As you know, this is not the normal time, so I encourage you. I see we have five hundred forty seven people live. Prior to that, I was at Monerotopia, and Ray Youssef was at the conference as he was supposed to speak right before me, In fact, well. and I never got a chance to see and i've heard a whole lot of stories him. about why he wasn't there but i suspect um it has a lot to do with a lot of what we've been talking about on this show every day for the last two years relating to the war on crypto so i'm gonna have uh ray join here very shortly with a little bit more um

intro work i see we're up to about six hundred people but please share this uh i i guarantee you uh the fact that ray's on here i don't even know if he's done any other shows since whatever happened to him in mexico happened but i'm gonna guess um that this this is very important information and it probably hasn't gone public in any other format so uh this is not the normal format obviously we normally have more of a kind of professional intro and all that other stuff I'm literally here in Mexico trying to get all this stuff, all the links shared and everything else, which is why I really would appreciate your help and assistance in getting as many people to see this live as possible.

I'm actually going to bring in Ray and With that said, we'll have our conversation. I haven't even talked to Ray, so we'll find out what's going on, although I have a sense of what's going on. Ray, how's it going? I'm alright, brother. How are you? I'm well. I'm doing fine. I will say this. Whatever you're going through is worse than whatever I'm going through. People are trying to make a lot out of what's going on here in Mexico. And as you can tell, I've probably got the best tan I've had in a long time. It's a lot of manufactured stuff going on here and a lot of people sharing fake information. I'll be out of here in two or three days. And the irony is there's three feet of

snow where I'm flying to. So I'd already changed my flight. because I had difficulty flying out of Mexico into Boston. So I'll be fine. So that's certainly not the show. But I'm very interested in finding out what's going on with you, man. I will tell you, when I went to Monerotopia, I was excited about the fact that you were speaking right before me because we had a good energy the last time. And I heard a whole bunch of rumors. And I still don't know what's true. And so I'm grateful that you're able to come on today and explain what's going on. Yeah, brother. Well, first, let me say I would love to be trading places with you right now. I'm currently in New York with three feet of snow,

but I wish I was in Mexico and it's not because of the weather. So let me just make it clear. About a week ago, when Manowatopia first started, I was there for the first day of the show and I spoke earlier than my My friend Nick Spanos didn't show up, slot. so I just took his slot. So I spoke about noon. And I spoke for over an hour, and it was quite the presentation I gave. I modeled it after Malcolm X's speech in Cairo, the one where he got assassinated a few weeks after that. And as I walked out of the Manautopia conference to get some food, I was accosted on the street by about twenty Mexican federal agents.

They're like the FBI or the Political Information Bureau of Mexico. So these guys jumped me on the street, took me into a van, and about eight hours later, these guys actually deported me. Deported me to America. They put me on a flight to LAX with two agents. As I got off the plane, there were federal marshals waiting for me, and they put the cuffs on me. I didn't know what was going on, but I soon found out that the DOJ had indicted me in secret last year in December on five charges, everything from Bank Secrecy Act violations to money laundering to a

conspiracy not to have an adequate compliance program. All absolutely silly charges. My lawyers have been in contact with them the entire time. They could have contacted my lawyers know told them that hey we were going to indict this guy but they didn't they knew i was out of the country and they were waiting to somehow try to get me so what they did was they waited until i was in mexico because they knew i spoke of manautopia last year and they basically had my visa revoked and had the mexicans bribe the mexicans to come in and uh deport me like i mean what who gets deported from mexico right You've got to be one bad motherfucker to get deported from Mexico. That's what happened to me.

And they put me on, that was arraigned in Santa Ana Magistrate Court. And the prosecutor desperately wanted to keep me detained. He'd be in handcuffs in Santa Ana County Jail for the duration of the trial. It was a sealed warrant. Sealed warrant, sealed indictment. That means secret. But it didn't go their way, thank God. The judge was like, hey, this guy doesn't have a passport. He's not going to run to Mexico. You just deported him from Mexico. He has no criminal record. Why exactly do you want to keep this guy detained? So they just put an ankle bracelet on me and let me go. I'm in New York right now. But they put a whole bunch of extreme stipulations on me,

like I can't use crypto wallets. I can't. So many things. It's crazy, really. They even put a communications ban and monitoring on me such that it's the kind of thing we only do for pedophiles, people that can't keep themselves from watching child pornography or something, and they impose that on me. It's crazy, but I'm thankful I'm not in jail. so the prosecutors you know what their goal is is they want to they want they wish i was in detention so they could break me because the charges are garbage first of all the statute has expired on nearly all of them a conspiracy to not have an agro compliance program is a silly charge number one no one's ever been charged with that and convicted of

that and number two it's absolutely ridiculous and if you if you go into court with that you know they'll be destroyed So they're really just trying to torment me. And it's not just because of what I've done with crypto. It's also because of who I am. I'm someone that speaks out for the I'm a Muslim. oppressed all over the world. I'm someone that calls out the bad guys that have been calling them out for the past eleven years by name. I'm someone that's defended the people of Gaza and spoken against genocide from day one. They don't like people like me. Baby eaters do not like Ray Youssef. They do not like the war chief. And after that speech that I gave, they were watching.

Man, they were put on high alert. There's a spiritual undertones here. There's many levels to this. know first is the financial the bitcoin part like i'm a bitcoin builder i'm someone that didn't come in there and say hey everyone come and invest in these coins so you know i can liquidate your futures positions and get rich like cz now they don't care about that you can do that all day i didn't have any casino on my platform i'm someone that's guilty of the one unforgivable crime that is helping poor black and brown people use their money use their good clean honest hard-working blood money to be able to just take care of their families that's what i did so africans

instead of paying you know anywhere from twenty to sixty percent remittance fees with my platform they only paid one percent and they could even make a profit doing that and take care of other people and that's the one thing uncle sam cannot stand He has no problems with you building casinos where all these people can lose their money. All right, go right ahead, destroy crypto. Yeah, destroy confidence in crypto like CZ and Elon and all these characters. But if you actually try to use crypto for what it was meant to be used for, as a means of exchange to help people that do not have the rails to be able to exchange, that's when all the guns are pointed at you. My attorney says, you know,

this case has been a hard case. They're basically desperate. And he said he's never seen anything like this. They're coming at me harder than they're coming at any drug dealer. It's insane. And the statute of limitations pretty much expired on all of it. All their charges are bogus. They're desperately just trying to get anything they can. They had my co-founder plead guilty. I don't know why he did that. He was a fool. There's nothing to plead guilty to, but they think they can use him against He hasn't been sentenced yet. me. They've been delaying his sentencing. And he's a weakling and a spiritual imbecile, a spiritual weakling and an imbecile. So, you know,

he thinks he's going to compose some story about me. And that's what they're hoping for. But I'm not afraid of his stories. I'm not afraid of these gangsters. And I'm free right now, which is great. It's a blessing. But I had to step down in my position as CEO of No Ones because they might try to go after No Ones saying, oh, it's being run out of the United States, meaning me, just we have jurisdiction over it. And that was the reason for that, is really to protect that company and to protect the users. Everyone's money is in good hands. The team is awesome. So that's great. The world needs something like no one's, which is probably the last only truly free

exchange marketplace left on the planet right now. Growing purely organically, beholden to no one, which is a miracle. Protecting the privacy of users, not getting any licenses we don't want to give people. We don't want to give governments our users' information. That will continue. That's beautiful. But now it's about making an example out of me. The baby eaters don't like me. They don't like people like me who are so outspoken, so fearless, and have been proven to do the work that they're really afraid that anyone's which is actually make crypto useful for going to do, people. That's why they went after me. And now I'm going to have to spend at least a year or two, maybe more,

fighting this trial here in the United States, a place I don't want to be, bro. I really don't. Especially now when this whole empire is crashing down. But here I am, brother. I'm going to hold it down. I'm not going to plead to any of these charges. Surely it's a matter of principle. I don't care what they come at me with. I will fight them in court. No problem. I've got the resources to fight them in court. And I'm not going to give them what They're not going to make a criminal out they want. of me because I am no criminal. I am honestly the best actor in this space. I've done the most good in this space in every possible way. And, you know, the only mistake that I made, Aaron,

was I actually believed in America in the beginning. we're going to set up an American company. I was like, okay, We're going to do a good compliance program and We're going to try to do it right and show the world that this can actually work. And that was my mistake. America is not interested in that. They don't want the global south. They don't want Africa to rise up by being able to use their money. That's the last thing they want. That is really their worst nightmare. But when I realized that, I tried to actually shut the company down. Then my imbecile co-founder sued me because he thought he was going to become a billionaire and he didn't want to shut it down.

He ended up screwing himself over, getting convicted, paying out the IRS huge fines. And after this is all over, he will go to jail. They're not going to get what they want out of him, God willing. And he's going to get the karma he deserves. And I'm going to be free again. And that was their worst fear. They want to make an example out of people like me. Not just to shut down anyone even attempting to do the right thing with crypto, but also to damage the resistance to show, hey, look what we can do. We can touch you anywhere. We got Maduro. We got Ray Youssef, this guy who thinks he can actually make Bitcoin useful for what was meant to be used in Africa. Oh, hell no.

Get that guy, no matter what. That's their dream. It's a puny plan, because they are weaklings and gangsters, and they're not gonna get what they want. So that's what happened, brother. It's the day of my life. The Netflix series is gonna be lit. So I was just going to say, anybody who's been watching this podcast knows the last three and a half years have been warning people about CBDCs. And unfortunately, the last couple of years, I've had to start promoting people's cases, friends of mine who have been targeted by the federal government. And this started under Biden. It started because of executive order one four zero six seven. So we saw first Ian Freeman, who's still in federal prison for eight years. So I'm Bitcoin without a license, even though he had a letter from an attorney saying he didn't need a license. Then we saw Roger Ver and I spent a year and a half trying to promote Roger Ver's case.

And now it's extended beyond now. What happened was, is I was promoting and trying to warn people about CBDCs in, I ran for president. And I wrote a book called The Final Countdown to talk to Vivek Ramaswamy. We had three conversations about the issue, and he pushed Trump to come out against CBDCs. And since that time, Trump came out. In my home state of New Hampshire, he said, I'm against CBDCs. Here's an executive order. People have been completely disarmed. He said he's against CBDCs and the war on crypto is over. Well, I'm here to tell you the war on crypto is not over.

Ian Freeman is still in prison. Roger Ver, and I'm not going to talk about the specifics, but I think Roger Ver got screwed. I think Roger Ver, he had to pay fifty million dollars. He still can't speak. That's not a great deal. That's not the end of the war on crypto. But on top of that, you have Roman Storm. tornado cash who is found guilty and he's facing five years plus in prison you have the samurai wallet guys you have keone rodriguez and william hill five years and four years respectively you have roman sterling off twelve and a half years in prison and these convictions are happening under trump so here's what's happened

under trump If you pushed an actual Ponzi scheme, and I'm going to say this very clearly, Trump pushed two meme coins the day before his inauguration. The public has lost four point three million dollars. People that have invested in World Liberty Financial lost sixty percent. of their investment. And it goes on and on and on. And the funny thing is, I've had Ray on here before, and I'm a big fan of Ray because Ray is promoting peer-to-peer digital cash as a way to stop tyranny around the world. He's been very effective at it. And he's also been outspoken against CZ and Binance. And the thing is, I've had conversations about this.

CZ had all kinds of legal issues, and it turns out he donated some money, so on and so forth, to the Trump campaign, and he was able to get a pardon. But he's also the largest holder of the Trump stablecoin, USD-One. He's the largest holder of this. If you go to my pinned tweet that I put out this morning – You will find actually a couple of different things. One, and as many as you know, I'm exploring a run for the United States and I'm exploring this run for a couple Senate, of reasons. One, I've done this before, not because I believe in voting, but it is in twenty sixteen. Because I'm not going to go through all

the details, but we had a sitting U.S. senator that was interfering with the state of New Hampshire. And I said, look, if you guys are going to mess around with New Hampshire state politics just so that somebody in D.C. can go around and start wars and do all this other stuff, then I'm just going to screw up your race. And I was effective at it. I cost Kelly out her seat, the most expensive U.S. Senate race per capita in the history of the United States. Well, now here we are. Fast forward ten years, Trump has said the war on crypto is over. He has said all of these other things and the Republicans are about to lose the House. That's a lock. And now based on the prediction markets

and everything else, it's a toss up in the United States So I'm running again as an independent and Senate. I'm running specifically to raise awareness on this war on crypto. And the reason is this. The war on crypto is not over. It's been intensified. What Ray's going through and what Ray's and Roman Sterlingoff and all these other just describing, people, this stuff has happened under Trump. So Trump has profited off of Ponzi schemes and everything else. And now we sit here in a situation where people who promote privacy, promote peer-to-peer digital cash, are being arrested, detained, so on and so forth, under these nebulous circumstances. And, you know, I was already pissed off.

And anybody who's listened to me knows I'm pissed off. But, you know, when I heard about what happened to Ray, you know, people explained to me, it's like, well, you know, it was a rumor mill situation. The war on crypto is not over. Ray shouldn't be in this situation. You can look up Ray's background. Look up Ray's history. It's all documented on everything that happened with this company, Paxful and everything else. Why is this happening if the war on crypto is over? And by the way, this is happening at the same time two massive pieces of legislation are being pushed through. One has already been pushed through and signed into law, the Genius Act. The Genius Act takes stable coins.

It's a backdoor CBDC. It takes private stable coins like Tether and USDC, which at least in the case of Tether is fraudulent, but says, we're going to add CBDC level surveillance. We're going to track these things. We are going to be able to program these things and censor these things. And if you have a private stable coin, you now have to back it by US So this is a way for the United Treasury. States government to sell three trillion dollars worth of debt. No one wants to buy US debt. Japan can't buy it. China's now selling it. No one wants to fund one and a half trillion dollar US deficit. So what they decided to do was pass this piece of legislation, call it a pro-crypto,

pro-innovation thing, And what happens is this, we expand the debt and the people, the American citizens or anyone who uses, not just American citizens, these government-regulated stablecoins, get CBDC-level surveillance, tracked, programmed, so forth. What's on the agenda next? And as we're talking about this right now, Trump is doing a state of union that may be happening now or may be happening shortly. I don't know the exact time period. They're pushing something called the Clarity Act. And the Clarity Act is all about tokenizing everything that we own. So the Genius Act is about tokenizing and controlling and programming how we spend money. The Clarity Act is about programming and

tracking all of the assets that we own, stocks, bonds, gold, our homes, all of these assets. This is being pitched as being pro-American. It's being pitched as being pro-crypto. I have a huge article coming out about this. But in the end, it's all about technocracy. It's all about control. It's all about being able to determine what we can and cannot do, what we can and cannot sell, what we can and cannot trade. And this is why Ray, in my opinion, is being targeted in this. This is why Ian, everyone else that I've talked about is So the war on crypto is not over. being targeted. The war on crypto is intensifying and we need to let everyone know and understand what is

going on because the propaganda has been really effective. But by the way, in this article, what I will expose is the fact that there's no grassroots enthusiasm for this legislation. These crypto publications are owned by companies that benefit from the legislation. they're sponsored ads it's not investigative journalism it's all fake and when you see the engagement the likes and the retweets and so on and so forth those are fake accounts those are bots there's no grassroots support for this legislation but they want to target people like ray just like they wanted to target people like ian freeman and people like roger veer because they are a threat

to what it is that they're trying to do, which is to be able to surveil and control and stop free trade. So anyway, that's my assessment, Ray. What do you think about that? Does that seem to be in line with what you're experiencing live now in real time? Absolutely, right on the money. So let's zoom out a little bit for everyone listening. Let's try to understand what's actually happening in the world. You've given us some great details and insights, but people need to understand what the end game is here. The end game for these baby eaters, small cast of dominant men that have always run the world, whatever name you want to fix to them, is to create a system of control where

escape isn't just impossible. It should be unthinkable. And they should get us to actually accept it tacitly. To do that, they need to control the three pillars of power. And they have a great deal of control there, right? The three pillars of power are the financial rails, the monetary, and the media. Those are the three pillars of power. If you have control of those three pillars of power, you can take over the political structure, get military control, and exert hard power. So we've seen what's been happening with the media, you know, these Zionist billionaires and control bought up everything from putting pressure on Elon Musk to taking control of TikTok US.

They pretty much have control of everything right now. Now the financial pillar and the monetary pillar are different. The financial pillar is how you use the money. And the monetary pillar is the money itself. So the Genius Act is they want full spectrum dominance over the financial pillar and any of these ancillary mechanisms like crypto that allow people to use their money. The Clarity Act is, again, full spectrum dominance over the issuance and creation of the monetary pillar over any of these auxiliary tokenization systems that have emerged now. They've been plotting this for a while. They've been there in their think tanks,

planning all this out. This is not an accident. It's all by design. And my attorney was quite confused because he thought the war on crypto was over. And he's like, Hey, you dropped all these other cases. Look at this memo from the Trump administration. Why haven't you dropped the case against my client here? No response. So you're right. The war on crypto has not gone away. It's only accelerated. It's actually been scaled up across every degree and every dimension right now. And they believe that these two acts will be the final nail in the coffin. And then, you know, there's going to come a point where you're

going to see a new monetary system come into existence. And this monastery system will not be under the control of the United States. I'm going to say this, and I was talking about this in my presentation at Monerotopia. People were really like, Ray, you went too far. But so what? I believe in God, so I'm just going to educate people. That's really the most important thing. People really have to understand what's going on here. For four hundred-some years, we had Pax Britannica, and the sun never set on the British Empire. The British sterling pound was de facto a global standard. Then after like in forty five, we had Pax Americana. Pax Americana is actually over right now.

I believe it actually ended last year. And yeah, the American dollar is still the de facto currency, but soon a new currency will emerge. So, you know, you're free to disagree with me, but I believe Pax Judaica has officially risen up last year when they attacked Iran. without any oversight from the Security Council or anything. These guys just attacked. Claiming, hey, we're the dominant state in the world. We can do anything we want. We answer to nobody. Just like King David and King Solomon, the ruling state. I don't mean to bust all this eschatology out on people, study of the end time stuff. But believe it or not, the more logical you are, the more you're going to have to actually

face this truth. And if you thought Pax Britannica and Pax Americana were bad, then believe me, they were for so many people. Pax Judaica will be a thousand times worse. And I want people to understand something. about how the department of justice operates and i don't know all the details about what you're up against but i've seen enough i've seen enough with ross holbrook i've seen enough with roger beer i've seen enough with ian freeman all of these other cases what you have to understand is the doj is not interested in the truth they don't have a single bit are you in

this are you by the way is the stuff you're going through in the southern district of new york No, it's in Sacramento, actually. But I'd actually go to Sacramento on Friday, but it might get moved to actually was, you know, the, I think the southerners of Sacramento, the charges are so flimsy. I don't think they even believe in it. It might get moved to Washington. We don't know right now, but you know, no one really wants to prosecute this case because it's basically unwinnable for them. I think what they're going to try to do is just try to take me along for a ride until, you know, I accept something, you know, that's really their strategy because, it's it's quite sad and pathetic you know

their list of charges is a total joke it's actually public by the way um i can send you a copy if you want to read it over yeah well i saw some screenshots of it and and you know and by the way from you know from what i've seen this is it's kind of a common thing kind of you know with ian freeman which i've talked about often on this show, what they try to do is charge you with the acts of your customer, whether or not you knew what the customer was doing or not, which by the way, I have a huge article coming about with Brownstone on this entire topic. And it's, it was really about the genius act and about the clarity act. But then what I realized as I was

writing it is I've seen enough propaganda online where people are actually believing that the hype. They're believing the way people are trying to characterize these bills without understanding the history of financial regulation, without understanding, for instance, the Bank Secrecy Act. You know, there's a lack of understanding about how all of these systems work. And a lot of people have been gaslit into believing that Oh, well, you know, all of the know your customer anti-money laundering laws, those were put in place and they protect people from harm. This is the way that politicians throw this out. And it turns out this law that came out in nineteen seventy hasn't done that at all.

In fact, it catches less than three percent of the actual crimes and it costs sixty one billion dollars a year. for compliance costs with all of the know your customer anti-money laundering laws, all these forms you fill out, all the biometric information, so on and so forth. Turns out that actually doesn't catch any crimes. It was never intended to catch any crimes. It was always about control. And so no one wants to look at that. So now that we have cryptocurrency, now that we have tokens and the ability to transact digitally, they're taking laws that have failed. They've failed to address the underlying

cause that they've stated they're going to cause. And now they're adding digital tokens and programmability and tracking on top of that. No one wants to talk about... the massive failure of the bank secrecy no one wants to talk about this my article will go into this in great detail but at the end of the day um it's not even kind of a legal issue sorry i'm here in uh there's a military helicopter here in uh porto villarte you never never know what's gonna military ships and so on and so forth hopefully that will will die down in a second but the legislation has not been effective and now what they're trying to do is is snag other people they're trying to

capture people like ray capture people like ian freeman and the thing is when you look into this i don't know if it's wells fargo or it's wachovia or something one of those two was caught laundering over three hundred billion dollars worth of money in violation of the Bank Secrecy Act. And then this is literally for cartels and for illegal activity. Not a single person went to jail. All of these big banks and you can Google this. This has become a cost of doing business for financial institutions where they're caught flagrantly engaging in this activity. And I suspect what they're doing with Ray is the same thing they're doing with Ian.

is they're pushing criminal charges and they're probably trying to blame you for things that a customer did that you had no knowledge of. But they're trying to push criminal charges against you, whereas in the entire recorded history of these acts that have been around since nineteen seventy, no one in the traditional financial system has gone to jail. Yeah. And it's further, it's even more ridiculous because on my platform, the average transaction size was thirty dollars. Thirty dollars, you know, most compliance programs in the US don't even require KYC for something like that. You know, I pushed for KYC for all Americans,

but they're trying to make an argument that these thirty dollar transactions across from Nigeria to Ghana to Cameroon somehow constituted American Bank Secrecy Act violations. It's completely ridiculous. You know, there's a saying, the DOJ can die in a ham sandwich. And, you know, they knew their case was junk. And when my attorneys refused to plead for anything, you know, completely innocent, and I am, they got desperate and they said, all right, you know, we're going to indict him in secret and hope he get lucky. And I didn't come back to the United States. They actually abducted me off the streets of another country. That's what we're dealing with here.

We're dealing with gangsters that simply have no scruples about doing whatever it takes just to punish as many people as possible. America is a dying civilization. It has collapsed on itself. It is in the middle of self imploding and it's looking to take down as many people with it right now. That's what we're dealing with here. And there's a big, massive gulf between his supporters and reality because there are people that actually think this has been a big challenge for me it started out with me with cbdc's and trying to warn people about cbdc's and it turns out that the genius act is a backdoor

cbdc but because trump signed an executive order that said we're not going to pursue cbdc's people don't even look at the issue they don't look at any of the details and as i said in the in the intro this has gotten to be incredibly problematic, where the difference between what people understand about the regulation, what's actually happening is, I mean, it's actually completely and totally inverted. So somebody might say, well, you're running on a niche issue. You're running on cryptocurrency. Why would you possibly blow up control of the US Senate over this minor niche issue? Cryptocurrency is not about – you don't have to own cryptocurrency or trade

cryptocurrency to be affected by the legislation that's going on. This Clarity Act that is being pushed through – it already passed the House, and it's now going through two different forms in the Senate. This bill is not about crypto. It's about tokenizing everything that you own. that you already own. So right now, if you own stocks or bonds or a four or one K or an ETF, you hold those instruments through a broker. Now it turns out a lot of people will like to say that, well, you know, black rock and state street and Vanguard, they own all of these companies. Well, that's not strictly true. They're actually holding funds for their

customers, but those customers have already given up their voting rights. Now, typically, if you're a shareholder, you get to vote your shares. You get notices of shareholder votes. But you've already given up and assigned those rights to BlackRock and to Vanguard. And now what we're dealing with with the Clarity Act is they're going to take this change in your kind of contractual rights, and they're going to tokenize, create digital tokens that represent your stocks and bonds, and ETFs. This is how we end up owning nothing. So when people say, well, you're running on a niche issue, no. When people talk about Klaus Schwab stating you'll own nothing and be happy,

this is actually happening right now under the Trump administration. It's being enabled by the Genius Act. It's being enabled by the Clarity Act. This is why I'm warning people about this, because you as a consumer, you may say, well, I don't use cryptocurrency, so I'm not affected by this. But your broker, the New York Stock Exchange is owned by a company called ICE, and ICE is already moving to tokenize all of your assets. Larry Fink and BlackRock has already said, we are going to tokenize everything, all of these assets. They're putting these things in place. The Clarity Act, is what enables them to do that. It's what enables them to take these contractual rights where you've already

given up your ownership and then turn those into digital tokens that they can control centrally. This is why Ray is a target. From my perspective and my interactions with Ray and knowing what he's doing, he's enabling people today in the global south. But previously, I think he's being targeted for his company in the United States, which was based on, you know, Ray, please correct me if I'm wrong, but the fundamental idea that people should be able to engage in commerce and engage in voluntary trade. without third parties. My understanding from my interaction with Ray is that's what all that is about. That is a threat to this technocratic regime that is trying to push this

legislation that uses tokenization to control everything that you own and all of the money that you spend. Exactly. Exactly right, brother. Like I said, the two pillars, the financial and the monetary, they're concerned with both. I was more focused on the financial, allowing people just to transact, to do commerce, to send remittances without paying sixty percent. It costs like five times as much to send remittances inside of Africa as it does from the outside. I was solving that for people. They were paying sixty times less with my platforms. They did not like that. And the fact that I was using Bitcoin for that purpose was even more threatening to them.

Because Bitcoin gave us the promise of fixing the financial layer and gave us a new monetary layer. And I was using Bitcoin for what it was best suited for. I was getting into transactions, into actual use. I sent all the red flags across the system, but they didn't really think anyone could actually get it to work in Africa, the global South, because the onboarding was so hard. The onboarding was so hard. Like they thought no one would ever manage to get enough crypto into the global South, especially places like Africa to make a dent because it's so hard to get money out of Africa. How are the Africans going to get the crypto from the Americans and the Chinese?

And then I come along and I'm like, Hey, know gift cards are under forty billion dollar industry and you know it's the world's first digital bear asset let's use gift cards as a hack and build a corridor between america nigeria and china teaching nigerians how they can get paid with gift cards and get that's how we'll get crypto into africa and it worked crazy plan worked man sixty million a week started flowing into africa through that corridor through that hack and they couldn't believe it like they did not see that coming at all especially for some homeless dude that was completely bootstrapped and actually believed in God like they did not

see that coming bro that took them for a loop and then this guy turns out me same guy is an outspoken critic of genocide and all the evil they've been doing i've been warning people about satanic ritual abuse for the past twenty years oh and boy they did not like it man i also believe they think i'm someone i'm not on a spiritual level as well but we don't have to get into that but the point is there was enough there for them to say you know what this guy has to go down no matter what So them taking down Paxil, they basically shut the company down. Got my idiot co-founder to admit the charges. And I thought that, you know, I think that would be enough for them.

Hey, we shut the whole thing down. Okay, well, that's not enough. They want me. Because they don't want people that can actually crack the code and actually get things actually moving. You know, they can throw the monkey wrench into their plans, still out there and continuing to operate. they know it's only a matter of time for someone like me it doesn't just stop at the financial layer i'll eventually get to work on the monetary level as well god willing so this has been you've been very outspoken against finance and um i know this has been controversial i think even within the the trump administration because he's been very i still can't hear you so i'm gonna log out and log

Again, Trump declared the war on crypto was over, and yet a lot of the pardons that he's given seem to be related to people that have donated significantly to his

campaign. For instance, we have Justin Sun, which is an interesting one. Justin Sun donated a lot of money to the Trump campaign. And the way he did it, at least in one form, is he was the largest holder of the Trump meme coin, which, as I said at the very beginning, the public has lost four point three billion dollars on the Trump and Melania meme coins. But then CZ from Binance also is, as I understand it, the largest holder of USD one, which is the Trump family stable coin, which may, by the way, be used in this new funding scheme for

Palestine that's going on. And so I'm wondering, do you think that you're being outspoken against CZ and Binance and some of the activities there is why why they've targeted you? Maybe, I don't think that factors in nearly as much as me being outspoken for Gaza and Palestine. I think that makes them like a thousand times angrier, especially as I donated millions to Gaza. And I really tried to make a difference there. That's really what pisses them off. They don't care about CZ. They don't really care about Trump. It's not Trump. This is pure deep state that's coming after me right now. Well, this is interesting.

I think everybody should take note of this, and everybody should take note of what's going on. Obviously, I've spoken a lot about the Epstein files. I've created a technocracyatlas.com to not only go through the Epstein files, but to then map that information to some of these offshore leaks, the Pandora papers, Panama papers, so on and so forth. It does certainly seem like... It's an understatement to say that there's perhaps a bias within the administration on issues related to Israel and Palestine. And so here's the question I have for you is what is the process now? What are you dealing with?

What are you going through and how can we help? Well, it's just a legal battle right now. They're going to try to get it to trial or as close to trial as possible. We don't know because they don't really have any real case at all. The statute has almost expired on all of it as well. They're just gonna try to drag it out as long as they can to try to punish me as much as possible and hope I make a mistake of some kind that they can feed on. That's their strategy. So I'm going through the legal motions. It'll be an expensive case, definitely way over six figures a month. It's like, imagine spending half a million bucks a month on a legal case. These guys have claimed to have a million

documents against me, crazy. the government has plenty of resources so that's what they can do so instead of me building more schools i'm now you know spending money on lawyers to fight you know complete nonsense that's literally what they try to do and i expect it as much how can everyone help me i appreciate people you know making making some noise about this And I'm going to start being even more outspoken. I'm going to start my own podcast, Tea Time with Ray. If people could follow me, tell their friends about what I'm trying to do, because I'm not just a crypto guy. I'm not just a tech guy. And yet it's been a rapid acceleration. And I think in this case, it's pretty clear to me that Ray, from what I understand from knowing Ray and talking to Ray and having Ray on and everything else and looking at what Ray's trying to do, he's being targeted. for political purposes.

And we need to stand up for this. We need to share information about this and make people aware of what's going on. And obviously, I'm continuing to speak. I'll be at the Libertarian Convention, but at several other conventions and talking all the time. You can, again, look at my pinned tweet talking about this particular issue. But I encourage you to look into what's going on with Ray And to try to educate the population on when Trump says the war on crypto is over, the war on if you're a member of the Trump family and you're pushing a meme coin and you're going to defraud the population on over four point three billion dollars, that's over with.

But if you're promoting peer to peer commerce, promoting trade in areas where free trade isn't allowed. If you are allowing people to engage in voluntary commerce, you are being explicitly targeted and you face criminal charges, not just fines. So the whole thing is propaganda and it's completely fake. Any of the positive attributes about crypto, the whole idea of people being able to engage in trade without these third parties who are you know, manipulating the monetary system to promote war around the world. If you are trying to promote economic freedom, you end up like Ray. You end up targeted. You end up indicted.

You end up going through. And this process, like you said, hundreds of thousands of dollars a month. I can't tell you now with Ian and Roger and everything else, learning what the process is like. They're spending our tax money that they've stolen from us they have an unlimited supplier and part of the whole process of this is to bleed people dry and they'll do you know look we'll obviously get followed this case with with ray and i hope that his case is dismissed but let me give you some look let me give you some previews of what's going to happen i had joe rotes from dragon chain on this show what they'll do is when you're going through a legal process that the government will actually

You go through a process of discovery where they ask you to give up basically information about yourself to incriminate you. And they'll go through a process that will say, hey, give us all of your documents. And then you'll give over the documents. And then they'll say, well, we lost the documents. And then they'll force you to give the documents again at great expense to yourself. They try to bleed you dry. One of the things I learned recently at Mineratopia, unfortunately, I didn't get to see Ray at Mineratopia. I was very disappointed. I didn't even know what happened because you were supposed to speak right before me. And the lawyer came up and spoke on behalf of Roman Sterlingoff.

And the situation with this guy, Roman Sterlingoff, is what he learned, the lawyer learned, because this was the first case. It wasn't Tor Eklund. It was this guy, Mike, who was one of the junior lawyers on the case. It was his first big case. And he was stunned about the fact that the government isn't interested in the truth. The only thing that the prosecution is interested in is getting wins. That's what their currency is. And in fact, what happens is the government on the prosecution side, here's what they do. They'll go after somebody like Ray. They'll suppress information. They'll suppress evidence. They'll omit information. All they care about is winning.

And then when they win enough cases, if somebody's a prosecutor for the government and they win enough cases, they leave the government and they get into the private sector. And then they charge a thousand dollars an hour. Defending people like Ray. This is a revolving door that goes on with this process. It is absolutely shameful. I hope that Ray's case gets resolved quickly, but if it doesn't, I will tell you, we will be showcasing all of the aspects of this because people need to understand what they're doing to Ray. Not only why they're targeting him politically, but what the process is that they use because it is shameful. And it is anti what people think is American.

But if you haven't interacted with the legal system and the judicial system, you wouldn't have any idea about what Ray's dealing with. Yeah, brother. The thing is, I pissed them off on every level. And on some levels, I actually scared them. Not only did I manage to actually get crypto into the global south for the original purpose with which it was intended to be used, which they didn't see coming, didn't think it was possible. They thought it was just going to be a huge shitcoin casino beginning to end. They're like, oh, how the fuck did these guys actually manage to pull it off? Holy moly. That freaked them out. the gift card hack and, you know, Africa and China,

that whole thing really set them for a loop. I know that for a fact. From the deepest levels of the deep state, they did not expect that. But then on top of that, you know, I've been very outspoken lately and their whole, yeah, Which I helped shot down. I went super viral. The first week they tried that, I shot it down. And they did not like that. And they came at me directly. They'll have one of their agents on X, you know, peep in and say some shit to you from an anonymous account just to let you know they're watching. That's one of their tactics. They did that with me with the Nigeria PSYOP. I even had a similar fact with the Bondi Beach PSYOP as well.

They did that again. They were really freaking out. They did not like that. So, That and all the stuff I did with Gaza and Palestine, speaking out from day one, donating millions of dollars. I'm on their shit list, man. And, you know, I'm punching really way above my weight here to get on their shit list, bro. That's the thing people have to understand. You know, I'm not a billionaire. I'm not, you know, I'm not super high profile. I'm nowhere near Andrew Tate's level of public exposure. But for the amount of actual damage I've done and threat level that they perceive me as, I'm punching way above my weight. So I do take pride in that, man.

We're going to do a bit of flex off, bro. I had you on a long time ago and I've been following everything you've been doing with No Ones and it's very clear what's going on. Let me ask you this, are you surprised that you were targeted in Mexico? Uh, you know, I should have saw it coming, bro. Honestly, I just didn't think they'd be that sneaky. But, you know, I mean, I really should have seen it coming because they're not happy with me, man. And they were letting me know they're not happy with me. Well, look, I've seen this now. I've seen this with Ross Holbrook. I've seen this in detail. I've sat through... Ian Freeman's sentencing hearing and his appeal. I followed Roger Veers case. I followed all of these other cases and. People that if you've never dealt with the legal system, you may still be sitting there with some naive view of like schoolhouse rocks or whatever. And this is how a bill is made. And this is how the judicial process works. And that's not how it works at all. And in fact, we've got to do everything that we can to raise public awareness. And I will do everything that I can. And you have an open invitation to come on.

to this show at any point in time to share what's going on with the case, but we'll follow what's going on with you, even if you can't talk about what's going on with your case, because I've been able to say this much, I've seen enough. This is these cases. There's so much prosecutorial discretion in what goes on. So why would they choose ray of all of the different people all over the world that are engaging in offering exchanges or offer or working in the realm of gift cards or anything else? Why Ray and why now? Why now? As we sit here right now, it's my understanding that President Trump is having a State of the Union address. My guess is he's going to talk in

this State of the Union address about the Clarity Act and about the United States becoming the crypto capital of the world, which is complete BS. This legislation is actually going to make the United States the surveillance cap of the world. But while that's going on, while he's telling people, while the administration is trying to convince people that America is leading the way in innovation, they continue to go after people like Ray, and they continue to go after people like Roman Sterlingoff and Kenny Rodriguez and William Hill and Roman Storm and Ian Freeman and others. Why is this happening? We have to look at this and we have to keep this... front and center.

This is why I'm exploring a run for U.S. Senate because I wasn't planning on doing a podcast at all this week because I'm in Mexico and the situation here is not stable and so on and so forth. You can see it. And you know what? It's all fake. I know Ray. I've met Ray. I've talked to Ray. I've interviewed Ray before. I've followed Ray's stuff. Go look at Ray's stuff. Go look at all the stuff that he's been saying from the very beginning. And then look at what's going on with this case. And then when you do,

you're probably going to get angry like I am. And then you're going to want to actually communicate what's going on. So we need to do that. And this audience, the audience that we have here on this show is no – They're not strangers to this. I'm a big believer in prayers, so over which you pray. Pray for me and all the heroes out there trying to hold it back against the beast.

Was there any other closing thoughts that you have or any other information you want to share that we can get out there? Well, I'll post the speech that I gave in Monerotopia. It was very spiritual, but I really called out, you know, the core of the infection and exactly what we can do as a movement, as a community, to actually push back, you know, to where we're actually making real gains and keeping those gains. That's the kind of talk that the Empire really doesn't like.

And it's no coincidence, you know, they decided to pinch me right after that speech, you know. They didn't even want to wait. It just got me right there. So, you know, I'll be talking more like this, you know, share these talks. It really is a spiritual battle. We need to understand the spiritual origins of everything that's happening. Because beyond the spiritual stuff, it's all just moves on a chessboard. The numbers that we play with, the technology that we play with, the personnel and staff. We're just playing a game of chess against this entity that is demonic and diabolical. But it's not very smart, actually. It just follows the same tactics over and over and over again.

So we can win, and we will win. But we have to have confidence, not just in ourselves, but in God. People have to really understand, if you're not spiritually aligned, if your master is not the one God that created everything, then you're really not gonna help. But guess what? The empire is very good at making people reactive, reactive. For example, if instead of identifying yourself as a believer of the one God, whether you're a Christian or a Muslim, you identify yourself as a white national, or a black supremacist, or I'm American,

or I'm Egyptian, or I'm this, or some nationalism, they can do things to actually make you react, trigger you to do the things that they want you to do. But if you're grounded, if you're grounded, and the only thing that truly grounds you is to... Excuse me, a bit of a cold coming on. The only thing that truly grounds us in this world is submission to the one God. If you have that, they cannot make you react. And then they have no power. The really smart people know this. The really smart people are the ones that

unify knowledge and build unity and brotherhood between men. This is what's going to give us a victory here. So set yourself on that path. And just remember, at this point in the game, the only thing that matters is winning. And that's the template for winning. Love you guys. Stay strong out there. I promise you. all facing an existential threat which is once they can tokenize how we buy and sell anything and once they can tokenize everything that we own And they can control that they can program that they can track it and they can censor it. Then it came over. It's the end of free. Well, this is the entire focus of everything that I've been saying about technocracy. So, um, so I'm going to support Ray. I I'm going to help amplify his message. I can't imagine what he's going through. You know, he was, uh, I think he lives in the UAE. He was in Mexico and now he's in New York. and you can research you know his situation i'm probably going to be adding a free ray or i'll add him to

the day twenty twenty six dot com site uh and updating people on his situation i just had some conversations today on uh on the free ian situation so as this podcast is going on i believe i'll turn this off and i you know i hate watching the state of union but i'm going to watch it just to see how much propaganda there is out there the war on crypto has been intensified tenfold under trump um we have backdoor cbdc's everything's going to be tokenized we have probably the biggest corruption ever in terms of Howard Lutnick as the Treasury Secretary, His company managing all of the treasuries for Tether that's never passed an audit.

We have the Trump family with their own stable coin that's also a genius-backed thing that de-pegged. Lean coins that rugged people out of four point three billion dollars. Look at my pin tweet and look at the comments that I put in there. This is beyond Nancy Pelosi engaging in insider trading. This is an absolute looting of the American public. And what's happening to Ray is just an extension of that. So these cases become complicated, the lawsuits become complicated, the tactics used. The tactics, frankly, I'll do podcasts in the future about the DOJ itself, the criminality structurally within the DOJ.

And there have been books and there are documentaries about this as well. There is no jury of your peers, the whole process is fake and we are going to vote our way out of this but we what we so none of the message changes we have to stop using fiat currency we need to exit all of these systems but we need to continue to support those who have been promoting economic freedom and i i consider ray one of those. But I want it to be kind of the definitive, uh, well that explains not only what's in the legislation but how the legislation works right because part of the process is you put regulation in and then you give these regulatory agencies power and discretion well what happens with that discretion over time a lot of people are getting

caught up in the well this bill looks good but then they don't have any historical understanding of what it means to grant that power to these agencies so um i will do a full podcast once that full article, in fact, it might even be a multi-series thing. I will say one other thing is tomorrow at six PM Eastern time, I'll be doing another technocracy round table with Patrick Wood, Courtney Turner, and Craig Winkelwitz. And the topic there will be free speech. So tune in on that. That will be distributed through Courtney Turner's platform. I will retweet it or also live stream it if I can. I will say, and I'll give you more of an update on this, the traveling and the talks that I've given and the people that I've met with, I'm very grateful for the opportunity to speak and the people that I'm talking to because people are waking up. People are waiting because of the Epstein article and the players that are involved.
