will be recentralized but I mean it's going to be
you know the Paypal Mafia is going to own a lion share of it it's going to be even more disproportionate in terms of of the distribution but it will be recentralized um I I agree with that 100% at least the way that it's going it doesn't have to be that way it could go in a completely decentralized way which is what I'm advocating for but that's not what's winning right now the I my point in doing this podcast today was based on the Clarity Act and based on the Genius Act the technocratic centralized way is winning and it's winning at a rate that should be concerning people not in a way where people are celebrating it and unfortunately well I mean
it's all over the map some people aren't celebrating it uh entirely but man I'm telling you watching these members of Congress talk about this I I've they got all of it wrong I mean I again I'm not gonna rehash the whole podcast but I mean you know the anti cbdc Surveillance Act is just there to cement the US takeover of the stable coin industry it's not there to prevent the Federal Reserve from financial surveillance The Federal Reserve surveying people isn't the problem the problem is Congress surveying people that's the problem today and it's the problem tomorrow with stable coins and they've done a phenomenal job whether intentional or not
in shifting the focus and making the Federal Reserve uh out to be the bad guy which they are the bad guy in a separate and different way the Federal Reserve isn't they're not the bad guy of surveillance but this they're the bad guy in being a useless third party that makes money from nothing and manipulates interest rates to basically steal people's assets that's they're a bad guy in that regard but the Federal Reserve motivation isn't inherently one around how can we maximize surveillance it's the technocrats that manipulate the Federal Reserve for for their ends but but that's been completely lost so I'm watching this propaganda and and so there are people that think that
we don't have financial surveillance in America that China is bad and we never wanna be like China we never wanna be like Canada not realizing we're already like that and all we've done right now is just bought a ticket to be to remain the dominant force in digital surveillance money as I said it is ingenious and that is what it's done and now it's created an arms race and now the EU is gonna launch their CBDC and and the other 133 countries that are at various phases of development are going to pick up the pace so it's bad because overall what what does this mean we end up with well instead of having peer to peer digital cash that anyone anywhere in the world can use to engage in trade
people are going to be trapped in a new form of fiat a new form of surveillance fiat that is going to be weaponized and rapidly rolled out on a faster scale than you know even I predicted based on the stuff that I was looking at last year they just implemented the new uh banking messaging standards ISO 2 0 well you know 0 2 2 when yep uh on the 14th which of course that allows them to track every transaction with the new messages uh that they can transmit um and if anybody had any doubt about Trump are you familiar with um statement of Federal Financial Practices No. 56
not off the top of my head but what what does it say in 2,018 all Congress Republicans Democrats and the White House everybody accepted the statement and it says the president can the vice president can or certain committee members in Congress can designate a person or several people that can take any transaction from any agency in the federal government off book I am familiar with this oh yes this is the Katherine Austin Fitz has been talking about this I think yeah yeah yeah I I I didn't didn't know the exact number but yeah but yeah yeah I mean think about that it's it's scary I pulled it up read the thing it it's they can any you know it's yeah and obviously Trump knew this
he's did it he doesn't you know he designated somebody and so did pens pens had the power to do this and they did this and yet we have to have know your customer laws we have to have we have to have all of this surveillance to protect the world from um from terrorism and money laundering and meanwhile we had a comptroller or whatever of the Treasury who basically didn't reject any transactions and didn't put any notes into what we spent so we actually literally don't know what we spent $4.7 trillion on how did we get to a point where we gave these people authority over us it's actually completely it's counter to the Constitution I know there was somebody that claimed
they wanted to come on and debate how some of this stuff is never going to happen because of state constitutions and everything else and I think I said something like you know I I said the Constitution's been dead for since at least 9 11 I think Zach chimed in and said since 1794 but and then the person didn't show up but you know um well officially the Constitution died in 1999 when we lost control of the flag if you want to get technical about it but yeah nobody's listened to the Constitution for a while but but you can I and I have done it on a local level use your constitution or state or federal constitution if you know how to smack your local governments around
but no the problem is nobody knows how to use it absolutely nobody knows how to use your constitution to force them to do it I did it with my um with my school board during Covid I I got the release of the mask and I got the I got them to drop the uh the lawsuit against Desantis uh uh for parental rights they were trying to go against our constitutional rights and I Learned it from a guy named David Jose or Dave cares for you and it constitutional notice and affidavits and it's it's not difficult but we should be taught this stuff in school but most nobody can name the the the what 8 articles of the Constitution let alone any you know more than one or two of the First Amendment
freedom of press uh freedom of guns freedom of speech that's all they know you know they they can't even name the three three branches of government so you know yeah we're it's hopeless yeah yeah that part of it that part of it is absolutely hopeless um we do not have an informed citizenry and that has been rapidly on the decline I mean the civics test I think 28% of eighth graders pass I mean it's you know again I I've thought about doing a whole breakdown on why voting can't work just based on how how it's structured and this actually feeds into what we were talking about with propaganda and the way political parties use data and AI I mean this is um this has been actively going on
politics is not one based on ideas politics is one based on uh on targeting and using AI to turn out the vote has nothing to do with the candidates or the ideas I mean you know they they say that you know New York could indict a ham sandwich you could elect a ham sandwich if you had the right system and if you if you deployed Palantir I think that's part of why Trump won in 2016 as he used Palantir and and close some of the gap between the Republican Party and the Democrat Party but but yeah these elections are are useless at this point the system isn't broken it's fixed yeah exactly but you you know not to get too far afield especially uh given the the length of the stream um
1 one other concern of mine is um Aaron if you develop a point of sale system you're gonna have to deploy that on hardware and you don't have control over that operating system right so at at any point in time Google could say we're locking down everything you're not gonna be able to root your phone you're not gonna be able to install graphene OS and Google Services Framework is gonna be required oh and by the way your app that you spent $1 million paying coders to build is not in compliance with our terms of service that we were forced to implement because of the Digital Services Act in the EU so therefore your app is now blacklisted
and it can't be installed on all these devices that's another concern I have yeah so that I mean the point of sale system I've been working on is web based just for that reason and again it's not as convenient but you're you're absolutely right I mean we have to be building we have to build things that if if apple and Google are the gatekeepers for the app and that's that's a requirement we we already know that can end badly very quickly and we should assume that'll end badly very quickly so and not that it's the most user friendly I mean this is this is part of the trade off can you make a web app as you know you can't make a website quite as you know compelling or as easy to use as an app
so there's a little bit of extra there are some extra steps involved but that's that's what's required this is the tough part about this the tough part is again I how do you know and I'm trying part of the content strategy moving forward is okay knowing that there's a this adoption curve how do you prioritize your time so that you are still introducing this idea to normies but not spending too much time on that and actually presenting these ideas in a way where you know they're not gonna come around right away but at least you planted a seed versus how much time do you allocate to investing in and building the actual solutions with the innovators
and there's been a part of me that is as a serial entrepreneur that should be like well hey just build the product but what I've Learned about I through this well I mean through a lot of experience and liberty and crypto is people don't understand the threat of technocracy and if you don't understand the threat of technocracy you're not going to understand why privacy coins are important and people do not understand I mean I've been at crypto conferences where there are liberty crypto conferences and people don't know what technocracy means as a different term from technology and how it's applied I mean I remember I had one dinner in particular where people were talking about oh
cause this was in Europe and like well you must you must be really excited about uh about what Elon Musk is doing with Doge and I'm like and I was there with a politician from the Netherlands at the time and I'm like who gets it by the way probably the only only one I said you know this this whole thing not only didn't it save $2 trillion but they installed a an API that connects uh Palantir to Americans IRS data this this you know this isn't about making government more efficient this is about control and technocracy and then I tried to explain the difference and they'd never heard of the the word technocracy so we have our work cut out for us
because there haven't been many people talking about technocracy to my knowledge no one's been talking about it longer than Patrick Wood um but there are some other people Courtney Turner and you know increasingly other people you know Katherine Austin Fitz there are a few people there are only like a handful of people though that are really even starting to talk about this and of course you know this group including myself we don't have you know mainstream access so I've been trying to figure out well how much and for a lot of this you know obviously we're doing a this podcast is um approaching three hours which isn't unusual I mean this podcast has gone for three to four hours
but a lot of people aren't gonna spend three to four hours I'm like so how much do you balance doing memes versus short videos versus longer content and that's what I'm actually you know I decided to take a little bit of a a rest to to try to figure this out because my view on this is you know we're losing and we're losing at a really rapid rate and so the question is we have to be really efficient and really effective and I'm trying to figure out how to come up with a strategy to get the innovators to build and then start to plant the seeds so that if we don't have a viable alternative that's easy to use when they get to that final step that pushes it completely over into a technocracy
then we lose I mean just it's that simple because if it's in an emergency where fear is used and this is why I highly recommend The Century of the self on YouTube um these techniques work I mean Freud is uh uh Freud's awful I mean the impact you know the way this stuff has been manipulated has been highly effective and and it works every time and they've got it down to a science I don't know how to combat problem reaction solution other than to start to plant the seeds about the problem and then come up with an alternative solution at the point at which the emergency is triggered but I'm open to other ideas I I but I think we're at that point that if we're not thinking about
I think to Dawn's point if we're not thinking about well how can I buy food how can I buy healthcare services how can we you know meet Maslow's hierarchy of needs using these alternative systems if we're not thinking about and actually actively building that then when the emergency happens we've lost anyway people will just say well yeah I know this is bad but guess what I have no other choices my choices are I starve or I move into this other system so I guess I'm gonna exchange all of my Fiat for Digital Fiat I'm gonna give up all of my ownership and my 401k and everything else I'm gonna give up my house I'll take the 15 minute city I'll take the UBI because at that point in time
they their rights have been eroded and their and their perception of what choices are available to them have been eroded and so now their choices are that or nothing that's essentially what we're heading towards you know James Corbett has a term algocracy you may have better traction with uh algocracy cause then it puts the word algorithm into people's minds ultimately though I you know I think it's a spiritual battle um you know if you love your life you will lose it but if you lose your life you will find it kind of a that mentality um can serve people really well I think
yep no it very much is it is a spiritual war and then you know how do you how do you even frame that I I'll tell you the surprising part about this I I think if I'm surprised by much I mean not I mean I've been pretty alarmist about this for a while but I think what's taken me a bit of back is um a lot of libertarians are buying technocracy and they're buying the Curtis Yarvin spin on it and so that's been a real challenge I I think that actually so one part of the challenge is yes how do you package this maybe in algocracy that's actually a good way to do it and and how do you start packaging I think doing short videos of what life will really look like under these systems
um when I wrote my book the first chapter of the book is okay this is what the world looks like in 2030 with a social credit system and an energy credit based system and based on the UN Agenda 2030 and it's a really dark horribly depressing first chapter I mean you know Philip K Dick was was referenced but I mean it's kind of um you know if you Philip K Dick on wish.com that's kind of the first chapter but to try to paint the picture of you know oh wow this is horrible and but everything that was in that chapter that you know fictional chapter was based on things that already exist in the world in developing in developed countries so for instance
I talk about the maid program when I talk about various things that that are already already in place and so I think to try to present some of that information might be a way to start introducing normies but but one of the hardest obstacles is actually even getting liberty and crypto people to view technocracy as a problem and that's made it difficult to to get enough traction to get enough developers and early adopters to actually use the technology and I don't know how to I haven't figured out how to solve that yet I have no idea how to solve that other than put out more more information well I I I think uh it it would start by um helping people understand uh
the cost of voting because there's a lot of people who they just like to argue and play politics and fight for control over the ring and um they like the spicy memes they like the um the the the dopamine rushes that they get from their magic internet points when they make spicy uh Twitter memes you know so um I I think this is all very harmful to us and um I have certainly lost a tremendous amount of respect it it from a lot of people here in New Hampshire as a result yep yeah I I know I mean this is exactly kind of what I'm what I'm talking about and that's been that's been a and that's a dominant for there are a lot of people that resonate with that
and when I actually track that back I've looked into that that is that is Curtis Jarvin there's been a bit Curtis Jarvin is I've been no most people have not heard about him yet but he really is the um Yevall Norah Harari of the right and and I see the way that that he's made his arguments his arguments are well it's a meritocracy so it basically spinning technocracy is a meritocracy and then using that to appeal to libertarians but the problem with it is there's there's actually no consent or I think that there's an interesting question to be had if Elon you manipulated the algorithms and did a whole bunch of different things to get people to vote for technocracy did they actually consent
this is this is where I'm kind of going with this whole thing about informed consent and social media because I actually think when we dissect you know what are the main sources of people being programmed right now I think we're gonna find it's absolutely the algorithms and it's increasingly from from social media and so what you know what does that say about informed consent or people really consenting to technocracy or not because then a libertarian might say well people people voted for this OK OK I just gotta say something about the elections though the election everything about the elections is totally manipulated as far on the back end on the machine level
the only reason they even manipulate public perception is to to to so that the public will believe that Hillary Clinton slightly beat out Trump um or you know whatever they they know they I'm sorry but if you look into the software into those machines and and I know Patrick Bernard before Patrick did all I did my own deep dive through the SEC I traced all the software from Smartmatic I looked at the hardware that was on there and I'm an old hardware technician and it's it's blatantly obvious that everything about those machines are totally manip every vote in there is manipulated if you looked at the Georgia 2022 governor election Stacy uh
what's like um oh well I can't remember her name off the top of my head right now but she had 60,000 active um volunteers voting a who all registered to vote she got 41,000 votes statewide her percentage of votes uh were the exact same in every compared to Rasmussen Burger and to uh camp in every county in Florida in the 2022 elections you can take the graph in nine counties and overlay them of votes coming in and they're exactly the same down to the the is to the percentage no matter the the and they're nine different sides county
so public manipulation what Elon's doing and and if and I don't know why anybody doesn't talk about Shadow Net anymore the CIA's freaking and an Army Patrick Burke wrote the system that allows you to spin up tens of thousands of bots on any social platform anywhere in the world and manipulate them and they do this all over the world including United States it's called uh mil uh what was her name uh Millennium Millie did a lot and um did a two hour documentary on it it's a beautiful documentary explain yep yep I saw that yeah yeah so you know the the public perception is just so that they don't have an outrage uh when they manipulate the vote on the back end
and if you believe Patrick Burn the only reason Trump won cause we had a bunch of white hats that did a do a denial of service attack and didn't allow them to get in and flip the votes I don't know whether that's true or not but so the the the thing is is as I see it even if the elections were 100% transparent and uh un unmolested and and your vote truly did count that doesn't mean that it's a spiritually healthy thing to do right like people can can mutually consenting adults can agree to some really horrible things
agreed yup 40% of Germany was in the Nazi Party and they didn't go away after war you just didn't see you know 4 million Germans just disappear they just weren't in the military after the war they went over to uh Javier Mile's country yeah well those were the Nazis yeah those were the actual military Nazis but I'm saying the people that just that just people who voted for this stuff the mom and pops who raised families who were party members but not in the military or anything like that they were you know they were popular in Germany these people didn't leave Germany after the war they just stayed there and rebuilt right they they didn't have to suffer the consequences of their vote
wait they totally suffered the consequences of their vote their entire country was destroyed to nothing they voted Hitler into power they were joined to the Nazi party they got defeated and wiped out but the what I'm saying is the people who supported these horrible people these you know the SS and everything else with their votes and they went to work every day and they worked in the factories those people were that didn't were still in Germany after the war and they just became regular people did did did they learn their lesson is what I mean not based on way Germany's running now they still vote in they're just as communist you know
or fascist as they are now that's the point I'm trying to make true I agree with that so are we we're not any different I mean you can say you can say we're different but I'm sorry there there is nothing different about George Bush and what uh Dick Cheney killing a million and a half uh Iraqi's after they gave um Iraq 7 years the 4th largest army in the world so that they could go after Iran because Iran didn't sign the oil treaty with um what's that the old guy who just died evil super evil um mastermind um oh China
the Rockefeller no the hundred year old guy just died like eight months ago um the ambassador to China from the United States no they um he was 100 years old um the German who wasn't German um um Soros not Soros Soros is alive um no more evil than that he was in the he was in the uh in the 70s he was in the uh in the White House he wrote the um the international kissing her kiss thanking you yeah kiss her yeah kissing you yeah OK um couldn't couldn't get to me a minute to I think he I think he was an ambassador to China as he might you know he might have been he was he might have been yeah and nobody remembers like George Bush senior
you know why George Bush senior was ambassador to China because he had such a horrible scandal before that and I can't find anything about what it was that nobody would pass him in the Senate he couldn't even be an ambassador to a country he couldn't pass Senate confirmation and since China wasn't a recognized country at the time that he was able to get appointed so in this goes I mean and we don't even want to talk about religion now that I know that no what I know about Abraham and all the other people yeah but you know I mean again you know Patrick Burns you know focus on this and so alright so Trump won how is that a win
I I you know again did people what what choice did people really have did this actually save anything was that even a better outcome I I'm actually arguing right now that it almost seems like it's just it's peak demoralization because people thought a whole bunch of things were gonna happen and not only have they not happened but the thing that they were afraid the other person was gonna do they're actually now supporting and cheering on and it's a great way to disarm people I mean it's kind of like RFK well we're gonna talk about health freedom and then he's gonna come in there and um micromanage a whole bunch of stuff ratchet it up you know
the programmability of EBT cards and start trying to push wearables what does that have to do with medical freedom that's I mean I know a lot of people that are hugely in the medical freedom community and this this is not what they voted for we we actually kind of got the opposite but was it intentional you can't control what you can't measure yep that's true well tell me how better to demoralize the American public than to build up a huge hero and then to have him destroy himself the past 10 days over this this Epstein I mean this is and you're right I I'm questioning the assassination attempt yep or was that just to keep Trump in line
I got a spicy question uh so I potentially uh how many Gazan children need to starve to death for it to be not worth a pardon for Russell Brett I have an answer all of them to these evils evil sons of bitches all of them okay I will tell say this the leaders on Israel and the leaders in Hamas and the other other uh many of the other Muslim countries are working together yeah to put the people against each other and and
and for for whatever reason for the military industrial complex or whatever it's a PSYOP they're all evil I can't tell me that these that gauzons are any eviler than the than the Israeli soldiers that are shooting kids going for food or the Israeli soldiers that are literally raping the gauzan um uh soldiers in prison with broom handles and then you got the legislature arguing that it's it's it's it's just immoral and I can show you the video so they're both all of them they're all freaking evil both sides the Israelis are not good Israeli government there's good Israeli people my two best friends growing up and still now are Jews OK
I'm sorry it's not a Jewish thing it has nothing to do with Jews it's it's the the US government is pure flat out evil the Israeli government is pure flat out evil no doubt about it Putin is evil he has people killed jailed murdered thrown out of planes you know I don't care you're gonna tell me G is not evil they all know the secrets on every one of the other ones and you know what if you don't think Putin doesn't have all those those files in Epstein or G cause they've hacked every damn system in the United States that's what the Solar Winds hack was the entire United States databases have been stolen and half the half of the companies out there
all the big ones included so there is zero that they don't know and if they're not using it against us openly or tearing us down then they're in on it they're all working together there may be different houses fighting within each other to to get more power you know the house of Saud maybe the club of Rome and these people are fighting within themselves but the general control grid they're gonna make sure that comes in they're all gonna have stable coins whether it's their stable coin or this stable coin or that stable coin it doesn't matter they want more power within their control grid but they're gonna control this and kill half of us off regardless that's their plan yeah
there's nobody that's in the international banking system top to bottom that's not part of this you can't show me anybody in any country that's still alive of any country of consequence that's not part of this I I so you so the elections end up being a popularity contest amongst uninformed people for people who are blackmailed and morally compromised I mean that's essentially what the political system is at this point there are there are no actual real real choices on this and you know I think the question about Ross and yeah we shouldn't be supporting killing any any of these children and I you know with the election um I mean that was an interesting one I mean
my viewpoint on this I haven't voted since 2018 but but cause I've just kind of given up on the whole system but I did understand and I you know I I actually recommended for people that vote you know right now this is kind of a you know again there our government is a terrorist organization and we're trying to negotiate for our hostages and then outside of any of that the government is it it is a terrorist organization and everything that it does is is purely evil and in this case Trump is pushing technocracy much further than Harris not that I'm saying it would be great if we had Harris we we shouldn't be picking any of these people
we've got to be exiting immediately and stop playing this game um but I mean so I got involved in political activism in a big way for a long time and you know and I I believed oh hey well maybe you could do this I bought into all of it I mean after um you know Ron Paul and then this whole Liberty Republican strategy and all this other stuff how many times do you have to get rugged and at what point once you learn how it actually works how can you continue to carry on the belief that that this is a fixable situation because at some level there's some belief that um you know these you know things are running in a principled way and that the the structure is fair
and that you're dealing with people that are informed none of these things are true and but what I'm seeing is I I think it kind of gets to the point where people have outsourced their hope to the political process and white knight so long that you know once you've gotten screwed over by the Tea Party and then you got screwed over again by Trump the first time and then this happened this time and everything else you know four or five times in you don't want to face to yourself most people don't want to face the fact that they've just made an entire series of bad decisions that's only gone in the wrong direction that's the hardest thing to do is to convince you know it's for
it's easier to fool someone and convince them they've been fooled right that's a that's a pretty honest statement that and I think we're stuck we're stuck there um these people would rather be ruled by men than be ruled by God basically yeah yeah absolutely and I you know again I don't know how to fix that but what's gonna happen now so now we have this demoralization going on with Trump now it's gonna transfer to Elon and we think that's better um is there any end to the cycle again I was trying to convince people I was at an event and I gave this talk and I you know I said America 1.0 is over we need to reconsider things from first principles and I I kind of made a compelling case
and there are a lot of people there that you know we're fairly influential and and everybody just said fell flat nobody even wanted to engage in the idea it was it was all you know we can still save save the current system and I tried to outline tell me how you're gonna do that tell me based on how the voting works how this works how the deep state works tell me exactly what the plan is for how you're gonna fix this and then as a bonus question uh give an example in history when a nation or empire has gotten to the stage that the US is in which is not an uncommon situation in fact it's kind of a normal we're going through the normal process of of what happens with a
a political entity where where the ship is righted itself I mean and I still haven't found anybody that's given me an example of that and so it's just this it's this opium but at some point all of that wasted energy in something that has no probability of success but you I hope I hope Patrick Burn so I to me the biggest most squandered thing about Patrick Burn is he was talking about a hot swappable blockchain tech stack and so how much time and money has he wasted going down the path that he's gone down well I think the biggest thing I I think that's the second mine is he he was on the cusp of bringing all of Wall Street to his knees
people do not understand what would have happened had he been able to release that digital token at that time it would have literally destroyed Wall Street instead Buffett convinced him he had to get out of the company and had to tell the world about his FBI Maria Bustamante whatever affair in the FBI and then JJ delayed the token coming out the digital uh uh stock and they allowed the shorts to cover with cash yep people who had they were they were spending there were companies or individuals out there spending 90% more
in fees than what their shorts were year over year that's saying if you had a hundred thousand uh dollars worth of um Overstock shorted you were spending a million dollars to to to hold that it would have been a cataclysmic um event in the um because by I want I had all the SHO I used to pull them down every every day and see the you know the shortlist since ever since it came out uh and and by far that that that the amount of money shorted in that stock was unbelievable unbelievable and that would have destroyed Wall Street second you you pick up the pieces with the tech stack and then you're right that would have been the plan yeah and so and again
I'm a big fan I'm a big fan of the guy but he's still going down that like so what so why isn't he seeing this cause I mean he got to the point where he knew Wall Street was corrupt he identified it came up with the solution built the thing and then got you know the Overstock Medici thing got destroyed and so why is he still believing in in the system like that this is so what is that because whatever that is that's a common thing right but I would have thought but I would have thought Patrick and and you know so Bruce Fenton is starting to come around but I mean I've told Bruce that you know that the stable coin Bill was a backdoor CBDC and everything else and
you know he's finally turned against Trump but I'm like you know we're not gonna vote our way out this this whole thing is again think about where this technology could have been if we just applied it instead of trying to I think that we were gonna convince the SEC where could it be right now if we could get Max Kaiser out of El Salvador and put somebody like Patrick Burn next to Bukele's ear that knew how the power of blockchain because you have you know they're sitting on $3 trillion worth of gold in El Salvador they just found uh I didn't see that oh this is yeah that's like eight or nine months old they they they they found an unfathomable amount of gold in El Salvador
now they have anti mining laws in El Salvador so they gotta change the laws uh but you could you know you've got the community there if they would build they're building on nothing but bitcoin you can't build anything on bitcoin well again I don't think you need a political leader to build any of these things I think that no no but it should be built but but they could be done there there's the political will there is what I'm saying and the and they have the legislature open to do it and you could do these things and I in in a and and be the incubator for all these services that you're you know you're talking about and they would
you know and might have a chance of taking hold in that country and then maybe get a Malay you know to to start taking taking a look and then if you could ever get rid of uh that that communist down in Brazil but you got Bitcoin beach and all of that which they which has now become a joke you know which thrive for a little while and now you can still use it but nobody does why why does it have to be blockchain cause the immutable Ledger because you can't cheat it yeah but what I mean compared to gold and silver well I can I can transfer $10 million to you what right now up there across the country in in in a few moments how am I gonna send you $10 million worth of gold
I mean there were advanced economies global like economies before computers yeah but it wasn't until really the the the large masses of wealth removed you can look at the Silk Road but I don't uh you it was what the Templars who came up with the with the banking system where you can deposit one place and and and withdraw you know in another country well well again one of the ideas I like is to actually tokenize gold so that you actually get the benefit of black the blockchain where you get the the Ledger and you get the digital payments but it's actually backed by gold I think that's a that's a model that I have been working on I've got a project called Karma
where I've ended up with it is because I had a relationship with you know organization had eight or nine different vaults in different countries but a lot of them were in Europe and with these new privacy coin laws that are going into effect in 2027 banning privacy coins I would have to go through all these different hoops and so now it's still a little bit too centralized even though it's using a distributed network of vaults so the problem is how do you how do you you know it is a physical asset how do you manage to is there a way to decentralize that um that gets rid of it in your pocket what what what by having it in your pocket I well yeah that's it that's it I mean that's certainly like
what about the Liberty the Liberty Dollar where they were out what in Utah and the feds just walk in and steal all the the metal yeah that's well here Aaron okay couple things I think I've got something well one I wrote a couple of bills for Florida the um yeah digital bullion Bill I mean our bullion depository Bill where you'd be a framework for people could have private depositories and then the digital um currency Bill based on on uh bullion or or uh precious metals but I think I found a way and I think you can do it where you can and you might be able to do it with Xano where you can take it from gold backs to digital and digital back to gold backs
and that's a hard thing to do isn't a doesn't like coin have something similar with like silver I don't know but I'd be interested in knowing that but if but if I could digitize gold backs and then bring them back to the paper and then walk into a store and the store can do whatever you know however I think that'cause then you could carry it in your pocket or in your wallet I've talked to them I've actually worked with the Goldback guys I actually just saw the CEO he and I did a podcast together and I know the guys here in New Hampshire one of the first things I tokenized on Zana was just a single gold back cause they have serial numbers on them
not that this is like this is the scalable use case but I'm like hey I tokenized this thing and I sold it to a guy through a P2P exchange just to show you and I mailed it to him and whatever a lot of issues related to to how that might work moving forward but you you could create a tokenization system where you know imagine you know you have a wallet that's like on an NFC card they now have gold back ATMs so imagine now you're buying and selling stuff using a a gold back backed token that is on an NFC card that you then go to the ATM and you can actually withdraw the physical gold back that is something is there a broker fee on when you're on gold backs like if I go buy
you know an ounce of gold I gotta pay what I don't even know what it is now used to be 160 bucks an ounce just to buy it well from the dealer well well so the issue with so the issue with gold backs is is one they do trade at a premium so that that gives and the premium is not set by the market it's kind of set from the top down and that creates a lot of consternation with people and the other thing is this idea that I just talked about with the uh with the ATMs I mean they've had you know anybody that's done an ATM they were actually built the ATMs to be able to take crypto and exchange crypto for gold backs but ran into the same problems that
Freeman and everybody else has run into regarding you know Ian money transmitter laws and everything else and so that's you know that remains kind of an issue but I but I I do like the idea of being able to bridge physical assets with digital assets I think that's a that's a home run um and I really do like gold backs except I don't like using them cause they're beautiful right it's not like crappy fat um but like people talk about buying silver and I own some silver but every time you buy an ounce of silver you gotta pay what is it if you buy a uh an American Eagle you're paying what 9 bucks extra over the spot price for the coin how the hell can you make money on silver what you know
I think that if you if you're going into it with a mindset of how do I make money on this I think you'll be very disappointed well that's not why I bought my silver I bought my silver to sit on it and and in case I never have to use it I knew Mr Sun used his last silver coin to get his family out of North Korea back in in the fifties so you know that's that's why I own so but how the hell they made it impossible I mean obviously I if you bought three or four years ago you're making money now because gold and silver is you know gone up so much but in in you know if if you're buying when gold was 18 hundred dollars an ounce and it was between you know 16 and 22
you're paying a hundred and sixty dollars an ounce big on that you go buy five ounces of physical silver you're spending you know $800 extra to the dealer you gotta it's gotta go up that much more for you to even break even and with silver it was even worse because it's not nearly as much fluctuation the percentage so how is that freedom gold and silver is not free based on the certain on the on the current system I mean there's different perspectives on freedom um I mean if if you're at Pork Fest and you don't have any internet um you know it can be useful to be able to settle a payment um
without electricity right I can go get a 36 dollar coin buy it for 43 dollars and go spend it for 36 dollars at Pork Fest well you can but but but equally if you hold it for a year it's gonna be worth you know more unless they unless they do what they did with hunt and they manipulate the gold market and the silver market and shoot it down which they've done they did that to the Saudis right and the way to get around this is to denominate your goods and services in the native unit so you would yeah you you you have to get away from the dollar you have to stop thinking in dollars there's no other yeah you're right
you're absolutely right and I like that I I I don't know how to how how do we do that cause I I do agree and I've talked about this a lot but I don't I it's so hard to get adoption in general and that's just one other layer one of the things when I was when I've been working on this gold back token one way to get around it's not a stable coin so in other words I'm not structuring it as a a stable coin backed by gold where one token equals one US dollar I was thinking about doing it in terms of you know one token equals a certain amount of physical gold but yet people are then just gonna translate that into what is the dollar value of that physical amount of gold
so I I'm just I'm trying to figure I'm not saying it clearly it's possible right because these these global reserve currencies change and actually it's something it's probably worth investigating what you know what is the process of by which something stops becoming a global reserve currency how and how do you change behavior and get people well how do you how do you make how does that happen how do you make it happen how does it happen allow uh or or get the New Hampshire state government to allow people to pay their taxes in gold and silver yeah well you can do stuff I mean Florida takes uh you I think you can pay in bitcoin but what what about getting some laws passed you know that you
first you need you're gonna need depositories and you're gonna need a digital uh a a you know a precious metal back uh digital currency Bill and you're not gonna get it federally but I I don't like anything that involves bills or government I I all of these systems are outside of that I I don't oh I agree but you're not gonna get any business that's got to pay taxes to to take something that they can't that's not there you're you're if we're if we're gonna defeat technocracy we're gonna have to there's there's no way around this so this this is the decision that we have to make are we actually do we wanna stop this technocracy or do we wanna be digitally enslaved well how is your and your
you on citizenship doing because that's why we really need to go oh Josian Josian is that how it's said how it's said yeah I mean Josie I haven't used it that much but I can use it for a I think there's a an exchange that I can use my denizen ship and you know have an unlimited amount of you know exchanging crypto with no k I see fabulous idea I love the I love the idea well and you know look network states are a good idea and there was a guy Stirling Lohan was gonna join us unfortunately I think the timing and he might be listening now but we were gonna try to uh to have him on as well he's been studying network states one of the things that's happened
and I'm actually gonna read up on this Ian Davis because I actually I'm surprised I've heard the name but I haven't actually seen or read any of this stuff yet so just clicking on this link this sounds fascinating but a lot of these network states have kind of turned into technocracies and what Stirling is doing is he's he he actually goes and visits these various network states that are being experimented on and he's actually started a non profit and the goal is to help organizations that are starting network states look at best practices for governance and if you think about it that is actually a really novel idea if you look at how governments have been formed in the past
it hasn't been based on hey it's all been based on fiat or force typically let's come up with something um and but what is happening um is that a lot of these are are kind of unfortunately technocracies not that Josian is but I don't know there's a lot of yeah I've gone through this you know I went through a phase of well America 1.0 is over let's start something with first principles then I went to network states and then I went to hey you know what screw all of it just start interacting with people voluntarily using whatever the tools are without caring about what kind of new thing you you come up with I mean that you know again if I can trade with somebody using a marketplace
using an escrow system um I mean that incentive system addresses a lot of what you would use a a judicial system for I mean so what other kind of solutions can we come up with like that as opposed to trying to but but you know that's I'm not definitive on that but I've just kind of I don't know the network state thing could also go in the wrong direction or could go in the right direction but I think just getting people to voluntary trade and without worrying about this is kind of where I'm at for right for right now subject to change if you're familiar with the work of uh this uh Whitney Web she has a website unlimited hangout.com I dropped that link in the private chat
she's one of the best going by far yes so yeah yeah um but the what I'm saying is the link is not in the comments section of the public chat so no one can see it yeah I see it no but I mean I don't have an account so yeah yeah no I I know you don't see it in in YouTube I know I or on on on you guys on Twitter or whatever I don't know I don't have Twitter um but yeah no her stuff is phenomenal and bar MAGA Government Corp Tech part 1 yeah and oh her did you see her Epstein work yep oh my God I mean they want you you cannot tell me there's not more evidence
that's you know mic drop so yeah no there's there's clearly clearly evidence and you know again we're at the point right now where facts and information don't seem to be very persuasive um I mean I you know I don't know I think if you had Trump on video on Epstein's Island MAGA would say that it's 5D chess and he was doing it so that he could catch more people I honestly I mean at this point it's it's getting ridiculous have you guys heard the the Epstein interview from 2,017 he did like an hour and a half interview with a a reporter it's recorded and he says he's Trump's best friend and Trump is depraved oh yeah
yeah it's about it's an it's an it's an audio recording of an interview you know from 2000 so I don't know it doesn't matter whether Trump's in there or not the fact he's not giving it to us is all that matters to me I don't even want him to bring I don't even care about the list I want people prosecuted there has been nobody absolutely nobody that you can name that's been prosecuted another another um issue which was touched on earlier in the conversation was the the AI in the chat box and how uh young young people are at least I've observed that young people are using this technology to
outsource their cognition and it's like you were talking about Bernays earlier and how uh propaganda was used to sell the war and then sell cigarettes and to feminists etcetera um this is this is all of that just magnifies it's a force multiplier because they're actually treating it as if it is human and there they're the the goal is to intentionally blur the lines between what is human and what is machine that's that is the intended effect and um if people are gonna ask the the chatbot well what do you think about the Epstein thing and then they're just gonna go run with it and then they're gonna lose all their cognitive sovereignty
well I think that's the point cause like what is it Elon Elon is trying to do that neurochip like ordeal that's the next step really morph a human brain into technology wait so I mean you guys do know that they started this work in the 70s and they perfected wireless interface brain interface in the late 90s DARPA had it in the late 90s DARPA yeah they they connected it to the bowl right they were able to stop charging bowl yeah no no they they much further than that now they can sit out they can literally beam voices into your head uh they they can they can read your thoughts
I mean they you've seen the recent work with MRI's and stuff that's that where where they you know they they play animations and pictures and they after a while they train the AI to read they can get like 85% of your thoughts correctly now once they trained it well they've had this technology going back multiple years in the in the in the uh in the military and have you guys looked at that's where it starts though right right have any of you guys seen any of the MH three seventy flight stuff that Ashton what's his name talking about I I I know what you're saying are we transitioning into aliens no it's not has nothing to do with aliens this is no aliens involved in this whatsoever
he has he has he has one one thing he's proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the video is real 2 he has shown the videos and the technology where Lockheed Martin has shown in in not only on paper but in lectures telling here's the showing these orbs that they created using fusion power and exactly how they work it's there he found the the the actual tech lucky Martin people saying yeah here it is this is you know giving a conference to insiders on how the technology works this is all Lockheed Martin skunk work stuff and they it he I don't know I didn't believe any of this crap or any of it
never looked into it past month or so I looked into what this guy has it is the I've never seen something so well researched and and and it's you know it's not him saying this stuff it's the industry insiders he's showing you saying we have this technology and this is what we're doing with well the CEO said it I what was his last name rich he he said that they they have that Skunk Works group has technology that is light years ahead and all of these areas I mean they've you know no he had a but but this was this was like yesterday I was watching this guy who was one of the engineers and they had a picture of the of the of the the machine they were using it was a large cylinder
I guess it was about 6 7 8 feet around and it had very various wires and it was a plasma generator and it would and basically worked in a magnetic ring the way the sun does where you you've got a you know a magnetic force around it and it bends light and everything and you've got a radiation coming or discharging out each side layer black hole does you turn it on the side and you have a propulsion system so it's all magnetic you know uh plasma not cold fusion cool fusion it's all magnetic field fusion reactions uh uh maintained within a magnetic field through plasma shut up and take my money
for real but it yeah no it's it's it's amazing technology guys I gotta drop off it's late been a great talk Aaron I'll that I'm glad you're gonna start doing stuff regular um uh oh when real quick I caught you the other day with the guy from v t.net yep uh you using that VPN I am yep I've been testing it on on all my devices yeah yeah so far so good it's super fast isn't it yep it is fast I've had no issues with it it was easy to get set up um and I think it's it's critical obviously even with privacy coins um I didn't get in I didn't get to hear uh
but just but some of the of the presentation you're very satisfied with the technology I mean I I I'm somewhat I'm still trying to figure out entirely how it works I know it uses these enclaves and so I I you know I'm still vetting 100% how it works but I understand it conceptually and it seems it seems solid but you know it's obviously better than the than than the alternative it is better than the alternatives and the people behind it are solid I mean it's you know well Rogers behind it right Roger's involved Matt Kim is involved the guy that started purse dot Io who actually has a background in in VPN's is involved
so they're doing it for for all the right reasons and of course they they truly did structure this thing and set it up in a way to to make it so that even if the government comes to them and request logs they literally can't provide them so is there some backdoor in this Intel chip that could allow people to access I guess that's the big that's the question and I that I don't know the answer to that is the risk with it but I guess if they expose the back door then that you know well that means something else right so they may have the back door but they're not gonna you know show their hand that they have the back door so I think that's basically where that thing is from a risk perspective
yeah well the NSA rewrote the firmware on all the hard drives back in the 90s that's what Snowden this this let us know about so the NSA has owned hard drives since the 90s all of them so there you go alright guys great talk have a great evening thanks you too bye hello alright what's next so Zach so you and I are on this thing tomorrow right what is this um so oh the game show the game show yeah it's a wacky wacky good time and I need to watch this you
yeah oh yeah it's uh I'd go back and I'd go back and watch a couple episodes just get your head in the game everybody loses no it's a it's a good it's a good time though oh good I'm looking forward to checking out you know I mean I've talked to the guy that that put it together and you know I'm like yeah I can do a four hour talk on this stuff this is obviously a different format so how to convey this information in a game show kind of environment to normies it that that's it sounds like that's the challenge so um I'm looking forward to it yeah and the free free and Terry and all of them they do a good job too so with how they run it so it's fun so I think you'll have a good time
have you been on it before I've been on it I've been on it a couple times for free so I mean it's interesting it's uh I like to I like to have fun with the cause it's the audience they score the points so I like to have fun say negative points is a winner this is golf so it's not the case but maybe maybe one day so so this is this is called um are you smarter than a politician are you smarter than a politician which I think we all are at this point well you know I I don't it's I
I don't know if intelligence is even the benchmark are you more moral than a politician you know that's a that would be a a good one um pretty quick rapid fire question you know if you murdered anyone do you rape people this I mean that it should be and no politician could answer that no no no politician could answer that so um so I'm looking forward to that I'll check that out um I don't know I hope people are waking up I I'm I'm happy that you know we have 20,595 people I don't know how many are how actively engaged people are but that's actually a record for this um for this podcast uh by you know by far it was probably twice
twice and well I mean I put some urgency behind it so but I hope people are listening I mean again I I don't know what to do about the fact that you know this is really bad and then I look at my ex feed and people in crypto are like this is great for crypto adoption and I don't know how many other ways of describing just read the bills look at what's happening look at the history of what's happened with financial surveillance legislation and this now this is it has to go to the it has to go to the Senate now right no it's on the way to Trump's desk for signing oh it is it's it actually okay I I thought I read something else so it's actually going to his desk
they they have to pass the Bill so we can find out what is in it yeah exactly pretty much um pretty much so it I mean again I knew it was gonna pass it's just I'm at this point I'm so sick of all of the the theater the people that act like they're gonna hold out and then they just wait for some go piece of legislation that doesn't fix the underlying problem and then everybody rallies around it and it's you know whatever at least it's predictable but but people need to be warned about this and um you know again trying to figure out how to do that I I this this I used to watch C span and then I I stopped you know years and years ago and watching it again today watching this
this discussion on this Bill where they got every part of it wrong and you know again I mentioned this earlier I mean are they not aware of the fact that we've done three CBDC pilots do they so when they get on there and say well we don't want the anti cbdc Bill because all it says is that we should research a CBDC you don't know that we created one six years ago um and they may not I mean that's actually genuinely a question when I think it was Maxine Waters says that it's possible she doesn't know that um Project Hamilton exists or Project Cedar exists or regulated liability network exists that's that's certainly possible but
but all the different pieces of rhetoric and to me the the big one is do they really believe they may be so uninformed and unaware that they actually believe cause they that they're protecting Americans from financial surveillance because it's possible that they didn't there are people in Congress right now that voted for the Patriot Act and the cares act and um like all of the big they're they're still in Congress they've actually signed on and I think that they it's conceivable that they didn't read any of those things and don't even realize that they voted for the financial surveillance that we already have
that they don't even recognize exists that's actually the level that I I think it's conceivable that that's true but I mean what are you gonna do with that I mean pointing that out who's gonna care about that that mean they either don't care or they're ignorant I mean that's plain and simple really I don't even know what else to say about it I mean what was the the other the NDAA I mean that basically is that's just patriot on steroids and then now you have this which goes even further yeah so what you know so what are we gonna what are we gonna do with that and it's gonna be something and we haven't even had a big emergency yet so um
so again you know I don't know where we're gonna be by the end of the year hopefully we can move quickly enough I don't know hopefully we can get adoption I do think it's possible I'm gonna organize this podcast more again today would have been a different discussion entirely but I I wanted to get out I didn't think that they'd sign it I didn't think that it would pass today I thought we still had a few more days but nevertheless I knew it was inevitable so now it's now it's done and so now it's just a matter of can we educate people about what the risks of this are I really am worried about people will just run out the clock and they'll keep on taking more and more surveillance
and then they'll get into a position where they don't think they have a choice and because and that works I mean those are tried and true tactics I mean this is tying in from Bernaez I am really doing a deep dive on this because again it didn't stop with Bernaez then we had MK Ultra and we have no reason to believe that that stopped I mean we got whatever some small percentage of what happened with MK Ultra through Foya requests the rest of the documents were destroyed well these budgets have only increased so can you imagine what they're doing now I mean this is why I'm wearing these glasses I don't have you guys looked at at Doctor Jack Cruz at all um no I I I have seen the uh
the parodies that uh JP Sears has made about um you know alternative health things but I'm I'm sure I don't know I I I get skeptical about certain of the longevity uh extrapy um ideas that folks are promulgating um in part because now I know you're talking about red light um what I I wanna make a more general point using another specific example which is the um uh the the telomeres how the the telomeres unravel right and you lose this genetic fidelity
uh and people were taking nicotinamide riboside Chloride NR um this supplement to like lengthen the telomeres or something like that and um I asked a lot of my friends who were doing that how do you know that it's working and they're like well there are these studies and I'm like no but what are you actually measuring are you getting blood tests and and are you able to quantify the genetic fidelity that you have like and and ultimately the answer that I got was that I'm doing it based on faith and um there there was no that there was no real scientific inquiry into it it
it was just like they heard a they heard you know things from other people which you know that's that's how we all learn I suppose um but I think it would be good to have like more data I mean you know um and and how what is the quality of your sleep like do you have you attempted to wear blue glasses and then see if your sleep gets worse right like I don't know I'm just rambling I'm sorry no I hear you well I've I have gone down the path though I did so the onto the whole thing of data I I actually think that a lot of the the data is
it's all based on kind of a Newtonian approach so actually biophysics so even the way that we test things it's like well let's do a test on this in a controlled environment but it turns out from a quantum perspective the environment is a major factor and what drives how things work so you're actually trying to isolate something that doesn't fit the model of how biophysics works so I mean I'd I'd make an argument that it's not even a gold standard I actually think that but but that aside it's I I think the general concept that appeals to me about the cruise thing and I don't know if it's if it's fully accurate or not but but certainly we do have circadian rhythms
I mean I think that's pretty well understood and I know from my perspective I mean even right now I'm sitting here with I'm wearing these but I've got multiple lights glaring on me and I know you know I've I've struggled with weight and when I look at the fact that you know I've done pretty much everything that I can to go against circadian rhythms my entire life right so if you're using computers and you're young what do you do you're using these things until 2 o'clock in the morning you're not getting out in the sun there's no alignment with your circadian rhythms and I think that it's so I think it's an interesting approach with the part about cruise that is interesting to me
whether this turns out to be accurate or not is what he studied about what we were talking about earlier with the idea that you don't even need uh the electrode anymore you can just use you know specific waves and then that gets into what he was talking about in terms of the patterns and blue light from screens and the effect of the blue light on dopamine levels and everything else and so that's certainly doesn't seem like much of a stretch right I think certainly at this point I mean I it it doesn't take a lot of research to realize that these big tech companies will sit around and say how do we manipulate people's dopamine so that we can get them to keep scrolling
infinitely scroll and infinitely engage to drive more revenue I mean that that does happen that that's kind of well documented and so I think it's conceivable that the the blue light thing is is real but I'm not I you know I'm not 100% sold but you know the funny thing is at the end of the day going through and looking at his approach is like okay now I'm gonna spend all this time and mental energy realizing that what do I need to do I need to eat local foods I need to drink fresh water I need to align with circadian rhythms and I need to walk outside you know barefoot and touch you know touch the ground I mean you know I I actually kind of get annoyed with myself with the fact that wow
I'm putting all this research and effort into that and that that could just turn out to be the conclusion um anyway haha I I but I you know I agree at your with the the the biohacking stuff I look at Dave Sinclair and Brian Johnson and I'm like I I think Brian Johnson is a that's I think that's gonna end poorly for for a whole variety of reasons and I actually don't even trust a lot of Dave Sinclair's stuff because it's a similar thing it's like well we tested this particular thing on rats but we have no idea if it actually enhances the longevity in people and we certainly don't know what the combination of these things are right we don't have a single example
and what what is funny is when you look at um these studies of people who lived to be over 100 years old you know none of them were doing any of these methodologies like none of them were like lifting weights and and you know to the point where they're I've never seen anybody that's like completely jacked and muscular that's like that lives to be over over 100 um so which isn't to say you shouldn't build muscle but but like the there's a over exaggeration of it so it is hard to figure out um how all this stuff works and then how does it work in combination it's it's really quite a quite an ordeal but anyway that's a whole separate thing but I do like some of uh Jack Cruz's stuff
um just on the government involvement in in in these things he actually had an interesting theory about uh Bitcoin which was uh Satoshi is this guy that I can't remember his name I was following him on Twitter for a while but who died shortly after um Satoshi left in 2014 or whatever it was and he had this whole narrative around it about how you basically had uh this group I guess it was the the Jewish Mafia or whatever that was blackmailing Jay Edgar Hoover right so and then also had dirt on the Federal Reserve and so this group they basically started Las Vegas
you had Meyer Lansky and and some other guy and it's basically there's a direct line between that realizing the Federal Reserve is a scam and then somehow bitcoin uh being developed Len Sassmann uh he claims is is Satoshi he had an interesting oh there we go nice so anyway that's okay but he's a bitcoin maxi Cruz is a bitcoin maxi but I I I'm gonna play around with a little bit and see see what happens oh here we go so there are studies showing all of that about blue light and red light there are also uh studies that have shown that hydrogen rich water over a six month period can also lengthen
I'm thinking he's probably meant telomeres not in telomeres there was a study done with people between 50 and 80 hyperbaric oxygen therapy has proven to increase telomere length up to 25% and get rid of zombie cells I mean I did you know I actually went to Florida in 2019 and I did a whole bunch of there was this great biohacking gym and I did uh you know they had a hyperbaric chamber and red light and all that stuff and I mean I felt great I mean it was and it had all these different different techniques but it's um again it's hard to to track this but I do think that you know again we know we're being manipulated and so to what degree is that I mean and things like 5G
I mean it's not out of the realm of possibility that these things are affecting us right um you know you don't wanna be next to really big power lines I mean this is known to to be correlated with with cancer and so then we and what you find is I remember so in in Bedford there was this woman she's now a state senator um Denise but before she was a state senator she her big issue was she was fighting putting up cell phone towers in Bedford and man when you look into that issue you know the amount of money that Verizon and these other companies will spend to make sure that nobody does a study and that the studies are inadmissible
it's amazing right so he's just like we're at this little town of 20,000 people and they've got seven lawyers coming in to prevent you know uh really any questioning or to try to suppress information so that's that's kind of an odd one um and then there's the whole thing but I'm I'm doing research on this but the whole internet body of things and and 5G and everything else I mean again I think this all fits into the category of we are outsourcing our free will are we're outsourcing our agency we're doing more things with with wearables kind of like the concept about how people are outsourcing their cognitive processes to AI we're doing this kind of across the board
without spending a lot of time without understanding our our you know our essence or consciousness or anything like that we don't seem to be spending a lot of effort and a lot of research on that we seem to be spending more time and effort on how can we replace the things that we don't understand that's my that's my rant well anyway so we're getting close to midnight so if you if you guys have any other topics you want to discuss happy to talk to them otherwise I think we should probably start wrapping it up at this point no nothing nothing for me I I just well I'll just say thank you uh thank you for having me on uh this was completely unexpected
I had no idea that I would be having this conversation and for so long so I thank you for your uh your generosity with your time and platform well thank you for your time and your generosity I mean these these I like these interactive sessions I need to organize them better but hey we have up to 20,000 people listening to this or so some fraction of that um I you know I Learned a lot I and I've got you know a few things to follow up on I got to look at Ian Davis there's quite a bit that always comes out of this and so uh I got a movie to watch it's my favorite you know favorite part of it so you guys are welcome on um anytime again I'm gonna become more regular with with doing these podcast
but I appreciate your insight and wisdom and participation in the process and um you know hopefully hopefully this this had some positive impact in the world thank you again and thank you again Aaron and like us not wrong yeah for real like this whole conversation I probably got a whole slew of just different tabs type it away like oh God I got this to look at now yep that's that's awesome well that's what it's that's what it's for alright well awesome well thanks guys and I guess Zach I'll see you tomorrow um at eight PM on are you smarter than a politician so looking forward to that I'm gonna play some music on the way out alright everybody what and Monday and Monday or Saturday
why am I saying Monday you're gonna be on my show oh that's right is that Saturday or Monday Saturday I said Monday on accident what am I saying I'm I'm I'm retarded all right well I'll see you Friday and Saturday then all right awesome have a good night thanks
